This is a residential area which has high rise and row houses. Has temple and sweeming pool inside the society. Main entrance road of the society is horrible and I guess has been stuck in political fight between two parties. Overall society is good and happening for kids. Society is very good but road towards society is very horibal and dangerous for travel Well planned societies. Clean. Hygeinic. Variety of stores available around the area. Near to the highway. Just half an hour from Airport also. Safety is pretty good too.

This is for Ivy Nia society in Wagholi, Pune. All positive reviews are fake reviews. Water shortage, electricity problems, security issues... The reviews on Google were so misleading... it's a pathetic society. I see 100 conversations on the nobroker hood app forum everyday highlighting the issues with no response from the facilities. I just came back from a village in Bihar and the situation over there is better than this "Kolte Patil" society. It's so bad that it doesn't deserve any number on the rating scale.

One of the well organised well maintained complete with basic amenities. Spacious rooms. Rent for a 2bhk is somewhere around 10k. Only problem is the road from the main Pune nagar highway. The road is in its worst condition though it's just 8-9 min walk from ahmednagar Pune road. Good place for a family. Has a basketball & badminton court as well.

Very well developed estate by kolte patil group in pune.descent layout and construction quality of multistoreid apartments.Equipped with gym..community centre parks..pave blocked roads..schools..power support..parking..lift..security arrangements n what not! Excellent👏👏

Please think multiple times before moving to Ivy Nia. Facilities management here is completely hopeless. Residents daily facing issues relating to basic amenities like water and electricity. Facilities team seems not to be bothered for solving the issues.

Water shortage all year. Electricity cuts every other day. Bad condition of roads, especially the road connecting Nagar highway to Ivy estate. And the bad traffic etiquettes of Wagholi area. No one follows traffic lights. Trucks in the day time and buses in the night time. Back to Ivy estate: Overall, don’t purchase any flat here. Renting temporarily is fine as you get cheap rent options. But basic necessities like water and electricity are zero. All year long. Mostly May June.

I am happy resident of Excellent- Ivy Estate IVY NIA society, it is nestled in soothing, mesmerizing nature, Green Sunrise hill is hidden gem of wagholi helps to maintain charm of this residential (1080 flats) cum commercial (60 shops) complex, with incredible open space, adjacent to enchanting 132 acres of government forest zone hill at backdrop shows brilliance of engineers who created exceptionally beautiful elevation and pleasant ambiance for very few fortunate ones. Amazing picturesque location. many schools and colleges nearby from KG to PG. This is wonderful, natural, peaceful, calm, and no public high density place. once we enter from nagar road till we reach this society, initially it feels like some fantasy, but later we realise that its actual reality, it feels like we are going to the heaven, and we are not even in wagholi or we are out of pune somewhere at the hillstation. this is all because of the atmosphere built by nature, trees, greenery everywhere, hills, fresh airs, no traffic, kind people, birds chirping singing sweetly, place is full of hopes and peace is godgifted here. well maintained structures and clean internal area, wide road with big trees both the sides. Ivy Nia is well constructed project with lots of amenities for all age groups, very good kids park, CCTV survillence for safety and security of entire premise, proper door to door garbage collection and PMC truck to carry to dispose, regular cleanliness is there across society, good Housekeeping staff, big STP plant (sometimes has pump issues, thats it), well ventilated, nice architectural flats, big balcony, RP road touch, it makes life easy to stay far from city within city. hardly we find such nice place anywhere, very quiet place. 1 reserved car parking to each apartment. Bhima River water available (In only summer availability is less, so, need to take extra water tankers), now additional borewells has been arranged to minimise dependancy on tankers and fulfill our daily water requirements, electricity available (except MSEDCL outage), good security guards service, Cosmopolitan society so everyone has freedom to live their life as per their wish. Even after all these advantages here, some people will only see the issues and keep talking on that only without studying things thoroughly, which is not acceptable. All negative reviews are given by those people who are staying on rent here in IVY NIA and that is for very small period means from just last 1/2 months or less than 2 weeks, they are judgemental so early. We understand they are paying money as rent to stay here, but these are mostly not owners that is why they are not patient enough. Water is issue across in pune (mostly in summer). someone has to understand since this is newly constructed these kind of things will happen for some period till its stable. giving negative comments will not solve the problems. we all have to work around it and adapt things according to the condition. Again, we appreciate all those matured tenants who are providing support at every stage and understand the situation well. There is no issue regarding water supply and electricity fluctuation, it is just lack of understanding the scenario, whoever is facing issue and taking it negatively and give remarks. We dont see much challenges here, as we faced water issues in past in chandan-nagar so we know what situation we have here is far better than 15 yrs before we had there in kharadi and chandan-nagar. Believe me.. it will hardly create trouble to this society as its well planned and soon be well managed. please dont expect everything in just 2-3 months of time since possession taken. it will take sometime but everything will be fine in near future, wagholi is already in PMC now and Bhama Askhed dam water also coming soon. so we can just keep hope for the best and work hard to get this done, things will only get better for wagholi and it has bright future in terms of overall infrastructural developments like Nagar road MIDC circle, Business, IT parks, Highways, Educational hub All the best to everyone..

In Ivy Apartments, residents are facing multiple elevater issues on daily basis. Here, lifts are old, nobody is looking after services or any maintenance, management here is so careless - they do not even care for anything, if lifts get stopped then no alarm will work/nobody comes for help. Daily basis everyone is facing issues. Management ignoring this problem. There could be any ####serious consequence happen, even residents here do not care about this issue. Here, manager named ####Amol is so rude and careless person - he will not listen to any complaint/ricket raised. So, before moving in here think atleast ####10 times.

Staying for rent in ivy apartments/villas - no water and no access road!!!! Do not know how the builder managed to fool all these poor souls who purchased apartment/villa there...

My review is for IVY Apartments. Don't fall in trap of false 5* reviews because from brokers to rent out flats Cons/issue 1. Flush and drinking water issues for at least 7 months a year where water don't come for 15hrs to 30 hrs. People start shouting on society group nothing happen. Water is so bad in long term it may cause allergy or other health issues. 2 Flush water stinks like public toilet. You will find worms 🐛 also sometime 3 drinking water also smell. you make own decision that how purifier will work in this case. 4 lift get stuck when electricity goes and remember guard will come after 20 mins how much alarm u give. 5 entry and exit point to society road are worst which has caused multiple accidents and death. If you ride two wheeler then be aware. 6 children play football in open area where football cause damage to cars. Noone listen to complaints Pros Big society and all school buses come. They maintain garden well and festival are celebrated If you are bound to live here then only live else try others. You will pay maintenance to get a feel where everyone shouting for water. Specially for tenants, no one will listen to you so please pay higher rent here carefully.,,,,,, you can consider other areas Attached screenshot of notice which comes after water is stopped
