Not sure about rooms n accommodation we hated there for tea break in the evening. The attitude of restaurant staff is not at all good, they seem to be not bothered about what customers say. As we were travelling with baby on board, I had to convince them for serving milk, which they were reluctant initially but lastly they agreed..

Very worst experience about this place.we were three ladies and they confirmed our booking on the days of marriage event of others.At the time of checkin they allocated us in third class shady "suite" because they had allocated our booked room for event people without informing us as they thought 3 ladies will stay anywhere they will ask to. Overhyped place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staffs were always motivated to help us. The food was excellent,The hotel ambience was lovely and beautiful. We look forward to coming back.thank you

I have visited this place with my family for monsoon trip and I specially writing this review to let you know all that it was a worst experience. 1. Property is not well maintained 2. There is no professional management and even reception people too missing. 3. Villas are totally dusty and uncleaned while towels, bedsheets are all stinking. 4. Food is below average. 5. Not worth for value we paid for this stay

worst experience, when we get to the resort we realize that the booked room has already been given to someone else. After reaching at 12 o'clock we were waiting for the room in the sun till 2 o'clock.. We were not asked for welcome drink or plain water. booking amount not given to us early... call not picked up no reply to msgs. After two days We had to go back to the resort and get the money back... no management, no co ordination at ऑल Very pathetic so called Resort कृपया फुकट पण जाऊ नका

ASK FOR ANY EVENTS BEFORE BOOKINGS We had worst experience with this resort. We did booking after enquiring everything. We asked the owner that any other function is there or not. But she lied to us and did not informed us abt the wedding function on our booking date. Next day also some other function was there. Also she told us, you can choose the rooms as rooms are available , but after reaching the resort we came to know that only one room is available so we were not having any other option. Resort was fully crowded as workers were doing decorations for the planned event I guess wedding. No parking for car. Even food was not there in restaurants as it was fully crowded cz of function. There was no peace at all . Lack of staff. Same night there was party event so Thr was loud songs. So my point here is, they should give all real information to us, just to earn money they don’t have any right to spoil our day. We traveled all the way from Ratnagiri with full family with two (8months ) kids. Worst experience . negative ratings. Plz don’t go to this resort. Go to some genuine resort who value ur time. We were lucky that we shifted to other resort but we wasted our time in this. We are sharing this cz others should not get such Bakwas experience.

I visited the restaurant twice in the span of 15 days and not once was i disappointed. The food quality is great, the service is excellent and friendly it's an open restaurant so a small problem with flies but nothing that can't be fixed. Overall a good impression.

Location is good. Food quality is very poor. Mutton had hardly any mutton pieces and more of Tomato curry. Bhakri was breaking into pieces and uncooked. Good to stop by if you need any quick bites. Do not recommend for family lunch or dinner.

Overall experience was good except the food options. Whatever we ordered in Veg and Non-Veg, all were of the same taste. Staff was very humble and they never said no to any of our requirements. The location is good.

Beautiful location for weddings and events. However the service is pathetic. They have hired some local teenage goons who will not help you with anything. The manager's only job is to say sorry for the shoddy service and promising that they will provide service. Food in the canteen managed by them beside the road is below average and unhygienic. Beware of cockroaches in the food.

While coming back from Kaas plateau, i got a chance to stay at this place on 10th sep'23 for lunch. the place is awesome. As i stayed for lunch only so couldn't see their rooms so no comments for room. Otherwise the place is big, very beautiful & spacious. As far as the food is concerned we tried their mutton rice and it was one of the best mutton i have ever had. it was served with their local rice and a full bowl of gravy. mutton was very well cooked with correct amount of spices. I cannot remember the dish, but it was their signature dish so you can easily get it there. Try it once, its worth the money.

Attended wedding for two days. Nice clean rooms. Best place to stay near Kaas Pathar. Nice view of Lake.

I like the location but Rooms are so dull and not airy or fresh. . As per commitment hot water facility is not available in luxurious rooms also . Staff is arrogant and not supportive. Food quality is also not good. While walking around the premises your foot may twist any time . Be careful.

1. Found worst experience as hungry bugs were feasting throughout night. 2. Though it was least employee day the quantity admitted should have been treated worth the cost incurred, but it wasn't. Prior intimation was given to management /kitchen at 06:00 pm that lunch required at 8:00 pm as kids were hungry. But they obeyed it at 09:30. Hungry kids were served after 1:30 bad hours. Utilities Not Recovered against cost of room.

We got delex room at affordable price at Heritage Wadi kass pathar This Hotel is located in front of the valley location which gives you various options for calmness and natural Breeze in surrounding. Room were good and clean and staff are also helpful. Food available is delicious and breakfast options are also plenty in package option. A perfect place for the dream destination wedding... Ni3.

The location is excellent for get together and destination weddings. It's nicely done and maintained. Rooms are not that great. And customer service needs to be improved a lot.

It is located at nice location. You get nice view from their. They have build setup like village. Mostly visit in winter season so you get to flower valley locate near. Food and services are good. Their is small Hall you can celebrate birthday, party, etc. Good place for photoshoot

Location is great with cold atmosphere in summer too. Too many points to take photos. Campus is really a good with greenery. Food quality is good. Allocating rooms away from campus is not acceptable as peoples see 100's photos of scenic campus before booking and same rooms should be allocated.

Been to this place a lot of times, the place has its own kind of a vibe. On every visit here the one thing consistent was the quality of food...Simply good. Even If you are a local from satara this place will put you in awe... The breathtaking views from this place in various seasons is amazing... This place is always a bit chilly despite the season, so always carry sometging warm to wear.

Beautiful location. Very reasonable and rooms are quite spacious. Food is good . Special mention of Ramesh who serves you with smile and really looks after you. Room service was bad and they couldn't handle the pressure as mostly all rooms were occupied. Couldn't even get hot water

Rainy season you can enjoy clouds at restaurant have meals. Few food items are better but surroundings are much better and very near to kaas world heritage site.

Ideal for groups as the cottages have valley View and better maintained rooms. Rooms for couples without any view. Rooms need serious upgrade. Food and service satisfactory

Amazing location enjoy scenic view of Sahyadri mountain ranges. Its a huge space like a small village inside. We did not stay there but went for Dinner. Overall food was ok, 3.5/5 but 5/5 for Location we were mesmerized to look at nature's beauty around.

Excellent location and lot of picture taking points in the location. The food quality was good and service was prompt. The only thing that i was concerned about was the quality of rooms as the one allocated to me did not have AC working and neither the geyser. By the time they fixed the electricity and the AC and geyser, it had taken 4 hours of my time. All this time we had to sit outside the room as men were working. They were not even ok to change the room for us which was a put off.
