I would like to give zero rating. I want to mention nurse name shruthi from general ward ,she is very rude with all patients and main complaint on her and staff duty doctor included when we said her to stop IV saline, shruthi the irresponsible nurse sitting and chitchating with some one and she sent some staff person (who will take care of patients personal care) to remove IV, he was unable to do properly and blood was overflowing on bed which was terrible I immediately called her because it is her responsibility she came so irritating and removed Iv very roughly which was so hurting . So coming to hygiene there are so many cockroachs which are moving behind patient bed which is worst.Washrooms are so so bad. Worst experience which we gone through totally unhappy with doctors nurse behavior.

My sister was having HB 4 & platelet count 21k, earlier she was admitted in some other hospital of Gulbarga, they could not even diagnose the disease properly and kept her on blood transfusion, she didn't recover, after a week she was brought to Sunrise Hospital, where she was correctly diagnosed by the Gynecologist in Sunrise, Dr Zara Fatima who caught the issue in hours and my sister was taken to an emergency surgery, she recovered quickly and started walking within couple of days. This hospital stands apart compared to other hospitals we visited in the past. In terms of cleanliness, nursing care and attitude of staff was really good. We recieved a good medical care as well. One thing that also stood out was The insurance desk, they have an experienced person who helped with all the insurance queries and helped bills get cleared in quick time.

Really a great multi speciality hospital with good facilities but still their are some small things which needs to be improved like cleanliness in the top floor so that patient attenders can get fresh up and have their food properly. The other thing is Insurance team works very well in this hospital, especially Irfan sir has helped me a lot in getting the cashless claim approved in minimal time. He used to spend late hours in the hospital if their is any request pending for discharge even it was Ramadan month. I was very happy with the services provided by this team.
