All women beware! These people have absolute amateurs working for them. I took my sister here and they did a horrible job with their layer cut. There is a ‘Mathew’ who is the manager there who has an excuse for everything and try to cover for their staff’s mistakes. And ‘Ajaz’, the barber who cut the hair does not know how to cut. And we ended up paying them for their terrible haircut and we are certainly never going back to them. Watch out and go with your local barber! At least they will know how to do a basic haircut and won’t charge exorbitant rates. (Update on June 17) As you can see from Mathew's self-righteous response below, it's all about 'HIM' & 'HIS STAFF'. So to all customers and potential customers reading this, I ask you do you want to deal with this kind of argumentative customer service? Then by all means go ahead, and give these amateurs your valuable time (hair and physical appearance) and of course your money! My sister was in tears when she came home, and Mathew expects me to 'speak to him politely!' NO! NO WAY! He doesn't deserve my respect and neither does his lying, unprofessional staff. Furthermore, when my sister first raised these concerns to them, they were smiling in response. That's how heartless and apathetic Mathew is, and his unprofessional 'staff'

Sanu did an excellent job in hair cut and beard trimming! On par or above what I've seen in Tony and guys in bangalore, coimbatore, kochi etc.

The work done is professional with high quality products. But not pleased with the results. I had a consultation but did not get that what i wanted, did a Cysteine treatment as recommended by the Salon Manager, but still have a frizzy hair look and Highlights also not that prominent. Sad, that it ended up as a waste of Money.

Very poor quality service I had done keratin treatment on 15/12/21. And it looked nice till 2 days. But when I washed my hair after 2 days of treatment the texture of the hair changed., and getting worse day by day… When I contacted the salon they told it is problem of my hair. (Actually I had done keratin treatment previously and I got a good result lasted for more than 3 months) It was utter waste of money and time for me. I spent 5 hrs and more than 10000 rupees! Very disappointed.. I will not recommend this salon ..

I got my hair trimmed and a blow dry, which was done by stylist Juju. She did an amazing job. She is really passionate about her work and she helped me alot on the whole, it was a wonderful experience.Thank you Toni &Guy.Thank you Juju.Wish you all the best..

Worst place I ever visited to do permanent blow dry. I got a really bad and unprofessional service from them. After first wash hair was not perfectly looking. I sent the pics and they accepted that it’s not fine, but they were not ready to payback. Told like we can do one more time. Who will willing to do one more try with this experience even if it is free. Won’t recommend this place to anyone.

I recently tried out Toni & guy essentials Hair Salon kottayam for the first time and I was blown away. The stylist Mr Adil took the time to understand my hair type and recommended the perfect cut ,colour and Mk Botox treatment for. I can’t thank enough to Mr Adil and also the manager Mr Sujeesh he was friendly and polite. I highly recommend this place.
