I had read all 1/2 star reviews. It pains to see people coming and does not see the beauty of the place as well its philosophy. This place promotes slow lifestyle, enjoying simple things, as well as spending time with family and friends. We will definitely come back to it!! we can only hope Ruslan and his family, and all the personnel continue to support this place, as there is no or near alternative. P.S. food is great! Staff are helpful and treats you with great pleasure, and very responsive. Thank you for sharing this place with us!!!

Positives: The main host / entertainment man was brilliant and excellent with the kids. Made himself available all day to entertain and help. He entertained the children from morning until sun down. As a family run business it is all very relaxed and friendly, everyone is laid back and happy to help. Food amazing fresh, local produce, healthy and home made by hosts mother and relatives. Negatives: Reception area not clearly marked.( it's the bar area )and daily schedule for Kids not available. Staff not in clearly marked uniforms, therefore if no-one was in the bar we were unsure who to approach. Rooms a little tired in areas, but functional for the purpose to crash out in after a day of fun. The negatives did not take away the kids enjoyment. Overall I'd rate 4/5 but 5/5 if the negatives were addressed. We would definitely return as the kids really had a ball.

Great place to spend the weekend with your children. A lot of activities and very good food. The place is perfect for parents' relax 'cos kids are busy doing there stuff😁. The rooms are very small but just don't stay in is working good enough 🙂

The experience for the kids was amazing! The food was gorgeous, even in the winter the kids were enjoying every moment. The owner is super devoted to all activities. There should be curtains on the room windows. The bartender could be nicer.

Definitely not your conventional luxurious mountain retreat. This establishment caters to a very unique crowd - upper middle class, outdoorsy types with the desire to spend more time outside and not be bothered by the lack of spa, room service, large state rooms or signature service. There is a ton of things to do if you are a kid, but adults will not be bored as well. The owner is very kind and personally makes sure that all kids are well entertained - pony rides, pizza, sushi and candy workshops, short hikes, telling stories, disco clubs etc - the guy is an absolute energy powerhouse! The only downsides are the price per night (roughly 300eur) and the lack of explanation of what the different facilities are and where to go if you are new. Definitely would visit again!

Unique place in Bulgaria. I can say that this is the best place I’ve ever been. My family enjoyed very much the delicious food and all activities. We will defently come back.

Very disappointed by the attitude of the personnel. It is not possible to walk and take a snack if not paying to stay the night.
