This is the best hotel that you can find near the Cochin airport and at extremely affordable price. I had booked it on Booking.com and was promptly contacted by the owner when I was arriving etc. The check-in process was smooth, but what really blew me away was the size of the rooms. There is a small hall, followed by the bedroom and a small balcony. The room was absolutely clean and stocked with all the things you would need for a stay. The person at the front desk - Ebil - was super helpful with all the queries. When I requested to arrange for an early breakfast at 6.30,the owner personally got it for me. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and I will stay here again given a chance.

It was a short trip to Kochi and we needed a comfortable place near the airport. We found this place sifting through so many reviews on Google and other booking sites. The rooms were great, with a separate sitting room and a small kitchen too. They also provide airport pickup and drop facilities. Food can be ordered from a nearby restaurant till 10 pm. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The best part of the place was its location and the 24/7 reception. They even provide shuttle service from airport which helped an easy access to my mom who reached the airport before me. It was a hassle free stay. The place was clean and spacious

Highly recommended place to stay. Near to airport, owners are so nice they arranged everything you need. Airport pickup drop available which is really appreciated. Staff was supportive. Food we ordered was tasty and enough for 4people. They take care of the guest very nicely.

It was a wonderful experience because of flight delay we visited this place late night but still was greeted with courtesy and without any issue. Best thing about the room was that it's not like a usual hotel it's more like a 1 BHK flat for you curated perfectly with all the amenities. Everything is detailed perfectly so no much help is required from room service too. Will recommend this one for sure as it's a budget friendly too.

It is five minutes drive from this hotel to the airport. The place is amongst a lot of greenery and in a small lane. The room was quite comfortable and the service was good. The bathroom is clean and well maintained. They offer pickup and drop service to the airport at a cost. It is about a ten minute drive to the highway. You have ample parking.

The location , the ambience , the hospitality they show , the food they provide at late hours , the rooms make you feel just as home with all the amenities. The best budget hotel I ever stayed. Actually can't say that it is a hotel. The facility is like a studio apartment. Each rooms has a visitors area, private balcony and a small kitchen. All the required toiletries including soap, shampoo, dental kit, face wash, hand wash and shaving kit were provided. Even though there's no restaurant at the premises, the property has a facility to get food delivered. Also, if you need to have a coffee or tea, a kettle, suger, coffee and tea powder and milk cream is provided. The property is located in a calm and quiet area, but very near to the airport. Rooms are super clean and tidy. I would recommend the property to all who are looking for a budget stay in this area.

The property is managed by extra ordinary sincere management. The connectivity to the property from highway is very easy. This is very much suitable and ideal for airport passengers and also for those going on long drive through NH for a peaceful halt. The room has one hall and even a kitchen, thus really suitable for those who wanted to have long stays. The toilet is extra ordinarily maintaned and excellent in its appearance. The management is so kind that they don't bring in any extra rates for family members unlike in certain other properties. I really felt it as a home away from home.

Never expected to get a full 1BHK apartment near CIAL for this price. The place was sparkling clean and the bathroom was spic n span. Such a warm and courteous attitude by the staff.

We stayed at this place for the second time now. It's a comfortable place with all facilities . Really enjoyed our stay. The staff , from manger to the the room service boy, are all cordial and always ready to help. A home away from home us how I would describe the place.

We had a superb stay at Base9 Airport hotels . We stayed here from afternoon to very early morning next day . The stay exceeded all my expectations . I will list Pros and cons here :- Pros :- 1. The room . It's like an apartment with a bedroom and a living room . 2. Every thing necessary for a pleasant stay was present in the room . We did not even need to ask for anything . 3. Coffee maker and lots of tea bags / coffee pouches . 4. TV in both the rooms. 5. Speed of Wifi was excellent . 6. Toilet was clean . 7. Helpful people in the reception . They allotted us ground floor room when we said my mother have problem with stairs . 8. For airport transfer , the taxi was present in the hotel and in Rs 350 we were dropped in airport at right time . 9. Good car parking space . 10. Individual kitchen in each room. 11. More than value for money. Cons :- 1. No lift/elevator . It might be problem for someone having knee problem . But I have to say the hotel staffs were really helpful . 2. No inhouse restaurant . Again this was not a problem for us. They could arrange food from any 3 restaurants . 3. I am not sure about this , I am not sure whether hot water is available .

The rooms were not fresh and clean. I didn’t even take a shower because the towels looked old and dirty. The bedsheets looked the same. There’s an extra sitting room, which is nice, but I didn’t sit there due to doubts about cleanliness. On the positive side, the AC and Wi-Fi were good. Overall, won’t repeat.

The service and rooms were really amazing. The rooms were cozy and the view was really nice from the balcony. All the amenities are available and food is also available even at odd hours. 💯 recommended.

Close to airport and great airport pickup service. Clean room with heaps of space, great service even at 11:30 at night. Staff went out of there way to help us with trains and taxi services. They also made suggestions on what to see in the area and and helped us plan our next feed days. We would stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel room, which is conveniently located very near the airport. It was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like sanitizer, talcum powder, and even a hair dryer in the bathroom. The service was outstanding, although the only drawback was the absence of a lift, requiring guests to climb stairs. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this room for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I would rate more than 5 stars if I could. I stayed in a room called Himmel and my family in Aura. Everything in hotel is well thought of and ergonomic. You may never have been to this hotel before, but you can tell what is where, everything is that accessible. It's neat and clean and most importantly, there's no scrooge attitude anywhere. Hot water, decent channels on tv, decent wi-fi, enough charging points. Not many people understand that there's bliss in the abundance and people stay in hotels to seek that. There's no inhouse restaurant, but they have tie-ups with 2 restaurants nearby and they deliver within 20 minutes. My elderly parents liked this humble abode the best amongst all the 4 and 5 star hotels we stayed in, throughout our trip in Kerala and I think that says a lot. I personally don't think there's higher praise than that. You should definitely opt for this place if you are thinking of staying a couple of nights before or after your flight. Mr. Jose, I was hoping to meet you when we left. You were lovely, helpful and so kind. Hope to bump into you when we stay here the next time. I know I would.

We had our early morning flight and this hotel was pretty nearby to airport with cab facility available. We stayed in a room named Maple. There are 3 rooms are very cosy to stay over. Neatly maintained rooms with good timely response from the managers ! Only suggestion is, there are expired lotions and shampoos in the room, make sure they are updated. Overall had a pleasant experience staying here.

Stayed at Base9 for one night while transit. Good hotel, very convenient location, attentive staff. Highly recommended. The faculty you get is absolutely worth your money. A unit consists of a living room, bedroom with bathroom & a balcony. You don't feel as if strick inside 4 walls. Surely would go back & will recommend to others too...

Its a very economy option for hotel stay in Nedumbasserry. Service level is very good. Rooms are neat and spacious with separate dining room and wash basin. We had a nice and comfortable stay last week.

Great and hygienic room for a good price. All basic amenities provided. We checked in at 12am and the manager/owner? was kind enough to help with our suitcases and even provide us a drive to the airport at 4am. Really appreciate the stay. Location is 10 mins from the airport

We stayed in their family room for a night and the experience was really good. - Rooms are very clean and spacious, it has all basic facilities and more (like scissors, nail cutters, basic grooming items etc.), some books to read (including the no. 1 selling book of all time) - Bathrooms are neat and clean too. There is a dental kit (with 2 brushes), paste, bathing soap and hand wash included. - Staff and service was very nice and approachable when we stayed. - They have a 24 hour drop facility to airport (cab @ extra charges of Rs. 350). - Parking space in the hotel is limited to 2-3 cars. - They allow outside food in the hotel (swiggy, Zomato delivers here), they also sell chips/biscuits, carbonated drinks and water at reasonable prices in the reception. - The only downside is the location - it's on the side of a narrow road (which is filled with potholes) in a residential area.
