It's one of my favourite place to make myself relax. I love this environment specially that samarth Ramdas Swami's cave, wher they used to meditate. It's still in better condition to visit and feel it. The temple is huge and beautiful area around this temple is clean and sufficient for more than 100 people. This temple is closed in afternoon session so plan your journey as per your convenience. This temple has 2 entrance usually people come from front door but that back entrance is near to highway so it's convenient if you are traveling with your own car so you can park your vehicle in parking lot. Spend your more time as much as possible you'll Love it too.

History: The Temple was built by Samarth Ramdas Swami. The idol of Lord Rama in this Temple, was discovered in the river at Angapur, by Samarth Ramdas Swami.

This temple is situated on the banks of river Mand and around 30 KM from Karad city from westernmaharashtra. You can drive your car here, there is sufficient parking place available for tourist vehicles. You can also visit this place by using MSRTC bus from Karad city. Swami Samarth Ramdas had built this temple in Chafal. In the temple you can see the original statue of lord Rama which was found In the nearby village. In the temple premises you will find a temple of lord Hanuman and lord Gajanana. In the premises you can also see a place where Swami Samarth Ramdas used to do the dhyan dharana [ध्यान धारणा]. It is a little bit difficult to enter this place where Swami Samarth Ramdas used to do the dhyan dharana [ध्यान धारणा] you almost need crowl. If you have some time you should also watch a 22 min movie shown here on life of Swami Samarth Ramdas. This place is very calm and atmosphere is very good. Temple premises is very cleen.

This is one of the oldest temple built by Samarth Ramdas. Construction of the temple is really nice. It just 30km from Karad. You will find complete peace of mind and realize positive vibes around.

Shree Ram Mandir located in the holy village called Chaphal in Satara district is a must visit place for Shree Ram devotees. The temple is quite old and believed to be built during the era of Shree Ramdas Swami Maharaj called Shree Samarth. The idols of Shree Ram, Seeta, Lakshman and Shree Maruti are very beautiful and unique. Do visit and take blessings of Shree Ram. Shreeram Jay Ram Jay Jay Ram. Jay Jay Raghuveer Samarth.

Well maintained temple. From umbraj road are brilliant. Feels very religious.

Samarth Ramdas Swami established Shri Hanuman temples in all over India. Some of them are in western Maharashtra in kolhapur sangli and satara also, which is in 11 no. And called as eleven marutis. In Karad district chaphal village has 3 of them in 11 Hanuman temple s. The Shri prabhu Ram mandir also built by Ramdas Swami here which is on riverside of North maand river. The environment here is purely divotional and niramayi. I personally did this 11 maruti yatra yearly in Shravan month.

Situated in Chafhal the very famous ram mandir on the banks of the river with very architectural temple construction around. It has Swami gufha too where he used to meditate also with his samadhi sthan in front of gufha... A good size mandapa for any function, daan, ceremonial purposes... A must visit temple

One of the auspicious, religious place dedicated to Lord Ram. This is the place where Samarth Ramdas Swami established LORD Ram's idol. Also Swami Samarth Ramdas worshipped 11 Maruti (Lord Hanuman) here. The temple premises is a ancient holy place. Has lot of parking area, clean wash rooms One must visit here especially during rainy season.

Shree Ram Mandir was established by Samarth Ramdas Swami. It is said that he got a dream that the Ram murti was under water, he brought it here and established the mandir. There are marble idols of Shree Ram, Lakshman, Sita devi, Maruti raya and Ramdas Swami. Along with these, there is also a stone idol of Shree Ram which is the original idol brought by Samarth Ramdas Swami. The temple complex is very big, clean and properly maintained. You can sit here and listen to sweet bhajans. We felt really blessed to be here.

Jai Shree Raam Jai Hanuman... Beautiful temple.....one can calm mind in the vicinity of Shree Raam. I don't get why the temple is painted, it is hiding the beautiful carving.
