The manager's behaviour from the time we met him was pathetic. He refused us the room we asked for(301) because he himself was staying with his friend there, kept on bothering us regarding the sound of the TV even after we reduced the voice significantly. Hopefully the management takes some action or advise the manager regarding his customer service quality. The rooms are good and the service is pretty good. The person in charge needs to learn customer interaction/ basic manners.

Don't be alarmed if you see such good ratings for this place. It's not their own people rating it. Stayed here for 3 days with my family. The rooms where descent and clean . But it's the level of personal service they provided to us which stands them apart. The manager and staff were so flexible to our requirements. We had an amazing time staying here! I would recommend it to anyone who plans to stay at Aluva. Tip if you plan on staying here: call directly and book your rooms instead of using MakeMyTrip or other apps. Their complimentary services will justify their price.

Located in a quiet corner of Aluva, 15-20 mins form the airport. The serene surroundings, very reasonable cost, clean rooms, hospitable staff, (especially Mr.Shinaz who took such good care of us) and good breakfast..

I had a great experience at Meghadoot River Resort. It was an awesome stay with my family. We were around 15 peoples. Rooms were very good, comfortable, clean and spacious enough. The service provided by Mr. Zubair and other staffs was prompt and cheerful. The ambience was very nice. Joyful stay in greenery. Most importantly, the rates are very very rasonable.

I really enjoyed being here because I felt like Munar here. And the manager here, Ms Shahana, guided us very well on everything. The staff here is also very good. The food here is also very good. In the end, I would say that if you come to Aluva, then choose this hotel.

I stayed there 1 night , but it didn't even have a minimum standard. The stench was bothering so much that I could not sleep, I booked by seeing the reviews and the location, the staffs don't know anything about related Cochin airport details/they don't have any positive answer regarding the surrounding places, some of my friends before informed me very helpful management before here..I didn't feel from here..There was mosquito problem too ..wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I'd give this stay a comfortable rating, with top-notch service. The only downside was the noisy fan; I hope the management addresses this issue.

Stayed at this place one night from 28th evening to 29th morning. We were a party of 5 friends in two rooms. Rooms were very good, comfortable, clean and spacious enough. Service was prompt and cheerful. They don't have a restaurant, but serve a simple but tasty breakfast - on a very limited menu I should add. At other times you need to order food from outside. They serve tea and coffe in the rooms and can also whip up an omlette. Most importantly, the rates are very very rasonable. I am someone who travels extensively, and I can say that this is by far the most "value for money" place I have ever stayed in! Five stars for that!

Calm and quiet place to stay in Aluva. Facilities include breakfast, a small library, drinking water, a small space to play badminton. Staff is very friendly and helping. Rooms and bathroom were neat and tidy.

Pretty good place. The common space linked by 3 rooms is a good option for big groups. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is not great, not much exploring to do. However, it's a good place for a staycation.

I had an excellent experience with Meghdoot. You get a terrific combo of scenic location, very neatly maintained premium like property, extremely courteous staff and all for absolutely reasonable price. We had booked the whole property for wedding, Mr. Shinazuddeen who manages the property made sure that everyone in the group were attended and comfortable. He was quite flexible for accommodating everyone's requests and he genuinely treats customers as guests. Also as a pleasant surprise, they sent a small wedding gift to our address. I would highly recommend this place for the value for money and genuine interest of Mr. Shinaz and team's to offer a good service to their guests.

well maintained and great services. Good place to conduct small functions / get together. A very relaxing place to stay! Fun rain style showers too. Overall a very comfortable and clean place to stay.
