A hotel.....more than a house comfort. Owner to staff members all are co-operative like a family member. Best advice they all give in all aspects. Breakfast to cleanliness all was excellent I expirenced during my tour this month. Personal attention was given especially by the manager to everyone who stay there even the owners personally came to provide best breakfast and every service to their guests. It was an awesome experience of my life . Words are less to explain... Only excellent excellent and excellent.

Rooms are very nice, clean and reasonably large compared to many other hotels. Staff is friendly. The location is few km from white town & nice restaurants, so that are small irritants. The breakfast is average, huge room for improvement. Breakfast start time is 8am, which is another irritant. Half star each deducted for location, including value for money and breakfast but otherwise overall 4.5 stars if i could. PS. The pizza at the in-house pizzeria is Awesome, 4.5 on 5. Must try.

One of the best places i have ever stayed. Starting from their service to food everything was great. We stayed for 3 days at hotel with my family and they helped us in all the ways they could do, starting from booking cabs to suggesting places to visit. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was really tasty. The best part was their service and polite nature of the front desk staffs and the owner and his family. They were very polite and helpful. I am definitely going to stay here if I ever visit Pondicherry again. Thank you everyone for giving us a pleasant stay.

We had wonderful experience staying in the hotel. Complimentary breakfast was awesome..varieties of items and equally deliciously tasty. I am sure everyone will love the breakfast. Other food items were equally good. Cleanliness was excellent and the staffs were very cordial. Prompt service for all the orders. Located on an important road, near to Auroville and not very far from promenade. I must suggest anyone to spend some time in the hotel White Pearl Residency😊😊👍

A perfect place to take your family. Amazing and spacious rooms, property has been maintained very well even after 6 years old. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staffs were very friendly, accommodative for all your requests. Good spread in breakfast menu with authentic homemade like taste. A personal touch from the landlady (Devi) is a feel-good factor. Totally recommend this place Just one concern with restaurant timings, it closes at 9:30PM, which is very unusual. It was very inconvenient to take the family especially kids out for dinner

It's a value for money place. Hotel rates are the same across websites. Rooms are big and comfortable. Neat and clean - 9/10 Service is quick and fast In house restaurant in good Wood fired pizza is a must have. Staff and management is helpful. The first time I gave 5/5 for a hotel stay. Car parking is enough and secured. Room service is quick and prompt. The stay duration was 3 nights and it was a very pleasant experience from checkin to check out.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Their pizza is to die for. I absolutely loved it. Staff were polite and helpful. It’s very near to Auroville beach so you can go there by walk to watch sunrise. Would recommend this hotel.

I have been traveling around India for over a month and the White Pearl stands out as one of the best places I've stayed. Large clean room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom furnished with all the amenities (and with an enclosed shower). Great breakfasts were included and I tried their pizza which was surprisingly good. Location is good, close walk to a beach. I'll add that I ran into some personal difficulties during my stay and the staff went overboard for me, as if I was a member of their family. So, highly recommended for your Pondy stay.

Clean and neatly maintained rooms. Cooperative and Courteous staff. The reception guys handled the booking over the phone decently. The food served in the restaurant is tasty as well. Food is expensive, though. We loved the pizza prepared at this place. Breakfast served by the hotel was nice, too. It's on the main road and easier to spot. Overall, it was a nice place to stay with family.

Hotel is situated right next to the Police check post Periya Mudaliyar Chavady, this is just quite opposite to the Auroville Road. Rooms were well maintained, Staffs were friendly and quick. Complimentary breakfast spread was amazing, during the 2nd day of our stay the breakfast was served in Roof-top, view was amazing, all facility is available in room, we tried their PIZZA it was tasting great. Overall it was a pleasant and satisfying stay in a decent budget hotel. Will Recommend and visit again.

I stayed here with my family last weekend and found the stay excellent and memorable. Rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant is good. Buffet breakfast was good. Front office staff were very courteous to name Mr. Jamal /Mr. Rahim etc.....

One of the finest places to stay. All the staff were very courteous & ready to help anytime. My trip was suddenly planned and didn't know much about the place. Rahman from the front desk , helped me plan the trip and also took care of travel arrangements. Complimentary breakfast and the In-house pizza is a must try. I recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel is located at a prime location and right on East Coast Road. All the popular tourist places are in the vicinity. Coming to the rooms they were extremely clean. The sheets provided were clean. The washroom was sanitized properly. Service provided by hotel staff was very good. The hotel has ample parking space. Food served has very good quality and sufficient quantity is served. If visiting again I would prefer to stay in the same hotel.

Nice and clean rooms. Service was prompt. Breakfast buffet was good. We enjoyed our stay hear. Serenity, and auro beach are within 1-2 km from here. All places were easily accessible from here. They have covered parking.

The best hotel experience I had despite the few difficulties faced at the beginning and asap was solved. Hence, I loved their service. Every staff member was kind and cooperating. The room given was very neat and professional with all the proposed facilities given in the website. Housekeeping and restaurant room service was also good. Hi All, We recently (family) stayed in white pearl , suite room is excellent, clean and budget. Service was good.we came for our anniversary and enjoyed lot. Comp breakfast was excellent. I will suggest this room my friends. Safe for family , 3 star category rooms. Maintenance is good Overall satisfied

Very good Hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included. Food was super tasty, very less oil and tasted like home made food. We happened to meet the owners and they were very courteous and happened to serve the guests inspite of their busy schedule. There is sufficient place for parking. Close to beaches and city.

This place is a true hidden gem. It is unassuming from the outside but everything else is anything but. The food, the rooms, the people and overall experience is so good. We were a large party and occupied multiple rooms. Consistently across every guest the experience was great unanimously. I won’t think twice to recommend this place to anyone who is visiting or to stay myself yet again.

Location is just next to the main road which is very easy to locate and its quite... They have enough parking space with proper security to guide you. Rooms are good with very nice service. Rooms very neat and clean. Breakfast is superb... it's tasty and options are more...really enjoyed the stay...

The rooms were really 30% more spacious than any other of such hotel. The service was really great and was promptly acknowledged. The breakfast was really of a concern as the menu was monotonous everyday, food tasted bit more oily than it should. The front desk staff in all 3 shifts were really humble polite and respectful to listen and guide to their best capabilities. I give it 8/10 though rated 5 stars with only concern on food which anyways can be managed. Thank you WPR team for giving us a comfy stay.
