Everything was good, but we had fire from an air conditional block... fortunately, it was outside of the room.. It seems this hotel needs some renovation ..

This place offered a Swedish table breakfast every day, but suddenly the waiter came and said - "We don't have them at weekends!", which is not true, because we get them every day and I paid on Sunday, Saturday too... So..I wonder - why? And nothing is written there..all the rules he gave us just by his words...so..I was really upset.. because I recommend this place many times to my colleagues ..hope they don't have the same situation as me..

Had an amazing experience here, the staff, room, breakfast everything was amazing, they also have private garage. We booked the king's room which was amazing.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff is kind and available. The breakfast is full of delicious food. The rooms are big and spacious and fairly clean (although a bit more cleanings in remote spots wouldn’t hurt, E.g. dust behind the desk). Absolutely recommended. Also, it is in the perfect spot to easily access the city centre!

I didnt use hotel so dont know but will try it, I was eating in their restourant food excellent in city centre, parking near by saved the day, nice service, good for chat and eat in

It was the best over night stop over, we ever had. Fantastic service with a smile, social both for our room and the restaurant. Tasty wonderfully cooked meals. Woke up to a buffet breakfast with top bakes, made by their chef and all the rest of it which was really freshly prepared. Thank you all for the special service. ps: Thank you Marco.

It was great. Hotel is really nice, prices are completely fine, staff is incredibly helpful and nice. Restaurant was also great. We had beef soup and Caesar salad. It was delicious

Beautiful, calm and peaceful interiors.. with good amount of nature’s balanced fresh air… a flow of positive energy around the restaurant… food is jus ok ok.. average is the right word! Must visit for a visual treat!

The food is tasty and the staff is very friendly. It is very peaceful and there is enough room between the tables so you can comfortably talk and enjoy the meal.

Living in Serbia, the quality of the food was quiet bad and expensive. It wasn’t very fresh. Furthemore the waiters were really not welcoming.

pros: large rooms good furniture nice beds, fast internet view on the old city from the window restaurant on the first floor excellent price/value ration cons: a lot of noise from above, music from restaurant till 23! sewer stink in bathroom tasteless breakfast (it's ok for that price) a bit cold in the room

I ate the deep dish turkey. It was amazing. If you are not Serbian, and are unfamiliar with Kajmak cheese, order some to spread on bread. Finally, ask for Sasha, the coolest waiter in Novi Sad in my personal experience. He is a great conversationalist. When I didn't have Sasha the next time it was pretty poor service, but 4 stars for my time with Sasha and the deep dish turkey.

The hotel staff was great, rooms are the same as in the photos, location...amazing right in the middle of everything shops, bakery, supermarket and the main square is just steps away. Good breakfast buffet everything that you could need first thing in the morning plus an espresso machine included. I will definitely be visiting again, totally worth the price.

Excellent cuisine. Excellent service, polite and attentive waiters. The restaurant has several halls and a beautiful garden. I recommend dinner in the garden, it's very romantic. The restaurant is located in the old town, on a quiet narrow street, five minutes from the central square.

Sooo it was a long stay here as we were with a tour. This was our landing hotel and we couldn’t ask for anything more. The food was fantastic. I recommend the mushroom omelette for breakfast and the Turkey with hand made noodles for dinner. Pizza is so tasty! You just can’t go wrong. Has laundry done, on time and above standards. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Top place! National and international cuisine. The stuff is very kind and helpful. if you are in Novi Sad a restaurant you absolutely must visit!
