Best Cafe cum Restaurant in Kotagiri.. This is the best place to have a cup of tea and snacks.. Taste is just awesome.. Ambience is great... very reasonable price.. Staff were very friendly.. When you are in Kotagiri, don't miss this place...

Kotagiri is our second home. So every weekend when we go there I cross 'Tea County' but haven't tried much from their place except Bread, Tea and Pizza. But the last weekend when we were there, I ordered for some pizza, samosas, cutlets, bread omlette and a pastry. I was feeling quite sick so asked them to deliver the food to home as early as possible. The food delivery took more than 30mins but I must say that their packaging was amazing. It was slightly drizzling that day so they had packed the food so well. And each of them tasted really so good. Their pizza was small and simple but it was loaded with toppings. It tasted very delicious. Their pastry was super fresh and tasted so yum. Their cutlet and samosas were extremely good too. All made to perfection. Except the bread omlette which was just an omlet wrapped around bread, everything we tried were worth trying. Bread omlette alone could improve, but I'm really impressed with the way the other items tasted; the way they'd packed and delivered super fresh!!

Cannot recommend this place enough. I stayed in Kotagiri for 3 days, and I was here for at least 1 meal each day! Tiny Place on the main road, it does have a parking space and is a grear rest stop too!Pretty much everything on their menu is great! Be it the pastas, pizzas, sanwiches or biryani. The burger was a let down though!

Cardamom Coffee was fresh, their menu small but is amazing and tasty, even the french toast was good! we get it nowhere else . Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend! Definitely coming back.”

We tried their pista cake and tea cake which was good. Also do try their teas and sandwiches. Our fav sandwich was a tomato and cheese one. All of the brownies and chocolate cakes are made with pure chocolate. Great taste,good ambience and amazing service.

Such a horrible place that doesn't even deserve a star. We were visiting Kotigiri, and could not find a decent place to eat, so we had to come to this ridiculous joke of a restaurant. 1. The service was so terrible, that the waiter was very proud to tell us half the items on the menu weren't availible. 2. The food was so overpriced, and we payed 270 bucks for two mediocre sandwiches and a cold coffee(which took ages to arrive) 3. A very small space with cramped tables and chairs, as well as the place is always full so you have to wait ages to get a table. It really boils my blood that THIS place is always packed, when there are truly amazing places to eat in Kotigiri (eg High grown, Donnington Bakehouse ) Please never ever visit this place unless you are really dying of hunger and there are no other options.

Nice and cozy place in busy tourist hill of Kotagiri. Gentle on your pocket and the food and beverages are worth every dime. Don't forget to taste their pizzas and burgers which are brilliant. Tea County's Bakery products are top notch and you might want to carry home some cakes as well.

A very good cafe to chill out / carry out any business deals. Must visit for people around the place.

I haven't tried many of the desserts or dishes on the menu, so my review is based on what I tried today. I ordered the Chicken pasta in a Cheese sauce and an Eggless Pista cake. I got the cake first and was disappointed when I tasted it. The sweet flavor was overpowering everything else. I could get a hint of cream and maybe Milkmaid. The pasta was made fresh so I had to wait for it. The portion was smaller than I expected when it arrived. It could be that it looked small cause of the way it was plated. The sauce did not look very creamy and had small lumps in it. There was hardly any flavor of cheese and the dish wasn't seasoned. The waiter did place small shakers with oregano, chili flakes, and salt, but I had to experiment with each just so I could get some flavor. The chicken pieces were like chicken balls and actually tasted good, but I would have preferred normal slices of chicken. On the whole, it was quite different from what I am used to, though the cheese was definitely lacking. The bill came to Rs. 270, which is not bad, but I wouldn't try these dishes again. I might try the other items on the menu. Pista cake - Rs. 90 Chicken pasta in cheese sauce - Rs. 180

I am baffled as to how they are so highly rated. Please do not try pasta here. It was uncooked and tasted something completely different. I would also request people to please review responsibly as we went to there only after seeing the reviews.

It's a cozy little cafe with good ambience & tasty food items that are great value for money. I visited Kotagiri on a vacation but had to check in few things at work - I did so from this Cafe and can vouch for their good internet & WiFi! The pizza & veg sandwich were particularly tasty and all offerings are pocket friendly as well. It has a hygienic wash area outside. Overall I will recommend this cafe for a quick bite /spend some time with friends.
