Honest
review
.
Super
busy
as
it’s
the
American
school
holidays
.
Queue
at
guest
service
to
register
for
a
disability
pass
were
around
an
hour
.
Park
it’s
self
it
lovely
but
I
do
not
think
it’s
as
organised
as
Disney
unfortunately.
Encountered
two
rude
staff
members
one
in
a
food
hall
she
couldn’t
understand
the
drink
that
we
were
asking
for
(literally
asked
for
normal
coke
)
she
got
short
tempered
very
quickly
so
I’m
the
end
I
just
pointed
to
what
we
wanted
but
her
temper
really
effected
my
child
with
autism
.
The
second
encounter
was
on
The
Jurassic
world
ride
.
We
were
waiting
to
get
out
disability
pass
signed
to
get
on
the
ride
and
the
lady
shouted
three
times
if
you
have
an
express
pass
Iv
told
you
to
keep
moving
.
We
said
we
understand
that
but
you
have
to
sign
our
card
she
then
shouted
for
a
fourth
time
until
my
husband
literally
waved
to
he
card
at
her
she
snatched
the
card
off
us
muttered
under
her
breath
and
literally
threw
it
at
us
.
I
did
tell
her
that
she
was
incredibly
rude
and
manners
do
not
cost
anything
.
I
get
that
we
all
have
bad
days
at
work
but
I
couldn’t
have
been
any
clearer
4
times
…
we
last
visited
universal
6
years
ago
as
we
opted
for
Disney
on
out
other
visits
and
unfortunately
this
will
be
out
last
visit
to
universal
.
We
just
didn’t
like
the
vibe
at
all
.
Rides
are
amazing
and
definitely
great
if
you’re
a
thrill
seeker
.
Harry
Potter
world
is
wonderful
and
very
magical
but
for
us
it’s
not
to
about
the
rides
it’s
the
over
all
package
and
experience
and
unfortunately
we
just
didn’t
like
the
whole
vibe
at
this
park
.
