Am faced an accident last year and admitted in matha. My hip bone fractured, and was treated by John sir. Now 14 months completed and am fine now. I am planning for the removal of implant by next month. In my experience my doctor and other faculties/facilities are excellent.

Good treatment. Friendly staff. The building is well maintained, even a bit old. Pharmacy is the only pain area, to get a medicine for an out patient you might need to wait for ages and even the staff in the pharmacy treat us like we are there to disturb them.

Very bad experience from the hospital staffs especially those who were in the OP department(pediatric). I think management gave full freedom for those in the OP department to do anything & very rude attitude against the patients even though it is a kid. Govt hospital services were the best compared to this hospital. Nursing services,parking & pharmacy services were the best things in that hospital.

Bad experience. From the reception they will tell one time to visit doctors. And doctors they r so late to come for duty we have to wait more than 2 hours for Dr. Sisters are nice

I visited the hospital today. My experience was good. Friendly staffs and Dr. Jayachandran. I expected it's a big hospital, but it's not. Main problem is parking. I didn't find any security person there. So I parked my car outside-a pay and park behind the hospital. It's very easy to access.

My Son Alfin was treated by Dr.Boby(Dentist) ..He prescribed Hexigel for my son to treat his pus in Gums . Almost one month I applied this gel to my son there was no improvement..Then I approach Theertha Dental clinic, they give proper explanation and they told Hexigel is not for its treatment.They give another medicine which works well.I told Dr.Boby that after applying this gel my son had abdominal pain He just neglected and told me this is only treatment for it.. Another thing I noticed they are just boiling the instruments not using autoclaved.High chance to get Infection.. please don't choose this place...I lost so much money and no benefit

The hospital and doctors are good. But the mechanism of dispensing medicine at the pharmacy is a total chaos... It took me 15 minutes to visit the doctor, but took me 40 minutes to get the medicine from the pharmacy. There is no token system nor a public announcement system. People crowd near the dispensing counter waiting for their turn. The staff call out the names in feeble voice which is not at all audible. if you wanna save time, better take a photo of the doctors prescription and buy from outside...

We had a very good experience from Matha Hospital .I had severe pain and swelling on my left arm and consulted with Dr. John Joseph ( consultant Orthopedic surgeon ). He diagnosed as DEQUERVAIN'S TENOSYNOVITIS and underwent surgical release for the same on 1.03.21. I was totally cured and thank you for Dr. john and his team for the great job.

We got an excellent care from matha hospital. Especially ortho surgeon DR JOHN JOSEPH. My mother Remani Sasi(62yrs, known diabetic )had complaints of shoulder pain for 1yr. She couldn't do her daily routine too. Seen by Dr John MRI done. Advised to do rotator cuff repair.. Surgery done on nov 9/2022.after 2months also she could able to do normal routine. Now 5months finished, by gods grace she can do all her works without pain. We have been going to Matha for all of our medical needs and are absolutely satisfied with the treatment here. However, I cannot but point out the extremely terrible service at their coffee shop. I'm not talking about the canteen, rather the coffee shop they have right next to the Pharmacy. (25 Nov 2023, FN) The lady at the counter did not give us a single piece of tissue when the coffee we bought from them spilled. Instead she gave us an old, dusty paper from a magazine to wipe our hands. There was literally a packet of tissue in front of her, and when asked, told us it would affect her salary and cannot give tissue for the spilled coffee. Also, she doesn't use a glove or even a utensil to pick out the snacks, instead uses her bare hand with which she handles cash. Absolutely rude and unhygienic. Hope someone looks into this.

I am Dr.Anita Ann Simon .This was my 3rd delivery,2nd and 3rd in Matha hospital.We got best care from Dr.Sushanth sir my gynaecologist.OPD staff were really helpful.Special mention about labour room staff who were so much supportive and caring,and they helped me a lot ,also could make use of entonox at proper time.Also special thanks to Dr.Udaya madam my baby's paediatrician who took good care of my baby.

I met a bike accident on December 12th and admitted to Matha Hospital. My left leg was dislocated and had an angle fracture. Dr John ( Ortho Department ) done my surgery and it was a great success. Within 3-4 months I was able to walk without much difficulties and now I am fully recovered. Thankyou Dr and the whole hospital.

Dr Jaipal took the delivery on 2nd january 2017, he is very good. But those middle aged nurses need to be replaced from maternity wards..too bad experience..(Only those nurses, rest all fine..!). At 5.30 am nurse placed our 1 day old child in metal container without any cloths for weighing....

Nursing care is very, very bad. Tonight in the hand surgery department(6th floor) the patient who had just undergone surgery was treated very badly and got angry without a thing.

Dr. John joseph is an orthopaedic sureon, good professional service with good care. I have done surgery here.

No option to take an appointment with out patient to specific doctors. They r not considering whether pt is sick or not and the problems ..comparing with the near by hospitals atleast they considerning the patient . This is not a patient friendly hospital.

We had our first delivery here, in August 2019. Professional service and incredibly caring staff (almost every nursing assistant). Would definitely recommend the hospital. Please don't go to this hospital, See my Family member gog admitted to this hospital for a small leg ligament issue , which was directed as 15k by the doctor. Soo after they told him to refer MRI scan then he directed him for operation , see it was a bone fracture from a bike. after all the treatment and operation , the bill came Rs 100000+ . see please don't go to this hospital. Carithas hospital is much better than this looting one. hope u get it if u need more info kindly reply
