Really great view to preface with if you set on the indoor outdoor seating. Complimentary popcorn is provide, and who doesn’t like popcorn. Ordered the ribs, while was good, but the best that I had in Poland. In the area, I would recommend Tom’s Diner for their ribs. Though still fall of the bone and tasted really good and was fulfilling. The drink was so good, would recommend that if you like something sweet and refreshing.

Excellent food. The waitress was one of the best who I have seen so far. The view of riverside in Gdansk was breathtakingly beautiful. The food got ready fast despite of being busy which was a surprise. The presentation was also very nice. I could just recommend that restaurant to anybody who would like to have a special evening with God food excellent hospitality and wonderful place.

Nice little place on the canal. I’m usually leery of places abroad that call themselves anything American but this place was alright. They didn’t overdo it — although I liked that the Elvis statue fat Elvis. The food was pretty good (the pancakes were okay) the American breakfast was good. The service friendly. The prices decent. Not a home run dining choice but at least a double — to use a baseball analogy.

Delicious burgers and oreo milkshake. Friendly and fast service. Love the atmosphere, the fire places was lovely.

Classic fast food in a better environment, you won't be able to move afterwards ;) solid burgers, less so fries. Nothing amazing but pretty good, also a plus for a gluten free buns! One minus comes from my friend who ordered well done meat (I know... but let's not judge) and received something definitely not well done ;)

Trendy place next to Motlawa river in central Gdańsk. Great menu, perfect place to spend an evening watching a football match. Definitely recommended for football lovers!

Very nicely decorated and centrally located American style diner in central Gdańsk. Our waiter Dawid was very friendly and attentive with speedy service. Very good value, food was good but didn’t particular stand out.

Nice little restaurant right at the promenade. Nice view to the river and all those nice buildings around. We were there saturday morning for breakfast. Scrumble eggs. Bread. Vegan sausages. Especialy I appreciate that you can choose vegan options for breakfast. Waitress was also very friendly.

Food is great and portion's size is perfect, everything was tasty. Mars bar in batter with ice cream and whipped cream dessert is to die for, best i ever had. Service is amazing, everyone was super nice. Dogs allowed wich is great too.

We ate lunch here. Food is ok, but nothing special. I mean theoretically edible, but just a place I would not come back to, having so many options around. Service is good and friendly, definitely highest point here, but the whole picture is spoilt by the rest, especially unfortunate long waiting time for drinks. The overall experience should be 3,5 at most, but I gave 4 as the closest fair evaluation. Prices ate rather average for this spot…. Just like food I guess.

One of the best burgers ive ever eaten. Tasty fresh bread, deliciously prepped vegetables and good meat quality. The service here is also very attentive. I highly reccommend trying their Craft Beers for 22PLN, they are delicious!

We’ve been here for breakfast. Unfortunately, restaurants don’t serve burgers in the mornings but have other good options for breakfast. Also, it is a good place for food after a fun drunk night. A fast service with friendly staff.

Nice place to visit, right in the center of where everything happens. We sat inside as it was fairly busy and had previously reserved just in case. Where we sat, there were 2 big TVs on which I thought it was killing the whole atmosphere of eating out. The food was good and the staff were very nice and friendly. Not their fault but I would have preferred some local cuisine included in the menu, but I understand that promoting American food kind of excludes local cuisine. Overall a nice experience 😸

Billy's GDAŃSK WYSPA SPICHRZÓW restaurant... We came today for a delicious lunch. Wife and I had cheeseburger and fries which were absolutely delicious and freshly made. Great quality food and the local beer was super. Our server Helena was the star of the show and catered for our every need. She was excellent and a real credit to this company. OMG, if you miss the taste of real burger, i suggest you to come to this restaurant. I know if the costs is bit pricey, but really worth the taste guys.. The good thing is I came here at 9 pm and they still opened. Because actually they open until 11 pm. If you are starving in the night, please try to look for this premium burger in town🥳🥰🥰🥰😌😍

Menu items sound all delicious but food itself is pretty ordinary. Not bad at all but not that special either. Rib meat is very tender but the bbq sauce on it isn't that tasty. Red Planet (deep fried Mars bar) is very good, though.

Place is nice, food is taste, but worth it. We were served by Natalia, she spoke English, she was friendly and it was great service. The only thing we did not like was the exit emergency door which was used by many people from staff or customers, which was annoying for us as table was next to it.

Good service and atmosphere, great ribs, tasty fries. The burgers did not impress, there was a lack of flavor, there was no synergy of ingredients. Cocktails are great, good presentation. Food prices do not match the quality, drink prices are acceptable.

We visited Gdansk and on our first evening here we wanted to make it special. We chose Billy's America Restaurant to have our meal in. I only wish now that we had read reviews on this company!! As after our disaster experience in here, I read through numerous reviews and they all stated poor quality food, burgers cold and not fully cooked, blood red inside! Well, I did order a burger and my partner ordered a chicken dish. The meals came out, as we were gonna share and taste two different dishes, I cut my burger in half, to share. The burger looked blood red🤮 I pulled some off with my fork and it was stone cold to frozen! Called the waitress over and explained that I wasn't happy. They were only young kids serving, they didn't have a clue about customer service! In the end a manager came over, she wasn't much older! They offered to cook this again!🤷‍♂️ At this stage I was not going to eat anything from their kitchen! I am not a chef, but I know how uncool a burger and check that it's cooked properly and hot inside. I refused to have my burger back, re cooked again. Who knows what they would do to it in the kitchen, for revenge on questioning their cooking😬🤦‍♂️ My partner ate her meal, which wasn't nothing special. Then after more chatting with the manager, they waived the whole bill and had to pay nothing. When you read the very small print on their menu, they say they cook meat to rare condition! Well we never saw this small print, it was extremely hidden! We was never told this by the waitress either!😡😡 This experience ruined our first night of our holiday! I would not recommend eating at any of these restaurants! Wish I would of read reviews fist!

They do burgers - what more can I say. It was a 3 star experience for me, but my family enjoyed it so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. The portions are really big so do visit them hungry. The food is reasonably priced for what you get, but the drinks were really expensive. The venue is nice. It has a great view. The vibe will perhaps be better on a weekend. I have visited a year ago and it was much better back then.

The place is quite fancy, nice decorations with jerseys and USA flags. Though they presented the dishes beautifully but taste was average. Servitors are helpful and active.

I've been to this restaurant 3 times. And everytime I enjoy being there. Its a great place. Its clean and there's loads to look at. Decor keeps you entertained, and if that's doesn't...the TV screens will, especially if it's showing the World Cup football matches 😆. The service is always so friendly here, and seems like the staff really care about your presence. One thing which i forget about everytime, is they bring you popcorn whilst you wait for your food to have a chat and a small munch. The presentation of the drinks and food is always of high standard. The quality of the food served is always so good too, it always is very tasty. This time, I came for breakfast. I've never used the toilet facility's here. Location is right by the water so is easy to get to. If it's snowy or icy on the walk ways the please be careful as its very very slippery. Would recommend anyone to come here, for good food and nice dining experience.

Great food and a unique American experience. Our waitress Marta was extremely helpful and cordial. You don't encounter many amazing people like Marta.

Average food. The steak was cooked to medium as ordered, but the flavour wasn't anything to write home about. BTW you shouldn't serve steak on butcher paper!! No pleasant experience tasting meat and butcher paper together... Gravy and corn on the stick was good. Another dissapointment during my visit was the overly loudness. My phone told me it peaked 84db several times.

Great food, and right next to the canal. Even better is the staff, Roksana was our waitress, very smiling and helpful. Along with the ribs, we also ate a burger, as well as soup. For a long time, I haven't received this kind of quality for the price, one more time - great, and We will come back...

Farmer burger... sorry but really not worth at all, after it still feeling hungry..also taste..someting new, but wasn't good, very weak. From cockails only with redbull was good if not cocktail it would be 1 star. By the way decided to visit this restaurant only because it had 4,9 rate...

We had a great time at Billy’s today. We had a great waitress Naomi who took a good care of about orders and likings. Great atmosphere and we came with a baby. They even have a changing table for the baby. Food is good too. Highly recommended.

A nice restaurant with American cuisine by the river at the most touristic area of Gdansk. We went there for food late. Around midnight. It was one of the few places serving food so late. The location is excellent and the food was OK. I liked the onion rings very much. The service reminded me the fact that tourism is an industry. Impersonal and with strict rules. We asked to join 2 tables to be closer to the heater, but it was not possible, although at the time it was not busy. Not a huge problem, for the 3 of us we used a 2-people table. Prices for the location/time of day/quality were very good.

This is a busy restaurant right in the heart of the city. My family and I were very well taken care off by our waiter, Olivia, who in a brief spare moment also gave advice on attractions in the neighborhood which might be interesting for our kids. While the service was great, the food lacked in several aspects: It took a very long time to have our seven different burgers ready and when they finally arrived we weren’t impressed at all: For the price we expected an explosion of flavor and crisp fries, but got bland burgers and soggy fries.

One of the best places in town, definitely recommend it. The food is amazing and the view was hands down stunning!One of the servers, Olivia is the nicest person there is with high quality skills! Check out this restaurant, you will not regret it!

The best restaurant in Gdansk! We were there twice and both visits were amazing - really good food, lovely drinks and popcorn for free. And of course the nicest waitress Olivia :) We definitely recommend.
