Best Place to do Shopping of Branded Clothes.

Good sale going on, the staff was very courteous.

The shop is great but the only downside is the employees in the makeup section😂👍🏻 Someone please train them to mind their own business. I went to buy my own items and handed it to the woman, and she whispered "Look at how much makeup she is wearing" to the other lady in konkani, thinking that I don't speak this language. Sorry for using the products that i pay for with my own money??💀 I don't appreciate this behaviour being a returning customer, as I come here everytime i travel to Goa🙌🏼

Products are very very good, i found offers their, 30 days return policy with your purchase criteria(Premium or Silver Level ), Clothes, Makeup products, accessories, Footwear for Man woman and kids

We went to buy apparels for boys, but couldn't get. There are lot's of options available for men n women. Many big brands are also with lot's variety.

the Online store sells fake products. I ordered colognes worth 8K ,received the Dunhill Desire fake. The other one received was a completely different product. Probably fake too. Horrible experience. I feel cheated

Very bad store Don’t know how to talk with customer, very rude behaviour. Selling cheap clothes and after complaining not even replacing the product.

In comparison to its Mumbai stores, not even quarter clothes were there. Not much brands or choice.

Have really amazing brands and really amazing offers are going on. Mall have parking for 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler as well.

No proper person debuted at the stall where various brands are displayed and what is displayed is falls and the customers come to know while billing. So be aware.

Three floors of clothings n too many staff. Good for just once in a while shopping. Expensive place.

I have been several times to mall de goa, And specially i love to go visit shoppers stop. But today I was really disappointed with the attitude of a female staff at the payment counter.

Staff at the payment counter are respectful and courteous Staff near the shoes section are incredibly disrespectful At the kids section two members will stand and pretend to cater to you. One will help and the other will stare at your face.. Management kindly train them.

I am in Georgia, the support service said to contact Albania, which is 7 hours flight from me. Then they asked me to write an email. The watch is broken and I can't get it fixed anywhere. I was told that there are service centers in every country. This is a scam, I trusted you for nothing.

They have varieties of options in affordable prices, great quality and i got bday discount on my purchase.

Shoppers stop at Mall De Goa Porvorim. It still hasn't changed in terms of service and attitude. Had complained about the attitude of sales personnel some time ago, cause when a customer walk in, the first thing you do is attend or check the customers requirement. The entire staff looks like they are on holiday and body language is negative. The blame goes to the supervisor who was standing there attending to his mobile messages. This was brought a long time ago by complaining to them, and the situation still persists. The only time you can see aggressive sales is when they want you to become a member. To confirm check Cameras on Saturday between 13.45 and 14.30..in the shoes section.

Had a wonderful shopping experience at Shoppers Stop. Purchased cosmetics, perfumes, and T-shirts. Ms. Neelam (@cosmetic section) and one lady @ the perfume section (forgot her name 😞 - I believe her name started with C) were really helpful and patiently guided us. We tried/tested almost 20-25 perfumes before buying 3 but the lady never lost her cool and same was the case with Ms. Neelam. Thank you! for the Lakme freebie and a few perfume testers ☺️.

Well stocked and need more attentive staff in order to be able to assist customers who may be elderly and need that extra attention but can be good customers who spend an awful lot more than most.

One place to buy everything. I had a very good experience buying a watch from here. The only let down was their cosmetics section, The sales person was very judgy.

Overall a good place for shopping having different brands. But they really dnt have wide variety as compared to counterparts in Mumbai or banglore. Also people who come to assist whilst shopping are too annoying, which makes the shopping experience bad. They have eyes on you as if you gonna steal some items off. But i would say, a good place to shop at the mall. Running Offers need to be highlighted.

They have this ridiculous point system with an even more ridiculous policy system. Have shopped here only to find out either my points are expired or I get coupons at such odd times of the year that I don't even need them. Need to change this. Advantage of shopping here is that the staff is quite polite, stock is good and also the store is well maintained.

They offer reasonably good discount on male clothing.

A decent store with good options but definitely limited. Standard prices of the products. Staff is courteous. Definitely a store to visit if you are at Mall De Goa.

An ideal place to shop for quality clothes. The customer care is prompt and generous to help you in any case. The only letdown I experienced was there were only a few clothing brands as compared to other malls in metropolitan cities which showcase much more premium brands.

Shoppers stop Porvorim - The guy who works at the Levi’s section at the mall de goa needs to learn a bit of customer service. I had picked up a pair of denims from the Porvorim stand alone store and I was told the alternations were done in mall de goa, I wasn’t aware that there was also a stand alone store in the mall apart from shoppers stop having a Levi’s section. So I went to shoppers stop Levi’s section and asked the guy about the alterations, he was so quick to say no, without asking me any further questions. Upon asking other members of staff outside shoppers stop I got to know that there was a stand alone store too within the mall. There is a way to explain this the customer and that has to be the focus here. He seriously needs some customer service training. Shoppers stop goa - please schedule some customer service training for the boy!

Your Customer service is very very slow/ bad...I am not at all happy with your services....I had given my swiss eagle watch for repair under warranty in August and its not yet repaired till now and even after calling so much time you all are not even bothered about it...not even telling me the date as when i will receive my watch...I will never ever recomend anyone to buy anything from you...I

Multi-brand retail outlet on 3 floors. Obviously limited choices. Plenty of cosmetic items . Worth visiting the store.

It's really nice to shop at shoppers stop coz you get all makeup kit, perfumes, accessories, Indian and western outfits too...although staff is very polite and nice to everyone

I absolutely love ethnic wears and dresses. Good material clothes and beautiful collection for both male and female. Mostly buy during sale..to get it on discounted price.
