Who builds zigzag wall to stop dam water? Thia dam broke last night, killing 22 people

Worst management of Government. Despite complaints from the residential people's around the area Government doesn't attained their complaints about leakage of water from the weak walls of the Dam. On 2nd July 19 at 9.30 pm the Dam walls breached and Dam broken down. 9 villages drowned down...Millions people affected. Many people died due to negligence of authorities.

This 20 year old dam breached a few days ago killing 30 people and making hundreds homeless. The breaking of the dam has affected several villages. A very sad incident.
