The place was nice, comfy, clean, and nice service overall. However, we checked in for the king size room, and waited for more than 2 hours, (1pm till 3 pm) and still haven't got the chance to checked in. They promised us to wait for atelast 1 hour, and now it's been 2 hours of waiting. I'm sorry to give 3 stars, I just want to share my experience. Is this truly a 5 stars hotel, when they let their guests to wait longer than the estimated given time? *edit: we've been waiting for 2 and a half hours, and still waiting. First time I have to wait this longgg just to check in. First time for a 5 star hotel! *edit: finally checked in, the room was very huge, spacious, very clean. Thank you. I will rate the room for 5 star, but finally gave 3 star due to the long checked in problem. Thank you.

Starting with the pros: The hotel is good, nice atmosphere and friendly staff Cons: 1.If you’re muslin or you have bidet in your culture then be alerted that this hotel only uses eco washer in the toilet. 2. The breakfast buffet still uses no contact policy for most of their dishes. 3. There was a long queue to get simple dishes like scrambled eggs 4. Because of the no contact policy, you can’t see the food because the heaters are facing the staff instead of guests. 5. Rooms are kinda old for a five stars hotel What can they do to improve? 1. Instead of occupying the staff with serving the guests AND clearing dishes at the same time, make them do one task only! I had to wait for my omelette for half an hour, then I got up and took it myself! No need for staff to serve if they can’t! 2. I don’t think that most food still need no contact policy till now, like sausages and stews. Maybe limit this policy for bread and small cakes only? 3. The shower head is really dirty, maybe take some time to make maintenance?

Stay in this hotel. Quite surprise this is an old hotel. Est in 2015, but it really really nice. You got a spacious room, very clean. The staff is helpful and very polite. Oh, don't forget to try their breakfast. They got full complete breakfast. Sure will stay in this hotel if go to Bandung again. Especially mas Loudhy my waiters

A great place to stay in Bandung. This hotel meets all my expectations. It has a decent gym (even though it could be better by adding more equipment because there's still plenty of space). It serves nice meals during breakfast and lunch. It serves good tasting coffee, both in the restaurant and on the meeting rooms.

Amazing place to stay, The location is perfect, near by the city center. The staff were super friendly and helpful. everything was clean, room, bathroom, the public area, restaurant, etc. and good view from pool area. The price I paid was absolutely worth it! We so enjoyed our stay there and I hope to return.

Comfortable, clean hotel, good service. Braga's culinary within walking distance. The hotel food did not disappoint. The view out of the room is also good. Maybe the room door closer could be given more attention to maintenance.

Stay here for the first time for business trip. The location is good. Not too far from the train station. Also within walking distance to some of our favorite culinary places of Bandung. The room was also very neat. We got a corner room w/ nice view of the mountains and the city center. Breakfast on the first day was good. The variety is splendid. Super satisfied staying in this hotel. Located in the central of bandung. Room is super comfy, spacious and clean. Service is too notch from the greeting entrance, receptionist , room service all staffs are quick, friendly and attentive. Gym are decent with basic equipments, but the pool and jacuzzi is very nice. Breakfast are very nice and fresh, also have many varieties and they change the menu daily. For the price I pay, I can say I'm super satisfied.

I have stayed at Crown Hotel twice because the location of the hotel is strategically close to Braga Street and also the room is spacious and comfortable. This second time I had the opportunity to visit the Executive Lounge. The ambiance and food were very good. I was assisted by mas Ryan and mas Vincent who were very helpful. Will definitely back to it when visiting Bandung.

My first time staying at Crowne Plaza Bandung and the stay was impressive. I’m an IHG Diamond member and days before my stay i found from the apps that my room had been upgraded to a Junior suite. I arrived at the hotel in the morning and my room wasn’t ready, i was asked to wait at the executive lounge and actually was granted club access for my stay. At 1030am, the club attendant informed me that the room was ready and i got upgraded to an even better suite, a Royal Suite. Thank you for that! Later on i received a call from the Front Office Manager (if I remembered correctly), asking me how my stay was, if i needed anything, and also told me that I was the guest of the day. I don’t know if there’s such thing, but yes, pretty cool to hear that! Club was really nice, i ended up having an afternoon tea and evening cocktails there. Breakfast was also impressive, really good spread.. a lot to choose from! And a lot of traditional food. Service was attentive and i can’t say any bad thing about it Thank you for a great stay! Will look forward to go back again!

Very large one bedroom with access to a very good Lounge that served a smaller version of the huge buffet served in their restaurant. The main breakfast buffet was outstanding especially fo a taste of local food, Chinese and western. The pancakes were delish and the staff member made me fresh large pancakes for me most days. Staff is very service oriented. Staff helped with local information, housekeeping always at the ready. Special thanks to the lounge staffers and especially Jasmine, Rino and Rian. Fitness room, pool jacuzzi…all good. A very pleasant stay.

The place is very beautiful and clean. The hotel very luxurious for me and my family. We very enjoy the service from this hotel. We eat in mozaic restaurant, the taste of all food is very-very good. This food is very good and delicious. I'm very proud of this hotel. 👍👍👍

Almost excellent as always. Wish they had a better pork collection in the food choices. Especially given that Bandung pork dishes are so delicious. Also for people needing to sleep during the daytime, especially after a long night of work or pleasure, the cacophony of the call for prayers does penetrate the windows even at the high floors, and will definitely wake you up.

Just had a dinner here which was tailored to suit my diet and it was executed very well. As everything in Bandung was mostly fried and overly salted, I came to seek a simple chicken with orange salad, gado gado as well as a prawn pasta. Very delicious indeed.

Was here to celebrate my birthday with family and very satisfied with the service from the moment I arrived at the hotel, checked in was very fast and smooth and got free room upgrade. We booked a room with dinner. We dine at the executive lounge and we’re grateful that we’ve met Ryan, Vivi, and Hilmi who was very welcome and helpful. Their service was really great.. the food was nice. we wish to stay here next time if we have the chance.

Me & my family had a 3D2N staycation at Crowne Plaza & everything was nice. The room was clean & roomy with attentive & efficient service. We had to change room on the second day because my son keep crying, and the staffs (especially Bu Vivi & Mas Ryan from executive lounge) were really helpful & friendly. The place is so clean. The service i had while i stay was amazing, many variants for breakfast. Had a good spa with Ms.Yuli. Overall a nice place to stay in Bandung.

The room is quite spacious, has good ambience. Breakfast is great, have various menu from traditional/Indonesian foods, asian also western .. Mbak Winda in the restaurant really helpful in service and friendly. Check-in process is very easy and quick. We have best staycation in Crowne Plaza Bandung!

Our stay here was great, as always. The room, the food, the service 👍🏼 We came at a very busy day, since there was a Fifa World Cup, but the reception officer were really helpful towards us. overall amazing stay the people were so friendly , fast response , the food also devinely good. the most concern one only the park gate in b2 which is too close near the exit row. it should be move near inside the park scanner. but overall always love this hotel this was our 2nd time and always love to comeback 💙

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza, and I had a wonderful experience. The rooms were immaculate, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The bathroom offered a stunning view, and the breakfast menu was delicious. Additionally, the hotel had ample parking space available. Overall, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and I highly recommend Crowne Plaza for a pleasant hotel experience.

Strongly recommend to stay in this hotel if you are in Bandung as the room are great, clean and very comfortable. It is spacious with table available to do your work. The hotel has great facilities and the gym is 24hours. It is located in the heart of the city and there are alot of exciting activites and places to go nearby. Not my first time in Crowne Plaza Bandung, welcomed by Ari and Satria, I remembered they assisted me and my family. The impression always great. The room was clean and nice, breakfast also very nice the restaurant quite busy but it was okay, its high season after all. definitely comeback again with my Family.

Booked 2 rooms with my kids. AC in room didnot work properly. The corridor even cooler than my room. After third complaints, Hotel offered me to switch room on different floor, but only for 1 room. I rejected because I want to be close to my kid's room. Took few minutes for hot water in the shower.

I was proactively upgraded to a suite on a high floor thanks to my IHG Diamond status. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The view was nice but what appears to be a layer/film on the window was making the view a bit blurry. I would like to thank and recognize Ms Dea for her professionalism and enthusiasm. She provided excellent service in the Lounge. The lounge was very spacious, in fact twice larger than most 5 star properties from Hilton or Hyatt I have experience so far in Indonesia. A good selection of tea, coffee and bites are available throughout the day. All in all, a really confortable space to have a drink while enjoying the panoramic view. The evening cocktail was tasty. I found the breakfast selection in the lounge far superior to what is offered in the restaurant in the ground floor.

Overall, I had a great experience with this hotel, the staff was incredibly helpful, the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, huge and perfect for family staycation. The WiFi connection is super fast! Their breakfast was amazing with many variations. Very recommended hotel! Will come back again soon 😉

Room was very spacious and clean. Staffs were really friendly, except one of the guy a bit bald and seem he was the manager that in charged for breakfast. He was not friendly. I can tell by his gesture. I even asked for a sushi and waited for long to have a waitress served me.

If you want to stroll just at Bandung city center, this hotel is highly recommended for you all. The hotel is nice and has a big room with comfy bed surely rated 5 star. Gym has a big space and spa quite good ambience.

It was a great stay at Crown Plaza Hotel Bandung. Spacious room, good food, strategic location. However, there are still a room for improvement for them to catch up. I found the outside windows very dirty, it was so dusty. Another thing, despite their various delicious food, their cutlery and tableware are odds. Big spoon with no soup spoon and deep plate for soupy foods/porridge. It hold the food okay but not suitable if you want your soup warm for a longer time (sometimes you got a quite far table and your soup is already cold on your way).

Great place to arrange a meeting. The ball room quite big. The breakfast is good. The only downside is the parking lot is limited and the parking payment method is still using cash and does not yet offer a cashless option but luckily the security is really helpful. Recommended for a vacation or business stay

The services are very kind, It was so amazing.. to be honest, I amaze with every single staff here. They also have many great taste of foods. This is our first experience staying on this hotel. The rooms quite spacious and clean. The service from all the staff (starting from the guest front line, room service, and Executive lounge) is excellent, and nothing more to add, just advice to keep this excellent service. However, I feel the food is something that need to be improved.
