I went to buy some cakes. The inside of the shop smelled really bad. When I pointed it out to the person in charge, he seemed like he didn't even care. So I bought what I wanted and got out quickly. The stars are actually for the food quality. It's sad to see such a good brand stooping to such low levels of hygiene standards.

Even though they provide good items the prices are high and they don't even have a seating available at the place. Egg puffs cost you rs 24 , meat puffs cost you rs 27 and chicken puffs costs you rs 38. Cream bun is available at a rate of rs 20 which is available at 15rs in other shops. The size of cream bun is also small.

I brought a Scottish plum cake today to gift someone and the staff packed it in a very cheap plastic cover and I'm asking about a better cover for the same and the staffs are behaving very rudely they don't want the customers to buy from there and there is very bad customer service all the time we went there as I'm a regular customer in Anns,so pls take care of this situation otherwise u will lose the customers

While they have good stuff, they run out of it very quickly. If you go after 5 pm, you will hardly get anything other than the stuff in plastic packets. Have also always felt that the staff have a bit of attitude. Some of them clearly don't care if you buy or not

I bought jangeri from Anns on sashthri road kottayam on the 19th of October. This was not fresh as it was hard and not juicy as it is supposed to be. I was disappointed as I refused to buy this from another bakery expecting Ann’s products to be fresh..

Old favourite. Still one of the best in Kottayam. The standards have dipped when it comes to fresh food items, both sweet and savoury.

Been a customer for the past 20+ years. Started with their chicken roll. Been there ever since for whenever needed. Be it for a snack or a family get together or grub for parties. Prices for some are just unexplainable but they do have a standard that sets them apart from others.
