I ordered to do 6 th digit dollar design in 2 gram ,i preferred one design, output delivery design totally varried Today morning 12 o clock i got my dollar I was totally upset , poor customizing outcome & i and never suggest any to go there , totally unfair & am not stastifed . Thank you

Framed god(silver) photos are not good , with in one year itself inner parts are damaged!! Company also never care of it and not take responsibility for that !! 😥😢😥 Selling time only they tells it comes for long life (like they had in cash counters)

A showroom for Jewelry items and has been one of the oldest Jewelry shop in pondicherry. still the Puducherry people have faith in them. Has been overtaken by many new comers in the recent period after multiple franchises have come to Puducherry. Rates are not that competitive as that of other franchises. These guys definitely need to put some more marketing to overcome the new comers else they are standing there to loose themselves.

Visited the store today, collections are too good. Actually I visited lalitha since VA the percentage is 12% i tried to check with Muthu gold for better price. Amazingly the collections are too good, can best compared GRT too. Finally selected bangle for 11% VA and got bangle for 16 grams. Bestest model n good deal. Checked ther chit and its better than lalitha's flexi-o-flexi. Their gold quality is too good and certified 916. If planning for gold purchase. Visit and thank me later :) Only cons: They need to concentrate on customer care.

The elderly person who is distributing the gold in very worst manner, he may be a owner or i don't know, but he should have some respect for what job he is doing (we are not getting gold for free right ?), we felt very bad in receiving the gold the way he delivered, very cheap behaviour...
