Very good view of the Koyana Dam from Resort. Lush green lawns, ample parking. Camping huts are also there. Good rooms with Pantry, Dining Table and Cable TV connection and balcony facing dam. Good hygiene maintained in room and washroom. Gyser is provided. Water flow is slow though. Food is not that great. Good service.

Excellent and best hotel in near by 4 to 5 km area. Ambiance, rooms, hygiene and staff everything is best. Only little improvement area is dinner food. Or may be it was only for the day we visit. Otherwise you should only stay here is you are looking for quality.

Staff is very helpful. Cottage rooms are nice and clean. Restaurant operates on preorder basis. You have to preselect the menu and let them know time you will come to restaurant for your meal. Possibly because we were the only family at the resort during last week of December 2018. Staff took very good care of us. Nice people. They arranged camp fire for us both nights that we were there. Overall good and peaceful.

Good rooms, decent service with nice and scenic surrounding. It's located on a hill top but the road to reach there is bit difficult. Few amenities in the resort are not well maintained and needs to looked at.

The location where the resort is built has one of the best view and a clear vision to the Koyna Dam. It is place where you can relax and spend time with friends and family. even If you are on a solo trip you will enjoy. The food is fantastic and is served hot. If you want to eat chicken, mutton or fish, you need to tell them about it before. The staff is very friendly. Tje place has five cottages with 4 seperate rooms each. Each room has a refrigerator, electric kettle, TV and AC. The rooms are spacious and can fit upto 5 people. The place has free WI-FI in the lobby and a games room consisting chess, table tennis and carrom. In the night they setup a bon-fire. The swimming pool is good but small in size. You can even see monkey's all day and rabbits at mid night.

Two years back visited this place was in summer... so non peak time... Really enjoyed food is ok ok.. but no other option near by... Forest is very next to it.. western gahts fruits are available jamun, jackfruit, karvande, plenty ... Only it was hot in day time.. just visited for relaxing from mumbai life... In love for the area... Nice stay.. really planning again soon...

Situated near Koyana dam Nice spacious rooms , ground, swimming pool, good location,reasonably good food,prefer to visit during monsoon or after for lush green view, but approach road is very bad.

Excellent view, beautiful location, awesome food & courteous staff....Perfect combination to make your trip successful.

Spacious but poorly maintained property. No Clean linen provided, replacement not available, they might be seeing the laundry once a quarter. Untidy kitchen, with nearly no food options. No staff, the entire property is being managed by just 3-4 people(out of which 1 is a manager and the other a chef/cook). Rooms are due for an upgrade.

Best place to stay. Rainy season is the best season to visit. Polite staff and good service.
