I am a regular customer of this mall. I think you need to improve your billing desk. 1) It takes too much time to clear the payment. 2) why do you take carry bags charges? It's a big mall and takes 5 rupees for a carry bag. 3)you need to change or improve the check-out point. Why have you needed to check each item into a customer carry bag? We are not thieves. You should believe on your cameras. Great mall for shopping. This is a only cloth type mall and two floors each one is for male and female and all seasons's cloths are available. Workers are too gd and they help you politely

Worst store, bought a pair of sandals they sold me one of size 38 other half of size 40 nd when i went to replace it they said we don't have any such policy nd only uh can take other sandal instead of this sandal, bc what a kind of policy is it they should atleast have allowed me to by any footwear of same price they only allowed to replace it with another sandal, Worst collection Worst material of cloths every bought in life Behaviour of employee is rude, don't know how to talk with customers From my side i will give 0 rating to it
