These gated communities with premium facilities not investor friendly. Developer maintain amenities without owners rights. You can build better home where you have peace of mind. If something happens in any unit, it will damage the whole tower. Unfortunately, in India, insurance coverage is not strong where you can claim in case of damage. As an investor, you can't demand developer in case of any delay. RERA is fully corrupted, they don't help owners. Overall, don't waste your hard-earned money in these graphics.

I spoke with marketing team reg project , he is good in brainwashing rather than understanding customer requirements and to hide their intensions. In my opinion I decided not to invest in this project due to poor cooperation. Customer friendly should be improved rather than provoking statements

I Went to this mk one project place, very good location, near by rushikonda beach visakhapatnam, and admirable 151 amenities are very impressive. Model flat is well decorated.they can build with same construction quality. They promised, because of mivan construction technology, finishing will be good and durability will be more compare with traditional construction.
