Known this Fusia Restaurant start when they open their first restaurant on Dr. Soetomo street. I used to be a regular customer there, visit every few days. Then they changed their food theme and focus on Nasi Timbel which then become so crowded until now. Now they have 3 more branches. They have fried flour with season and sambal available in each table for free. This will give extra taste on their Nasi Timbel menus. Flavor is good and lots of options or additions to choose with. Simple but delicious. A good and quick service is a plus. Overall always have a good experience eating here

One of Indonesia best food nasi timbel you can have it in fusia! Love how they do for the rice, grill it in banana leaf so much flavour inside, they have empal gepuk which is fried beef and surprisingly tender, also you get clear soup was fantastic! Very refreshing, for price still reasonable, better you order ALA carte than package, more affordable
