Situated in vytila junction and the food in the morning is fine. But when I ordered food after 10 felt like little aged food is serving especially Dosa and chutney ........... And I did not tried lunch over there but the breakfast in the very morning time is good. Curd rice at Anugraha Hotel is a simple yet satisfying dish. The taste was true to its traditional South Indian roots, offering a mild and comforting flavor. The coffee was amazing. The people were good. Ambience was OK. Wash room was horrendous. So, it's not surprising that the two star rating is befitting. I probably think that when you are not able to take care of the washroom, obviously the kitchen will be in a mess also. Poor parking facility and there is huge scope for improvement.

Clean Hygeinic traditional style Pure Veg restaurant. Lot of vegetarian food varieties. I had ordered for Onion Uttapam and Fresh Lime Juice for lunch. Taste and freshness on point. That lime juice 🥤 presentation is so cute.. and taste is soo refreshing. Truly recommended it to veg food lovers.!!

Came in for a light dinner, me and my friend each had coffee and ghee roast. Both the food and service were quite good. We first sat down on the non a/c side, then switched to a/c after ordering. There was no inconvenience when changing our seats, our orders came in time without any delays. The menu items are reasonably priced and offer a variety of options for veg lovers. Would definitely recommend this place to those who want to dine in while waiting for your buses at the Vytilla Mobility Hub or around that area. It's just a few minutes away from it and the walk is definitely worth the good food.

Awesome family restaurant. I am coming here since 2009 and it is still the same. Their meals on leaf are out of this world. I remember all the sadya I ate there. The staff is cooperative. Hotel is neat and clean and they serve with a smile. Loved their tender coconut dosa and their tea is awesome. Only thing is that it is quite busy and besides it has parking area still parking is a problem.

They have very good dining space and ambience is okay. They keep dining area abd tables neat but washroom is horrible. I felt masala dosa and most of foods tastes average. They serve food in steel plates and glass, feels like traditional. They also have AC dining space. Their sweets and coffea were tasty.

Hotel Anugraha for me was a hotel I trusted and liked. Whenever my parents flew down to Kochi they would have a meal at Anugraha and then proceed with their journey to our hometown. Last year I even brought a Sadhya they had on menu at that time and it was fabulous. I personally called them up to convey my satisfaction. But unfortunately today I ordered their meals and a peas masala. The food was terrible and it felt like I was eating stale food. The dal was watery, cold and without salt. Sambar didnt even have an aroma of the sambar that we get usually. It was bland and tasteless. I called up the hotel to convey this and a lady took the call. I told her my experience abd she said she would convey my feedback to the management. Agreed times are tough but when it comes to providing food hotels and restaurants must ensure quality, taste and quantity to the people they serve. Ordering through Swiggy or zomato, customers still pay higher rates that they would pay if they went to these restaurants. Its a shame that established restaurants such as Anugraha take their customers for granted. Please do not cheat your customers b'cus trust once lost can never be gained back. I cannot bring myself to order or eat at Anugraha anymore. Truly disappointed!!

I dined in the AC hall. Apparently they had used a wet unwashed cloth to wipe the tables and the smell emanating from the table was nauseating.While the food was ok, this was a big putoff.

One of th most loved veg restaurants in Ernakulam. Love the food there especially the Masala Dosa. This time we had lemon rice, tomato rice and one gobi manchurian dry. Excellent

At 360 rupees (200 rupees costlier than the usual 'leaf meall' or 'ela oonu' of steadily deteriorating quality day by day) the onam sadya is a blatant rip off, especially since customers are not forewarned with a menu on the tables. This meal has only two dishes (served in miserly spoonfuls) and one payasam (in a miniscule paper cup) extra to the usual ela oonu. When questioned, the management produced a seemingly hastily printed out strip of paper that they claimed was the menu - but instead of it being given to customers, it is secreted away in a drawer at the counter. Another thing they produced was an excuse that they have to.pass on to the customer the brunt of increased prices for raw material during onam season. Well then do so with a proper menu and don't slyly rip off customers this way.

Consistent taste , above average hygiene, served in regular kerala style , not just making veg curries they took care in bringing the real aroma and taste , never disappointed with their lunch

Had paper plain dosa from here on 01/10/22 around 7.30 pm. It tastes bad. The batter wasn't good. Felt like it got stale. One of the chutneys also tastes bad. Informed the same to the supplier & the owner. Not sure about the other dishes. To the management: Either serve the good food or don't serve. A humble request.

I went to the restaurant to have vegetarian lunch on a banana leaf. Only the AC section serves lunch on banana leaf. Pretty good

We have good dining experience here. Staff is polite and restaurant has very good South Indian dishes. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage and helped us with the directions to attractions nearby.

Recently went there to have breakfast and ordered a Ghee roast , which was just an ok-ok dosa. Vada was a total flop. Coffee was good. Service was also good in the AC dining hall.

Giving 3 star for trickery. Veg biryani has bread crumbs! No paneer, no gobi (not even a single one) but that's alright at a price of ₹110 (most restaurants provide) but still why the bread in it. Fair quantity. Regarding meals some issues if a bit late they add water to every curry if that's not for supply? I guess because most of their travel regular foodies are shifting from there due to this. The atmosphere is beautiful. But no more tricks at this level just reduce it. Try to minimize it, I know you have to pull some to get profit. Cheers

This restaurant is located below a hotel, but as far as I have seen the seating capacity is just adequate, nothing fancy. The food was good and the staff were quite hospitable. They have an underground parking for cars, not sure if this is applicable for bikes or if it's reserved for guests. The food wasn't too expensive.

Went there to have breakfast yesterday with friends. I had ghee masala dosa and it was the best I've had so far. The masala was rich and we'll cooked. The tomato chutney deserves a special mention. The other options were great too but the five stars are for ghee masala dosa. I wil definitely come back again whenever I'm anywhere around vytilla!! 🤍❤️

The restaurant is clean ang hygienic. The meals during afternoon is good. For dinner, we, a group of 5 people ordered Puri bhaaji, chenna bhatura, paneer and Paratha. The aloo bhaji lacked flavours and did not taste so good. The rest of the items were average.

I met a friend and had some light food. It is a reasonably good place for having vegetarian food, and tea or coffee. The seats are comfortable. There is basement parking for cars.

I liked the place. It's in Vytilla, close to metro station. The food here is amazing and affordable. We can bring friends and family. This place is also child friendly. They serve amazing vegetarian food, however, you should go in time to get Thali and some other meals. Some foods are served only during specific times.

Definitely a go to place for South Indian and amazing snacks . Cutlets are up to the mark ! The crisp and the authentic taste is marvelous! Definitely North Indian is the basic south touch but can run there in a sunny day as they have a AC room for service. The atmosphere with the interior has a beautiful vintage Kerala feels .

As usual the best place to have safe, tasty food in Vyttila. Breakfast is good with tasty dosa and idli. Appam/idiappam take some time but are decent. The Ada in evenings are the best 👌. Usually out of stock due to demand. Try one if you get a chance.

Mangalore bun of hotel Anugraha is good. This is first time I am trying this one. It is made of Atta,robesta banana and jaggery. It a deep fried one,but IA found very Less oil in it.

I deeply regret having food from this hotel...i gave my one year old baby pieces of battura and Vada (inside portion) and she ended up in the ICU with continuous vomiting for two days...Being a mother,it was deeply unbearable seeing her vomit this bad .she was not able to tolerate medications orally ...All adults who ate had two episodes of diarrhea.It was my mistake ,that i thought this hotel kitchen has standards.Please don't go there with your babies.
