Not a very Good experience. We wanted to buy a plot and approached, but Mr Maxim who was dealing was not at all friendly. Very rude and demanding. Without papers he demanded an advance of 5 lakhs. A customer is an customer and no matter which corporation you belong to, there must be a way of approaching the customers. The behavior was not friendly. Everytime he was saying we are Rohan corporation, mangalore top. But, that doesn't give anyone the right to take things for granted. Very unprofessional behavior and approach. Though we had a strong desire but the response and support put us astray. We have bought properties from other builders and they have been more emphatic and down to earth. Time to buckle up and treat customers with respect.

Dear Team, I was there for short vactn and thought apartments and what I got true colors of everyone ..... sales team is not great at all I don't want disclose the name but never judge anyone based on faces or the way they dressup we are not there to impress you if come by car then they consider as your rich sorry to say this . 1st thing keep in mind we r humans 2. If u can't help don't judge and use ur marketing skill hw we use bargainn skills and when you can't give please tell us so that we can look for something ... simply keeping us waiting and giving importance the one who comes with car all that who ever comes there when thy have money then only they come n please put paper stating that please keep your foot wear outside simply don't give us ur lecture I have not sat in my school dys also when I paid to listn their lecture.
