I have always had great experiences in Ralph Lauren but I’ll definitely give it a pass from today onwards. I’ve visited brands like Louis Vuitton, Prada, Fendi, Versace, and some other ones today. All of their staff were incredibly thoughtful and friendly. This Ralph Lauren store was the second last shop that I’ve visited today. This whole day of shopping accentuated how unpleasant my experience at Ralph Lauren was. I was first greeted by this male staff with a disrespectful attitude. He followed and “serve” me the whole way through. I’ve checked out a few items but he was always being sarcastic and explaining how expensive the products are and how prestigious the brand is. When I spotted a coat that I’m interested in trying out, he first tried to locate the stock in their storage but soon come back with no success. It could have ended right there and I could have just moved on. But he told me that the coat is too mature anyway and wouldn’t suit me. Well, I will leave you and your products for your more mature customers then. Perhaps it wasn’t easy to find quality staff in this era in Hong Kong. Or perhaps the brand intended to persuade “unworthy” customers out of the store for their more prestigious clientele. Either way, it was a pity that Ralph Lauren was such a great brand and the service given was at this level. I’m never gonna visit this “flagship” store and brand anymore. Good luck finding your “worthy” customers.

Ralph's Coffee Shop Hong Kong is a stylish and modern coffee shop located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. The shop is decorated in a classic Ralph Lauren style, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu features a variety of coffee drinks, pastries, and light bites. I recently visited Ralph's Coffee Shop for breakfast and was very impressed with the food and service. I ordered a mocha latte and a slice of carrot cake, both of which were delicious. The latte was made with rich, full-flavored espresso and the carrot cake was moist and flavorful. The service was also excellent, the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, I had a great experience at Ralph's Coffee Shop Hong Kong. The food and service were both excellent and the atmosphere was very inviting. I would definitely recommend this coffee shop to anyone looking for a great place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.

Gorgeous flagship store, with a superb decor that propels you straight into a 20's Upper East Side kind of atmosphere. They even have the bar for a Gatsby-like party, not to mention their latest collection, with velvet and silk tuxedos for both men and women. A far superior store experience to many other luxury retailers in HK, and both decor and staff attention contribute to that. Ginnie is particularly passionate about her customers and develops long-term connections with them that go beyond the size of your basket. Hands down one of the best customer experiences you'll get in a sea of otherwise underwhelming retail experiences in Hong Kong.

Great store, RL's flagship store in Asia. They only sell their purple label in here so prices and quality is high.

An absolutely fantastic store to visit. The great team headed by Barbie provides you with a tailor-made service to each customer and they really attend to details. I alsio really love having a cup of RL hot chocolate in the store!! Such a great way to wrap up a wonderful shopping experience. Thanks Barbie & the team!
