    It is within 50km from karad. Good destination to visit in rainy season, from Dhebewadi take Umarkanchan road. Road condition is good, you can experience green hill, pleasent atmosphere and small waterfalls, can be combine with Naikba, take precaution dam does not have railings, edges are slippery

    This dam is near to Dhebewadi which is main town around this area. Marathawadi dam is a small dam and has capacity around 2 TMC. The construction of this dam is still going on. It is situated in between the mountains and has very nice views. This is very nice place for one day family trips.

    Dam location is very beautiful. Dam is going under construction. When its construction done it will produce electricity and irrigation.its near about 2 to 3 TMC dam.
