Awesome place to stay. Great view, we can feel clouds here. Indoor games are available. Luxury rooms 4x,3x. Great hospitality provided by Vivek, he is very humble helping nature. Overall awesome place, I Loved it, will visit again. Recommend to visit at least once.

Very opt place for families , friends and official vacation . Suitable for group of 30 to 40 person . Hall for conference , campfire , neatly maintained garden with Korean Grass , varieties of rose plants , parking area , indoor outdoor play area mismarising view of ghat and hills . Awesome climate . Our stay was so nice and comfortable. The food was nice. Indoor game activities were wonderful. Our kid enjoyed the stay. The best icing on the cake was the Trek through the forest. The location is just waao. People are also good. But food servicing really needs attention. As we had to wait so long for food. Food was very expensive if i compare with the taste that we got

We stayed for a night at this resort. Great place for families and great hospitality, especially from Mr. Anand and Mr. Vijayan. I believe Mr. Vijayan called me before I checked in and asked me what would I like them to prepare. I have never had this hospitality anywhere. Usually, resorts ask once you have checked in not before. This is a great trait which I appreciate. All well and okay, expect the last mile road is a bit narrow. I would recommend this facility to all.

Had stayed at Royal crown for two days. Awesome location and well maintained rooms .Food was good but was served only on pre order. Complimentary breakfast had a good spread. Only drawback is that the access road to the resort is very narrow.

Very good place to spend time with your family and friends. Staff are very customer centric and courteous. One point of improvement is food, due to the climate/ temperature no food served is hot and they do not have any continuous heating mechanism in restaurant which makes even hot food cold in few mins. Also table service members need training on managing large guest during peak seasons as we found them stuck by not knowing how to serve and manage guest request. Otherwise a very good place to spend time with nature and rejuvenate yourself. Spa and gym are upcoming as per the site manager update if done then it will add value to it.

A very pleasant stay and we honestly didn't expect such hospitality. Right from cleaning staff to buggy drivers to F&B staff, they were all polite, caring and treated us like their Family members. Kids had their best time as the property is well situated in a calming meadow surrounded with Forest. The food prepared here felt homely. I highly recommend this place for Family, friends, reunions..

They charge a bomb for a zero value service. We had no water in the room. No wifi. No signal. We felt like the food was a leftover from previous days. We had to nudge a lot to get things done. Definitely not the amount. Recommendations : don’t go. If you have more money, feel free to go.

This newly developed property is worth staying with friends and family. Beautiful hill views, delicious food, play area for kids and adults, trucking and evening DJ makes this property unique and i like their hospitality. Strongly recommend...

If they lay proper road for visitors would be great
