If u want to torture your pet bring them to petoria. I took the premium package of dog grooming, hoping the facility was good and simply wasted the money there. Very unprofessional staff who dont have and love or affection to pet. They will request the owner to say downstairs never do the same. We went upstairs and told them that we are going to wait there so that we can see them grooming our pet. But we realised that the unprofessional staff didn't even know how to handle the pet. They started to catch hold of his genitals and seeing this we asked them to stop it and came out paying there money. Not sure what they do with female pets. Outside they have quote stating that we love pets and inside i can see many dogs are caged without proper care nor food or water. I have posted the pic below the cage is too small for the dog to stand even.

Decent grooming center. Been here for the grooming of our Beagle. They mentioned there are 3 packages for grooming (750/950/1500). Main difference was in the brand of shampoos used. It includes bathing and blow dry, nail cutting and ear cleaning. Grooming was done in first floor. There is sitting area for pet owners as well. The staff was courteous and tried to get friendly with dog first. They put him in a kennel which is sufficient for small dogs. Not sure they have a bigger kennel for bigger dogs. Overall grooming took around 1 hour and I could watch the whole grooming activity. They have a store as well where most of the pet items are available. Overall it was good experience. They have parking space for 4-5 cars.

I had a very good service for my doggie. Doctor is available till 5/6pm .they have wide range of pet suppliments and pet dress accessories. They do grooming for all kind of dogs. Ample parking facilities is available

I was told that the centre will be functional till 9 pm. I took my dog by 7.30 pm. No assistant was available to trim his nails. No care was given, no medicine, and the veterinarian took hardly five minutes to check my dog. And they charged a whopping fee, double of that the most expensive oncologist or cardiologist would charge in Kerala today. I just checked the bill and found that they have taken a blood sample for analysis. And it costs Rs 300/- Hence ,I don't have complaints about the fee. But still the service was not good.

I took my labrador who was ill and down with tick fever.. Doctor Miyada and Doctor Vidya took care of him very well. They did explain and suggested the needful clearly. And they were always available all 7 days was the biggest relief (even holidays).. thanks a lot petoria team

This place is amazing. While their pet merchandise is a bit pricy, their grooming service and also medical aid is top notch. We've taken our dog here twice and they've been really good. We'll visit again for grooming.

Very expensive........ For Tricat vaccination__₹1000/__ For keeping cat for just one day ₹400/__ And it's not at all acceptable. I'm from Calicut we had kept our cat in full AC conditioned room with food and water for₹250/day in a pet Wellness centre at Calicut....

Owner is very knowledgeable and ready to help on any queries. Staff also very helpful. Grooming is very good and almost all the products are available. A vet is also available there and was very helpful for me.

This is a long over due, 5 star review! We took our year old puppy, Mickey, to Petoria after we noticed him with continues vomiting. Mickey was incredibly sick and diagnosed with Parvo. Petoria worked with us by treating Mickey The Vets and staff took such great care of him, and did an excellent job guiding us through a difficult situation by taking time to explain to us everything that is going on. If it wasn't for Petoria, I am not sure Mickey would have survived. I would recommend this veterinary hospital to EVERYONE! We are so grateful for them! I hated taking my pet there. I understand they are there to make money, but they are literally looting people! It’s one price one day and another price another day for pet accessories! There’s another shop down the road which is much cheaper and better! Never going back! PS. The vet there was very kind! Since there is no option to reply, There wasnt any MRP prices on the accessory I inquired and the sales boy there was guessing prices out of thin air!

I went to their shop today to groom my dog lahsahpso which i have already booked in advance even then they just try to find a way not to do the grooming they are saying that the hair is tied into knots it is difficult to do so and they have other customers waiting so what are we then we also booked in advance and if they find it difficult to do their job the. Why are they sitting there if they cant do that particular job So disappointed in their service and the worst grooming centre ever
