This is a newly opened KFC shop in pallavaram. The shop is not that much big and little bit crowded during weekends. Parking space for 2 wheeler is available but there is no parking space for car. We ordered chicken wings,french fries and chicken strips. They offered us chicken strips which was already prepared and kept and not the fresh one, very disappointed with that.

Worst experience in Pallavaram KFC Staff behaviour is too worst I ordered burgers, but lattuce is not available Swiping machine is not working , waited for 30 minutes to order. I paid by cash. After ordering they are informing all these. Restaurant is not clean

I recently visited this place at night. The service was very bad, there was someone arguing at the billing counter before me and it's clearly the billing person's mistake. When I tried to order, that person was chit chatting with her colleagues, around 10 people waiting in the queue but she didn't care about that, this is ridiculous. Then she asked me to order through the machine but it didn't work. I got frustrated and came out without ordering anything. This is the worst service in a restaurant I ever visited.

Kept very small chicken piece in zinger burger I asked y tey kept a small size piece tey simply said tat every time size may vary from big to small …it’s nt a matter fr them whether it’s small r big one but tey r selling it in the same price this is unfair …had a worst experience ter …waste of money….guys don’t visit ter

You can select the order in separate ordering touch screen and pay it using upi or card.. not needed to hesitate how to ask the order since they provide the ordering machine inside the outlet. U can select whatever u want by seeing the prices like how we order on swiggy/zomato. After ordering it Said 7 mins to prepare but I waited for 13 mins..overall good experience

The food is not a problem here but The water leaking from AC is a bad experience
