My mother was alloted bed and admitted at Medicover hospital on the 7th day of her infection via 104 services and covid control room run by the government to whom I am thankful. Initially my mother was admitted with moderate symptoms and during her stay at the hospital severity increased. Its day 22 and counting on path to recovery. Most nurses employed on the floor are incompetent and negligent. No timely medication offered, especially in case of insulin due to non availability of glucose monitor. Not maintaining medication stock/ missing dosages. Informing patient/attendant to get medicine right when its needed to be taken. (Acetylcysteine tablets) Rude/unprofessional behavior. I needed a portable oxygen cylinder for my mother to attend her basic needs in the washroom as her spo2 was down. Upon asking several times and waiting 4 hours. One of the nurses on 7th floor told me to get my own cylinder if I cant find one on the floor. I approached the duty manager night shift and he arranged a cylinder. **Negligence/mismanagement of Remdesivir vials . 2nd floor ICU, my mother was lied about remdesivir vial been given to her but it was not. When I enquired with the nurse , I was told the dose was not needed while I insisted that the dose needs to be given I was sent to the pharmacy with a nurse to get remdesivir vial and to my surprise my mother's vial was already billed and dispatched. When asked the nurse she changed the story that my mother's remdesivir vial was accidentally given to some other patient. It took around 2.5 hours for the nurse to arrange a vial for my mother @12:30 Am . I seriously doubt from where she got that vial when remdesivir is a regulated drug. The issue was brought to the notice of the operations manager and nursing in charge and I was told the nursing in charge would be getting back to me regarding the issue but no one ever came back. The next night my mother was lied again that she is been given remdesivir and nurse kept at empty vial bottle next to her bed but when I went to the desk I was surprised to find remdesivir vial sitting on the desk with my mother's name written on it. ** I am not sure if its mismanagement by the nursing staff, negligence or some scam but the organisation needs to investigate. Traces of blood were found in the urine bag for which my father informed the nurse and was told back it's normal. Later I found that there was clotted blood floating and asked the night shift nurse to change the Foley catheter and the urine bag as prescribed by the doctor but I was told I had to wait to get it changed when the day staff comes in . I had to find the duty manager and complain him to get the urine bag and Foley catheter removed as it was causing pain. The beds, pillows and mattresses are filthy one could easily get infected with other diseases such as mucormycosis. I wonder if the hospital has a SOP for cleaning and disinfection once the patient discharged. Kindly check with the pics attached. My mother is a severe covid infected patient and she cant use the toilet for which she needs a bed pan. I have asked staff to get curtains for the room so she could have some privacy but no one has got it from past 2 days. I had to tie bedsheets to the windows so that she can get some privacy. After chasing people around for 2 days I had the curtains put on the windows. The hospital is charging exorbitant hidden charges for which I am getting poor hospitality services. However I am thankful to the doctors who have attended my mother till date, I would like to appreciate few young doctors/medicos and 2 or 3 senior nurses for attending emergencies , duty manager and IP manager for resolving some of the issues and shifting my mother to a cleaner room. I hope Medicover management will strive to improve their standard at this particular hospital as they claim to provide european medical standards in India according to their website.

This is regarding medic-over hospital review Doctor G Sreedhar sir are experts for surgery but I never faced this type of management issues. Worst management. Except nurses no one was taking any responsibility on patients. I thought please take this to higher management. Coming back to insurance if they find any difficulties they are not reaching to guardians. Placing entire file in block status. Patient needs to follow up with every insurance folk. Note:- Nurses doing very good job. Sharon , Rona , k Bhavani ,On time they are providing all required vaccinations to patients in time. Observation:- 1. Doctors performing their job properly 2. Insurance team was not taking any responsibility 3. They don’t know what format will be help-full to claim Insurence. Sometimes they were asking letter heads in Telugu. When they receive any queries they are taking any action. Customers needs to follow up with insurance team My humble request please take an action on this. If management won’t take any action this definitely reputation of hospital will damage due to this unnecessary related stuff. 4. Regarding food is also not good. If we ordering from outside they were not allowing to inside.

Highlights: 1) Hospital with good doctors like K.Satya Rao, K.Venkateswarlu 2) OP timings & services were good 3) The ambience was good. Neat and clean. 4) You may get doctor OP appointments directly reaching this place 5) Goid parking πŸ…ΏοΈ space for cars πŸš— and bikes 🏍️ 6) Good canteen/cafeteria πŸ‘Ž: 1) The washrooms were not cleaned thoroughly and no locks for the doors 2) There is no discount on medicines bought in the inside pharmacy. Not even minimum 3) Some of the staff members at reception were not aware of doctors' availability 4) Only one lift πŸ›— was operated even in the peak times Overall not a bad experience. All I need doctors appointment. That's it.

The first impression is the best impression... 1. The organisation of the hospital is really commendable. 2. A lot of patients and their attendants are visit the hospital daily, but still the hospital is maintaining cleanness and hygiene in general wards, waiting areas, entrance and other cabins. 3. Paid accommodation is available for long distance patients and thier attendants. 4. One small canteen is available in ground floor. You can buy tea, coffee, snacks and some packed food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 4. "Aarogya Sree" facility also available and the office for the same is located at ground floor near reception.

Hospitality is good but No proper response from nurse staff(60-70).No one Is responsible to work here. Support staff plenty but no one is there to give proper guidance.Doctors will write tests in the sheet, we need to follow up with the staff to get the things done. In morning on words at 11 AM doctor gave to discharge but file submit at billing counter at 4:30pm.

Recently we came to Visakhapatnam from west bengal vo visit Medicover hospital, venkojipalem, Visakhapatnam. The facilities and staff cooperation were excellent...all the tests and reports were done smooth and fast in the same premise....vizag's most popular doctors are now practicing in this hospital...its premise is very big, neat and clean, new and well organized..I shall recommend this hospital if you need any medical assistance in Visakhapatnam.

Doctors are top notch and are friendly. They are giving the right treatment. But only annoying part is the lack of lifts actually there are 12 lifts but only 4 are working so the wait time is increasing and also the number of ward boys who has to take the patients for the tests or dialysis process are less so there is delay of them attending the patients. That needed to be improved.

Hi all, very Unhygienic place for patients, there is no responsible Housekeeping staff or supervisor to look after the cleaning activities. Our patient admitted on Friday I.e 29th Sep2023 onwards basements water got staged near entry steps. Request hospital staff to clear the water or close the basement area. Many of the patients walking in the water and carrying contaminated water to 1st floor reception. Which is making reception dirty. If water is not cleared in few more days, there will be development of mosquitoes which results in dengue or other category fevers. Which helps hospital management acquire some more income. Regards 5th Floor ICU patient attendant.

One of the worst hospital in Vizag City. Out of my experience from past 15 days I am Not at all happy the way the complete process is handled so far. I have details of each and every staff of the hospital if you (management) are interested, call/message me, will share my experience. As of now, I don't think I will recommend any of my friends to this hospital.

People, Please dont ever go this bloody hospital ever in your life, I can strongly say this. Inexperienced staff and nurses. and the PRO's their main goal is to loot money in the name of package from the patients. Please people dont fall in this trap called Package. they dont heal people at all. and they dont treat people who are going to stay with patients with respect even. Such a worst hospital experience ever in my life.

No sanitizers available in any floor ..... I have been there for a whole day, haven't seen a sweeper or any cleaning activity going on there ...... Rooms and every floor is very shabby ...... But the best part is Dr. Ranganayakulu garu (Cardiologist) who treated and taken care of us very well .... Frankly don't know about other doctors ..... But once someone enters this hospital will carry home extra disease along with the present problems/suffering. Zero Hygiene Hospital.

Had a bad experience. Went for a consultation with prior appointment. Realized that the sequence of sending patients in for consultation is at the whims and fancies of the support staff there. The appointment and being on time has no meaning. Apparently it's not enough if one pays the fee and books an appointment in advance. One also need to entertain and please the support staff to get a chance to meet the doc. Unprofessional. Eventually I had to return without consulting the doc (after waiting for nearly 2 hours). No respect for people's time.

If there z any MINUS RATING I would have definitely given that... Very Very bad outpatient handling and very irresponsible staff and the most unhygienic toilets where there is no lock to even a single loo for ladies for the OP section. The doctors may be very reputed and are really good at their jobs but this hospital makes you wait for hours and hours even if it is an emergency especially for infants!!! Never seen such a big hospital chain with such a poor service πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž....

Patient was admitted with brain stroke in an unconscious condition. Shifted to MICU - 4 from emergency. Firstly we are very thankful to Dr. Sathya Rao sir for his experienced treatment. Secondly I appreciate the hard work of nurses for monitoring the patient 24/7 Particularly Nurse Shanthi.( emp: 27464) had treated the patient up to her excellency in a very experienced way. Very thankful to her. These hardworking nurses with sincerity to be duly noted by the management. Thank you.

Worst experience I had faced, doctor given discharge at 10.30am, they took 8 hours for process and not even given the estimated time for process, I don't know why they took that much time for discharge process. I observed some of nurses are very lazy and irresponsible about the patient attenders. and they said surgery @12pm so from 7am onwards no food to the patient waited till 7pm ,surgery didn't happed that day next same process repeated. Good part is doctor treated very well and I can give him 5 star but not to the hospital.

My brother in law is admitted for knee surgery. They have suggested covid test even though no symptoms of it,and they have charged much higher amount for the test compare to anywhere. Covid test results negative but still they have asked to undergo HRCT scan to diagnose Covid which is unnecessary. Their motto is only to loot the patients coming for the treatment by suggesting unnecessary scans and tests. This is very bad experience for any visiting the hospital. I don't suggest this hospital to any one. Think twice before visiting this hospital

Even billing also takes several hours , forget about nursing and supporting staff these people are asking for money for shifting from emergency to icu. I thought it will be settled everything as management has changed. But to my utmost it is worst than before. Never recommend any one to join in the hospital.

Even after completion of one month i didn't got discharge summery, no reason to give star for this hospital. if you want to experience worse ,just visit this hospital you will. Dr. treatment only good apart from that everything worse. After writing this review, finally i got a discharge summary report, when I gone through the bill details, they shown some items which were not appropriate to my baby''s treatment in bill, i think they have common format for all tretsments, for example my baby not treated for Jaundice but, they shown eye protector in bill which is subjected to use for photo treatment, so you can imagine how they would my paid figure with their blody tricks.

If Doctors advice for some test, they disappear before test report comes. Here Nurses had shor term memory, we have to meet them plenty of times. They took 2 to 3 hrs easily for doing any work like.., arrangement of photo therepy for jaundice kids and room hospitality and even after doctor prescribed to give injection immediately, they took 2hrs time. At discharge time For extention of room they delay full day in taking blood samples. No sufficient cradles or box for babies in rooms. Comedy part was House keeping staff are better than medical staff which is important. Doctors were good but, no timings.

Doctors in Medicover Hospital are the best of all Hospitals in Visakhapatnam and surrounding areas, districts, etc. Dr Pratap Reddy sir, Orthopaedic Surgeon who is the eminent in TKR of knee joint replacement has given the best service. After consolidation with many Orthopaedic Doctors we find he is the best Orthopaedic Surgeon for Total knee joint replacement TKR surgery. My wife aged 57 got TKR Both knees Left knee TKR on 13 April and Right knee TKR on 20 April 2022. It's really wonderful and successful surgery with minimum pain. Surgeries are very successful and uneventful. She could start standing and walking on third day of the surgery with ease. Doctor is very caring for patients including taking care of pre-surgery and post -surgery . Visited daily two times and even more times and taken care of the patient. There is very important direct contribution of Anaesthesia Doctor pre&post-surgery, pain management and many times Anaesthesia Doctor is the life saver in many surgeries which is directly not known to patient and to their care taker during the medical treatment in Medicover Hospital. Pulmonologist and Cardiologist have taken care of the patient during the entire period of stay in the Medicover Hospital. Physiotherapy Doctors are rendered wonderful service and rehabilitation was very quick. We were specifically taken medical treatment in Medicover Hospital due to availability of eminent and talented surgeon Dr A Pratap Reddy sir, Orthopaedic Surgeon. Small issues are there which relates to management and were prevailing and still continuing since existence of Pradhama Hospitals management. Now, the present management is to concentrate and to take care those issues and few observations have been brought to the notice of the management personally and I hope the Medicover Hospital will ensure futher improvement in rendering service and genuine fair and transparent treatment. Motto of the Medicover Hospital is "Patient is God" and "serving the patient is worship to God". Keep it up!!! With humble and grateful thanks to Dr A Pratap Reddy sir and his efficient team in Medicover Hospital, Venkoji palem, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Srinivasa G, Office of DG( NS&M), DRDO, Visakhapatnam.

Never referring anyone to this hospital.. except doctors no one work here.. worst management.. it doesn't work like a private hospital.. Cleanliness πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž.. they didn't clean rooms before allocating to us, after shifting to room, after giving complaint, they cleaned it.. there are cockroaches in our patient bed.. cleaning staff fight and shout among themselves at rooms, although it's an hospital, no one cares about it.. Hospital Billing, Insurance and outpatient team πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž.. they charged me extra 23000/- after fighting they told there is a mistake in billing and corrected it, if you don't ask they make you pay it. they are lazy and make you wait for hours and hours, make you roam to all departments.. Room allocation πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž.. they made me wait for 2 hours to get admission & room allocation.. horrible Doctors πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘.. they do good service Lifts πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž you have to wait 10 15 mins atleast, they have 12 lifts but half of them never work..same situation for all the days we stayed here.. literally you will loose patience waiting for lifts..

I never faced this type of management issues. Worst management. no one was taking responsibilities. Coming to insurance if they find any difficulties they are not reaching to guardians. Placing entire file in block status. Patient needs to follow up with every issue # Insurance team was not taking any responsibility and so much of delay. My request is please take an action on this. If management won’t take any action this definitely reputation of hospital will down fall due to this unnecessary related stuff. * if we complain about higher officials they do not responding about it, they simply declining it. * they are only responding for recommendation people’s files!!

A 3 Star Rating for the poor Staff Management mainly Admin Team that too when it comes to Patients who approaches with AAROGYA SREE Card facility in Surgery Unit (Emergency care Unit) Visakhapatanam. The admin staff are too bad that they couldn't manage to provide us a bed and proceed our Admission soon after we got to know that we should be admitted after a preliminary Checkup performed by the respective concerned Doctor. They took more than 8hours to conform our admission and to provide us a Bed after getting admitted even. Meanwhile, I heartfully would like to Provide a 5STAR Rating for the Doctors* and also for the other Nursing Staff over there. Especially I should mention 3 names most importantly my Respective Concern Doctor and Surgeon Dr. AMARNATH GERA sir and another Doctor (and Anaesthetist ) Dr. PRASHANTHI Mam for the way they treated me before.. during.. and after my Surgery. Their Dedication and determination to serve and their Discipline and most importantly their Kindheartedness and Grounded behaviour and helping nature had just Mesmerized me. My Doctor Amarnath sir is a kind of one such finest person's I had ever seen since a Decade. And last but not least the Nurse named Asha who had provided a genuine and kind service during my stay remains most appreciable. Thank you all for your service provided there in the hospital and I will never forget the hospitality by the casuality staff and also the Food delivery service team. Thanks one and all. Lastly a kind and small suggestion to the Administration Department I.e please do improve your Coordination within the Departments so that it will be very easy for the patients to get their work done soon. And one more important thing to mention is that kindly arrange few more sitting chairs at the entrance Admission zone. As the patients coming there are seriously facing difficulty to stand for longer hours during their Admission process is getting done. As you know that they are Patients. Hope this Review helps the Hospital management to work even more better and to serve to the utmost possible grounds. Thank you.

This Hospital is located at Maharanipeta, approx., 3 mins from Zilla Parishad. There is 4th Floor OPD Block for Outpatients, one can go and meet the Doctor with prior Appointment easily. There is spacious waiting Hall in each floor. The beauty of this Hospital is they treat OP and IP patients different blocks. It's easy and convenient to meet the doctor.

No covid precautions are followed. Even one sanitizer dispenser is not seen throughout the hspl. Staff itself is not wearing masks and not telling or asking patients to wear masks.

Great experience . I barely waited to be helped when my mother checked in for Total Knee Replacement. The Dr. A. Pratap Reddy and staff at SICU 2 were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how the nursing staft really took their time to explain my mother's conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this HOSPITAL.

I admitted my brother in serious condition at Medicover hospital, Venkoji palem, Visakhapatnam. The hospitality, facilities and staff cooperation were excellent, all the tests and reports were done smoothly and fast in the same premise. It has Well experienced, most popular doctors practicing in this hospital. But bit expensive. Its premises is very big, well organised, neat and clean. It has 2 more sub branches in Visakhapatnam. I can recommend this hospital for any kind of medical assistance.

Overall the hospital is good. But there are some issues regarding the services from the nurses in the ICU. My mother was admitted in the ICU after the gallstone surgery. But there was unsatisfactory treatment with the patient. For example When my mother asked for some water they did not serve a cup of water also. Moreover, the surgery package is so high(85000/-) and there is no transparency in the distribution of the prices. But overall it is a good hospital. because my mother is now fine.

One of the so called Medicover, Venkojipalem, Visakhapatnam can be rated as nil or a big zero..every floor , departments, nurses, cleanliness, duty minded heads are absent..Minting money has become a key factor for these hospitals..No protocols and no mutual responsibility with pathology , nurses and doctors .better we stay away from such hospital

My father is admitted to this hospital for emergency cardiac care. I have had fare share of hospital visits in my life but this is the worst. The charges here are like private hospital but the behaviour of the staff and nurse is like government hospital. The staff including nursing staff, ward boys and ayas do not have any empathy towards patient and are completely incompetent. The only saving grace are doctors who are good. I will never recommend this hospital to anybody even for emergency purposes. If your preferred doctor operates here, you should better ask for alternative hospital

This July I was down with Post Covid problems in a remote area where not much facilities were available and that's when I was taken to Medicover hospital in Vizag. A well organised emergency room with doctors and support staff promptly responding to all in coming patients. It was then Dr Padmaja Satya who immediately diagonized the root cause of my sob situation and immediately carried out the procedures associated with pneumothorax. Most of us would have seen Munnabhai mbbs where motivation and conversation with patients leads to the solution of half of the medical problems.Dr Padmaja has both the traits of psychologically keeping patients morale high and has expertise in pulmonology procedures. In the second week of my stay , pleurodesis was done by Dr Padmaja which was smoothly carried out. It was also Dr Prem Kumar who clearly mentioned about all the problems and gave the right guidance. In the end, it was a successful treatment and a fresh round of life was given to me. I would recommend Medicover hospital which has rich infrastructure and for any pulmonology issues to Dr Satya Padmaja.

Two months back, I received excellent treatment from Dr Satya Padmaja (Pulmonology department, Venkojipalem, Visakhapatnam) for chronic cough and severe throat pain I had been suffering for more than three weeks. I was in immense pain - Physical and mental - as none of the medicines I had taken till then had worked on me. I can’t express my happiness and gratitude towards her in words as I recovered in such a short time. Her medication has dual benefits - Drug effectiveness and cost-effectiveness. Her friendly interaction left a very indelible impression on my mind - not only as a great doctor but also as an empathetic human being. She is passionate, articulative, and very confident. She is a great listener. Her professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the issue quickly exceeded my expectations. What a beautiful experience I had because of his infectious communication skills. My impression of her gave me enough trust to knock on her doors again yesterday when my mother had badly fallen sick. My mom was emotionally down as she was in immense pain due to chronic cough and severe muscle pain due to that continuous cough. To my surprise, she recognised me and immediately asked about my well-being and initiated a friendly chat. Then, she struck a very compassionate conversation with my mother about her whereabouts instead of directly stepping into medication. She patiently listened to my mom’s health issues, and she brilliantly comforted my mother, who entered into the room with high-stress levels. She answered all her queries patiently and even proactively explained the problem in detail. She communicated with the other concerned departments in the hospital to expedite the tests and reporting processes considering her health condition. Without her support, test reports would have been delayed, considering the nature and timeframe of the tests. She even gave her mobile number to contact her in case of any doubts or emergencies. When I sent her a text about the diet restrictions which we failed to ask her in the room, she immediately responded to my text and gave her detailed inputs. My mom entered her room with a heavy heart, but she left the room with a beautiful smile. As expected, the medication is working on my mom. I am sure she will recover soon. The doctor's polite communication, dedication towards work, sound knowledge about pulmonology, perseverance, infectious empathetic attitude towards patients, ability to understand patients’ concerns, and proactiveness in her actions speak volumes about her. A bit of kindness is worth more than any precious gift when you are in need. Thank you, Doctor Padmaja, for everything you have done for us. We're deeply touched by your generosity, care and kindness. I wish the world had more people like you. I would kindly request the Hospital Management to forward this small note of thanks and appreciation to her.

I humbly thank the team here for a smooth and hassle-free treatment and billing process.

We came under Indian Bank health package. The staff at wellness group are excellent and cooperative. Where as we have faced bad experience with the nurse Ms Bhavani at gynaecology department. We are unable to see the door of doctor’s wash room inadvertently went inside and used it. Your nurse Ms Bhavani knocked the door loudly and demanded to wash the urinals. We will accept that we have done a mistake by using doctors wash room. But she need not shout and demanding us to wash the used urinals. Otherwise the service in wellness group is good. Please take care the issue Sir.

Disappointing Experience in the Cardiology Department I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the cardiology department at your hospital, and I must say that my encounter left me deeply disappointed. As someone who values high-quality medical care, I had expected a much better standard from a department that deals with such a critical aspect of healthcare.Once I finally had the opportunity to see a cardiologist, I was disappointed by the quality of care provided. The overall atmosphere in the cardiology department was uninviting and lacked the necessary warmth and reassurance one would expect when dealing with cardiac health issues. The physical environment was in dire need of improvement, with outdated equipment and a general sense of disorganization. I believe that the hospital's cardiology department should prioritize the quality of patient care, both in terms of medical expertise and interpersonal skills. Patients, especially those with heart-related conditions, require an environment that fosters trust, support, and a sense of security. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of these expectations. In conclusion, based on my personal encounter, I cannot recommend the cardiology department of your hospital. Patients should explore alternative options where they can feel confident in the expertise and care they will receive for their cardiac health concerns. Yours truly A.Saraswathi,Patient

Such a worst experience with the staff at Radiology department, his name is Mr. Ravikiran. He is misbehaving with the people who are going to take the reports. He is getting some phone calls, according to the calls he is preparing reports on priority those who are close to him or recommendation. He is treating the customers with partiality. If people are asking the same, he is scrolding on them. First this is my request to the administration to teach him, how to behave with the client/customer/patient, whatever it is. He should know how to speak respectfully and politely with the people. Am very sorry to say using this type of words, due to this type of worst people, may be hospital reputation will be damaged. The same complained to the administration cell in the hospital, don't know, he will take action or not Remaining everything is good.

Doctor K SRIDHAR SRINIVASAN is good and nice one. An expert doctor. Analysis is very much impressive. ALLOTMENT OF ROOM Even after allotment of room at 1300 hrs room has been given at 1555. After reaching 8th floor room not kept ready For another patient it was horrible. The out going patient's reletives are enjoying in room Room Though I am in private ward there is no hot water facility. On complaint plumber arrived at 2200 hrs he left tap open and ran away without attending and intimating. At midnight at around 0200 hrs we stopped the running tap. Mosquitoes and flies are more inside room. All taps are leaking Room service IS VERY GOOD. NURSE BHAVANI SERVED WITH A SMILE AND HAVING KEEN KNOWLEDGE ABOUT HER WORK. OTHER NURSES ARE SO SO PATIENT FOOD IS NOT SO GOOD. CONTRACTOR IS NOT KNOWS ABOUT HOW TO PREPARE PATIENT FOOD. DISCHARGE ONCE AGAIN IT IS HORRIBLE. MORNING AT 0900 HRS THEY INFORMED ABOUT DISCHARGE. At 1800 HRS BILLING completed. ALL LAZY FELLOWS. EVEN PRO CHANDRAMANI IS ALSO LAZY PERSON MAKING TIME PASS. OVERALL EXPERIENCE EXCEPT DR K SHRIDHAR SHRINIVASAN AND NURSE BHAVANI I found all are lazy. No proper co ordination between one department to other. Typing team took 4hrs to type summary of doctor's review

Very worst service and hospitality. Hospital nurses are very rude they don't even bother about the patient health.Doctors also charge more money without identifying the issue after two to three days of admission doctor will identifies the issue and refers to another doctor for further treatment but only Dr.Pavan Kumar ENT is very good and identifies the issue and cures ontime .Insurance process is very pathetic in this hospital for the approval it will take one day, in ICU alot of disturbance and nurses will not take care of patients and they will loudly speak and yell at each other and they will sleep after 12'o clock in the night and they will wake up 5'o clock they don't bother about the patient suffering from any problem if any patient is calling nurse for help also they will not respond. Highly not recommended hospital They only charging extra money and in alloted rooms cockroach and insects will roam around the patient . Don't got to this hospital very worst service.

The most inadequate management I've ever encountered. The management of discharge and insurance claims has been exceptionally poor.
