What's good: Easy to reach Rooms are big, neat and so is the toilet. Host (Aravind) is polite but it doesn't help when you order food or expect a service. Need to keep calling him. What's not good: Doesn't have a good view from the room. Food is very average, very spicy, quantity is less, over pricing. Pepper chicken was given as shredded chicken but pricy. Cucumber salad was given without cucumber but still they billed it. Steamed peanuts salad was given with raw fried peanuts. Don't expect them to give hot water for drinking at 7AM. You will get only after 8AM. The cook walked in and said we come only at 8AM. Guest have to wait. We ordered 10 idlies for dinner but they gave 15 idlies though we had only 10 idlies they charged for 15 idlies. Chicken 65 and other chicken dish was so spicy that me and friend went sick the next day. Normally hotels/resorts waive off/cut prices for food that was delivered bad. Don't expect such courtesy from here. They said Wifi is available when booked but it was not working when we reached there. My opinion: There are plenty of other better accommodations available.

Nice resort located at about 20km away from Ooty. Views are excellent with only mountains and tea estates to see.Room was clean and spacious. It is a good option if you just want to stay and relax as well. Bear in mind the travel time to & from Ooty if you plan on sight seeing. We were there to attend a marriage and it was a compact marriage hall but they had a lot of rooms for guest to stay. Overall a great experience, it was a nice place to stay

Location wise too good it's a treat for eyes to see all the nature around this place. If you don't want to stay inside Ooty city and deal with traffic this resort is away from all that city buzz and offers all the peace and beautiful experience as this is located in the middle of tea estate. We even had wild visiters in our stay giving that one time experience. Do note, this is approx 27km away from Ooty and if you have plans to cover places near City like nilgiri trail train etc , you might want to stay near city as driving through 27kms ghat takes lot of time and you may have difficulty in covering places. From the service perspective, don't expect too much as this is a proper home stay not a resort, although they call it resort. They offer free breakfast but don't expect quantity as they seem to be tight on food quota. Staffs are super lazy and will need lot of reminders to get anything done . Bathrooms are super slippery, if you have any old folks in your family,you might want to take extra care for their safety. Apart from that my stay with family was great and I will cherish my ooty memories with all the memories because of this resort and the misty experience it offered while reaching this place. There is ample parking space and reaching here is not a problem if you follow Google maps.

The resort ambiance and atmosphere was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all and feels like being at home. The restaurant was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The vintage aesthetics were awesome. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting kothagiri for a leasure stay and relaxation..😎❤😎

Stay: location of the resort was at mid of tea estate, view and climate was awesome. Excellent place to stay... Rooms are clean and spacious. Best place to stay and enjoy the climate. Food: Food quality and quantiy was good. We can customize our orders, chef will prepare accordingly.Cost of food was nominal. Personally i tried both veg and non veg dishes, taste was excellent.

We were part of a group which used the facilities. Food was good. Facilities could be better. We had to walk in the rain to wash hands after the meal. Rooms could do with a bit more attention.

One of the best place to stay in Kotagiri. It is located 2kms away from the city which is the main advantage of this hotel. My friend and I stayed there for a day. They provide complimentary breakfast which is quite good. If u travel as a group they arrange camp fire on request. We just enjoyed being with one such group of uncles.😁 Bison visits are often here because we had 2 visitors over the night. Overall the experience was awesome mainly because of the location.

I don't recommend to stay there as the place is not clean, wash rooms are not maintained properly and more over money minded staffs.

Nice location to stay with family....since it is located in kothakiri we need to travel little long to see regular visiting places...otherwise if we decide to see only nature and take rest , it is the place

Property is easy to reach and is fairly close to the main road. Only a few minutes from kotagiri main bus stand. Room are spacious and clean and so is the washroom. More than enough parking space. cook serves good food, simple yet tasty. Arvind was a great host👍
