The doctor prescribed me daily lenses with an inappropriate base curve, which made my eyes constantly burn and red, after which he told me that the problem was in my eyes and that I would never be able to wear lenses, that I should be happy that I don't do sports professionally, so we are not necessary. Was he really so unprofessional that he didn't know that the base curve of my eye didn't match the base curve of the lens, or did he have an agenda to promote a certain brand (I remember the comment that those lenses were like "BMW for the eyes" or something along those lines) - I can't get into that. Knowingly or unknowingly, he endangered my eye health. The same doctor insisted on dilating my pupils at every examination even though I am an adult patient. If I refused the new dilation of the pupils, he would suddenly become completely uncommitted, as if I resented him. His colleague disinfected (long before COVID) a pen used by one of the patients with a different skin color, in front of me and other colleagues. I'm not going to share the comments she accompanied it here, luckily the man couldn't understand them because he's a foreigner. Since I changed ophthalmologist, I wear glasses, daily and monthly lenses, as needed and without restrictions, my eye is healthy and as a patient I am informed and treated with respect - it seems that it can, but not at Oculus. Da li je zaista bio toliko nestručan da nije znao da se bazna krivina mog oka ne poklapa sa baznom krivinom sočiva ili je imao agendu da ispromoviše određeni brend (sećam se komentara da su ta sočiva kao „BMW za oči“ ili nešto u sličnom maniru) – u to ne mogu da ulazim. Svesno ili nesvesno ugrozio mi je zdravlje oka. Isti dr je insistirao da mi pri svakom pregledu širi zenice iako sam odrasli pacijent. Kad bih odbila novo širenje zenica, naprasno bi postajao potpuno neposvećen, kao da sam mu se zamerila. Njegova koleginica je naočigled mene i drugih kolega dezinfikovala (mnogo pre COVID-a) olovku kojom se koristio jedan od pacijenata drugačije boje kože. Komentare kojima je to propratila neću da prenosim ovde, srećom čovek nije mogao da ih razume jer je stranac. Od kad sam promenila oftamologa nosim naočare, dnevna i mesečna sočiva, po potrebi i bez ograničenja, oko mi je zdravo i kao pacijenta me informišu i tretiraju s poštovanjem – izgleda da ipak može, ali ne u Oculusu.

Neprofesionalno! Došla sam u 19:40, a radno vreme je do 20h. Naglasila sam da samo želim da probam par modela i da mi preporuči neke naočare uz detaljan opis kakve želim. Rekla mi je da pogledam sama i da će mi otvoriti koje želim, kao i da sledeći put dođem ranije, jer iako je radno vreme do 20h, mora da šalje mejlove pre zatvaranja!! Naravno da neću doći nikad!!
