Very nice place located around the natural green environment. Spacious parking. Many food Corners are available so you will get all type of food. Only transportation to the main city due to remote location. You must depends upon own vehicle. Good balcony to enjoy natural veiw. Clean and maintenance is satisfactory.

Nothing grand. A lot of things here make you wonder why are the officials here doing it so. The only good fact about it is that, it's close to the CHIL-SEZ. Building is pretty ordinary. There are a lot of bugs and insects, haven't found any rodents yet. Wiring issues are present. The association has kept strange traffic regulations inside the compound. There are no benches to sit outside the building. The store is right outside and there is a good juice shop right opposite to the building.

Decent secured apartment, well-structured. A bit costly for small Family. SECURITY guards and Water facility 24*7. Lifts not good... They are too slow. Organised Parking available. Overall a good place to stay.

A good place to stay near Chil Sez IT park Security, Maintenance staff very responsive The gym, small supermarket, laundry service, playschool and swimming pool are available.

Good place to live if you looking for own space of living without any obstacles... but no social activities here like community activities, getogether etc

The apartment security is good. The building at times looks like puzzle due the the double steps in centre and elevator is a side. All needs are fulfilled( park, grocery shop, community hall, swimming pool etc)

Very good apartment. Clean. Good services. They have a beautiful park, badminton court, super market. Apartment is spacious. Houses are arranged in such a way that there is complete privacy. The location of the apartment is so nice that it is always windy. Peaceful place. Very close to SEZ. I love the place. Off late, the water is little salty. Which they can rectify.
