Spoke to them through phone by 6:30 pm to a person asking for stay for one person and for one night and management charged me ₹2000 for the stay and I requested for GST bill as I need to reimburse as I was on business trip and person said that I can provide it.I reached hotel by around 7pm and I reached hotel and I informed them that I spoke to you through phone and the front office staff immediately denied for gst bill and he immediately started arguing with me unnecessarily that you need to pay ₹2500 and can't give gat bill and straight away he said you can get out from here if you not accepting without gst.Such a rude behavior .

Rude behavior from management.I haven't seen such a pathetic behavior from any management in hotel industry they are cheating peoples and earning more worst behaviour and worst room

Home made food in an old English bunglow situated in a lovely location at an affordable price with superb hospitality What more u need in a place which is rated as the second best climate in the world

Location was good enough and had a great time. Room service is should be much better. For bachelors and students or team outing for a day can be suggested to visit this place. Foods on restaurant inside the property was good and gave tasty foods on time. House keeping and room service not much satisfied

The front office service was very poor. Though the rooms were good still they need to improve a lot on the hospitality and service. No complaints on the service boys they were good, but people above them who manage the property are pathetic.

We stayed there for 2days booked online when we went there nothing was ready .. when we enquired they replied very harshly since we paid the amount we waited for 2hours and they provided us the room in the old building food was horrible people who visit kotagiri this place is not recommended don't waste your money and spoil your trip

We went there as a fanily of 5. Three daughters, wife and I. We had originally booked a different place and turned it down upon seeing the place, then a Good Samaritan recommended Belair cottages and we went to check. And to our surprise the place was quite good. We booked 2 rooms immediately after speaking with Mr Gopi who owns the place. The gentleman was very friendly and offered us a good deal. Special mention should be about the food. If you are a south indian, trust me, You will fall for the food. It was really sumptuous!! & the price was quite reasonable too! Must try !!!

A neat and cosy place to stay. You can enjoy the nice view from the room. With a cup of coffee. Wow, bliss.😍 Located very near to Kothagiri junction. They have ample parking space. Staff's are friendly. Food quality is awesome, you can enjoy home-cooked style food. One of the best in the town at the reasonable prince. Overall nice place to spend with family and friends. PS we stayed in room 303.

Excellent place to stay away from yet close to Kothagiri town center. Beautiful view overlooking a valley. Best Amenities - clean & spacious rooma, comfortable beds and kind on call staff. If you are looking to stay in a budget friendly place this it.👍🏾

Visited their restaurant. Great service and very tasty food. We were shown the property and looks like they can easily accommodate about 60-75pax easily. Very nicely done up rooms, Vintage rooms also available. Ramesh was extremely courteous. Leandare was great with service.

Staffs service and behavior is good. Food also good. Location and atmosphere nice.

Worst service on May 27 had to change rooms at midnight
