Went to buy two necklace and replacement of some old jewelleries. Dealing was good from the staffs and variety options available. Making charge is more compared to other small shops. Since i bought my gold from another branch in UAE, I received full value of the gold. Limited parking is a downside.

Good! Good parking area is something which need a special mention! The gold collection is also good! Divine,era,mine,precia,ethnix are various varieties of gold collection found here! Ambience is good. Kids playing area is small! U are welcomed with coffee and u get free lunch token for wedding purchase!

Pathetic service from staff and people dealing with the calls… I booked for a personalised locket for and necklace… They name made by them is entirely different from the one i ordered and the staffs behaviour towards it was weird.., Waited for 5 hours to get the product and spent 2 days for getting an update of my order through the phone… The staff who picked up the phone treated the customer pathetically … Overall disappointed with the entire team…

We bought gold bangles worth approximately Rs 2 Lacs from here a few weeks back. Customer service was great, we were treated well and they had lot of options. ***However, they shared our data externally without our permission*** We recorded the transaction to an already existing account in the shop, but didn't use Union bank card. Within an hour after the transaction we started getting calls from some one claiming to be from Union bank offering loans for small rate if we kept the gold as collateral. The calls were non-stop and super annoying. Malabar must have shared the transaction details with 3rd party, else there's no way anyone would know abt it. I called the shop's manager Mr.Dinesh to complain about this. He told he will call me back after investigating, but that never happened.

I had the privilage to visit this showroom today, thats on 17 Feb 2021. Very pleased to say that the service rendered was so good. Timely attention, professional approach, everything was good. I would like to suggest you that there could be tea or other drinks to customers, today they were serving coffee only. I wouldnt mind criticising you on a point which I think important, thats your washroom. It was so pathetic in condition. Too dirty, with pipes leaking and not having mugs or tissues or waste bins. The gents bathroom looked like it was maintainted ages back and none uses it. No matter its for your staff or customers, they all deserve to be treated in a dignified manner and not as animals. Now I am leaving this here as a review, hoping that necessary measures will be taken in order to rectify this. I will be posting this from social mefia accounts, had it not been addressed properly.

Recently i purchased ornaments from malabar gold and diamonds tirur branch. For this i have joined their gold scheme earlier. I have paid a total of 75k in different intervals of time.. While joing staff members told we can buy gold whenever required. And if the gold price is lower during ornament purchase date, then that lower amount will be considered for the whole gold. This was informed in the initial time by the malabar gold staff. But this was not happened during the purachse date. Instead they averaged the gold price. This is not the first time I am purachsing gold from tirur branch. But i am facing this kind of issue for the first time.

Today, I feel ashamed that I was a regular customer of Malabar, Tirur for many years. Worst experience, Extremely bad service!! Looks like the sales person is not at all interested to show or sell anything to us. Instead of understanding and helping on what we really need, he asked us to walk around and search in whatever displayed in the side walls! They indirectly forced me to step out and I bought the required items from another jewellery at Tirur.
