Good place for a descent food. Like their Biriyani which was awesome. Other menu items are good too. Best restaurant for clean, hygienic and tasty food.

Very bad service, House fly all around and rude behavior of staffs. Never go with family. Over price and keep waits customers long time and they leave fighting with them. Reply to owners comment - 'I have checked all previous bad rating review and for all owners reply was insulting customers and their family. You are not accepting your mistakes. You openly said in presence of all customers MALAYALiES are making all troubles here and they don't entertain MALAYALiES here anymore. If we drunk inside your restaurant which is completely covered by CCTV cameras and why don't you call police then or claim video footage showing our bad behaviors. Is it possible to drink inside a family restaurant especially a small one which is congested with other family customers, your staffs and all your presence??????? If you check that footage you can see we all patiently waiting for food, killing thousand of house flies for more than 45 min and we all left your hotel together with all customers their in that restaurant because you said that MALAYALiES are making trouble. So don't go their especially MALAYALiES 😁 Google is providing this facility is to improve your service accordingly to customers feedbacks and not to insult them without accepting your rude behavior and mistakes.

We have a very good experience with this restaurant when visited Kotagiri. Reasonable price and taste is very good. Service was very good according to our request. The man there helps according to our needs. Parking will be slight difficult since it is a narrow road.

Most of the local people in Kothagiri referred this restaurant when we enquired for a good hotel to have non veg lunch . Really it was very good . We had Biriyani and chicken dishes . Awesome taste and good hospitality were the things I just mention here .

We ordered for chicken biryani but chicken fried rice was delivered.they never accept their mistakes.tjey are blaming it on zomato.zomato cannot check every parcel .to take revenge they have given this rating to redgate resorts. Taste is ok, but quantity is too less for both biriyani and fries. Chicken fry has only 4 small pieces of chicken and just filled with onion fry. Rate is too high for the given quantity.. *update* : (reply to your response) - sure, keep concentrating on quality alone, but make sure to improve the quality not only in food but also on how you respond to all customer feedbacks and how you treat customers who come there. I was on an Official visit and stayed in a Tea Estate 8 Kms from this Restaurant. I was searching for restaurants nearby and to my dismay I couldn't find many. This one had pretty good reviews but getting a parking space for cars at Hills can be quite challenging hence called the restaurant and asked if they have a parking space, I was Infornes they do have a space for parking. I drove to their restaurant, the Place is marked perfectly in Google, Yes they do have a car parking in the adjacent vacant plot, at the max 5 to 6 cars can be parked. The restaurant was neat, they have around 10-15 tables with a beautiful view of the Kotagiri. I was there by 12:30 but to my surprise most of the dishes were not prepared. I ordered Chicken Chukka, Chilly Chicken (chicken 65) but it took more than 30 minutes but was worth the wait. I ordered for Chicken Soup, thought it took quite some time the soup was a perfect chicken soup, its has been quite sometime I had such a good chicken soup which was prepared in a typical chettinadu or say homely style rather than the Chinese Style. Chicken 65 or chilly chicken whatever it is called tasted good, Chicken chukka too was good. Yet to try their Biryani and Tandoori dishes. They have Grill, Tandoori, Biryani, Chicken Meals, Veg Meaks, Fish Fry, Shawarma etc.. DO TRY, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. Pros Perfect Location Car Parking Available Decent Staff Quality Food Cons Timing (it could have been an one off day) but the food was worth the wait I will update after getting to taste their Biryani and Tandoori dishes.

The restaurant is pretty hot in lunch time and it is a road side standard restaurant. Though fans were installed I was told they don’t work. 😜 The food is good as I ordered mutton meal and fried rice. It is more South Indian preparations. Parking is a bit difficult but they helped to keep the car. The service gets real delayed if there are too many people. Since this is a close to bus stand restaurant do not expect any behaviour from the people visiting and they are going to snatch chairs from you if you have gone to wash hands.🙂 All total it is not a nice experience but food wise the taste was good but not exceptional so may be one has to adjust a bit.

Excellent restaurant in Kothagiri. Tasty food, slightly slow but warm service and good portion sizes for the price. The city view is a bonus but it quickly becomes irrelevant as the restaurant gets crowded quite quickly & everyone is jostling for a table. Parking can be tricky but one should be able to find a spot if their driving skills are good.

I have edited my rating from 1 Star to 4 Stars after getting the immediate response from Mr. Deepak Roy. Food was good, and the view of the road from the hotel seating arrangement which I like personally. The only difficulty we faced is to Park our Vehicle.

The taste is really good , quantity is much more compared to other restaurants. Customer service is also very good , they listen to your instructions regarding the food your ordering and it's on point.

Visited Manna JSP Restaurant Kothagiri in Nov 2022. The restaurant is close to Johnstones square. They serve good grilled and tandoori chicken dishes. I tried a tandoori chicken, chicken chettinadu and parotta and the dishes were good.

One of the best restaurants I have ever tasted on the way to Kothagiri. The dishes are served hot and they taste amazing! Friendly people and quick service. Loved it!!! Briyani must try!!!

1/10. Wouldn’t recommend. Went there for lunch after seeing such good reviews. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. The meat used in Chicken chukka was too rubbery, could be from previous nights grilled chicken. Veg meals was also bad. Poor Sambar and Rasam.

I will not refer this hotel to anyone. I had a very bad experience today.. Esapecially from the management.. If we post feedback on Manna Hotel's page, they try to insult us.. They say a comment that I didn't expect until today.. In the comment below, they also say that 12 members of a family including children got liquored.. Very pathetic. Unprofessional... Suggesting to appoint few educated employees.. You can check your camera by 13th May 2023 9:00 pm to 10:00 PM.

Came after long enquiry for lunch.. lived up to expectations food,service both are excellent.. Feed back shared on restroom too owner assured it be immediately taken.. overall a thumbs up experience..
