MIRALCLES, they do happen and they happen at Cloud 9, Kalyani Nagar. Our baby was born at 26 weeks due to an emergency and we had no hopes. But Dr. Madhu Juneja is the probably the best in field, we were lucky to have consulted her during pregnancy. She is an excellent person first and best gynaecologist. The delivery underwent smoothly with her. Next we had guidance for Dr. Amit, who is in charge of Neo-Natal care, he is the one who assured us and gave rest to our worries. Dr. Radhika from Amit's team gave us lot of support and answered all our queries After this comes the biggest test for us as family, our baby had a 50 days in NICU. I think I am right is saying that we were lukcy that this NICU stay was in Cloud9 Kalyani Nagar. Dr. Pandurang and Dr. Radhika under the leadership of Dr. Sandip provide the best critical care in this world to our baby. All the NICU sister's I want to mention by name starting from Senior sister Neha, Eliza, Usha, Bindu, Sarita, Megha (My baby's favourite sister), Bhagyarekha, Alka, Damini (special mention to her), Manisha, Marry, Harshada, Puja were on their feet 24/7 to care of our baby and all other babies in NICU. We felt our baby was as safe as in mother's womb with this Nursing team. We also want to thank all the cleaning, maintenance staff, specially all the Mausis who keep things running smoothly. Special mention to Ambulance driver and security staff Mr. Nilesh Shinde, he provided exceptional service and support for ambulance and security for parking and personal support when we had to visit hospital late at night. At the end I would say that Cloud 9 may feel expensive but it's the best option in city. Healthcare is not just about being clinical, it's about understanding the patient and their family and we feel this was a quality present only in Cloud 9 Kalyani Nagar. We felt like family and home. The discharge process was very smooth and we loved the care by 2nd Floor nursing staff as well. I want to thank Sidhu Seth from Cafeteria who took excellent care for my mother while I was admitted and we had to wait. He made special tea for us and also arranged for Jain food. Just few points for your management, the Nursing and housekeeping staff is overworked, more personnel will be helpful. There needs to be a room, bed etc for the comfort of Mother's who visit their babies in NICU for feeding, KMC and other care. Sometimes the parents travel from far and they have to stay in the waiting area. Rooms are decent but can be made more comfortable for attendant/family. Keep up the good work. Always thankful!!

Dr Mini Salunkhe is an expert in her field and her expertise was clearly visible in every single consultation that we had with her. On the day of delivery too, she had planned everything to perfection and also executed it well. The way she kept her calm throughout the delivery in the OT was quite impressive. Also she followed up and ensured that every small detail was taken care of by the patient as well as the support staff. Overall it was great experience.

Had a good experience with Dr. Manjari who was looking after the delivery of our first child. The premises is neatly cleaned and well equipped staff. Hygiene was maintained specially during the covid times while helped us feel relaxed and safe. Kudos to the team for overall good experience. Hope they will keep the same momentum going further.

Well, I can't be sure about the positive reviews so far of how fancy this hospital is and 3 star hotel experience and what not. The truth is that it's a wannabe hotel hospital experience provider that lies in shambles both in infrastructure and the essence of a hospital. The rooms are in typical hotel room layout, but what use is that if it's not clean. That's the first thing I look for in a hospital, not run down colorful cheap furniture, unkempt and dirty environment. We had our ac unit venting smelly air at the onset.The ac also started leaking gallons of water literally when we woke up in the morning. The bathrooms are as unheigenic, I will try uploading images.(Also see cockroach at reception area) Speak of the staff, it all seemed like a picnic at work scenario. The doctors may be good but can't say the same for support staff. They can be trained to be more professional. One of the gentlemen at the front desk on 2 floor, was on phone when I needed someone to help give access to door. He was outright rude saying he cant help and pointed me to other staff all this while continuing his phone conversation. What a lazy, unprofessional attitude! The reason we came here is just cos of the doctor who's empanneled with this hospital. We've decided to get our hospitalisation for delivery done in either Columbia Asia, where we had our first born or new maternity hospital(s) close by. Pls don't be misled by the hype around this brand/hospital. A hospital needs to have everything checked for it to be a world class hospital before they add the the gimmicks around that. Unfortunately, for this hospital it has failed miserably in delivering the basics first and falls flat on the hotel experience part as well

About Mayura mam: Lactation consultant. She is a fantastic doctor. She not only helped me to overcome feeding concerns but also supported me morally. She boosted my confidence which really helped me overcome all concerns.She is always available when needed. One more good thing is that mam will never be in hurry, she listens to all problems and then will resolve each one of them. A very beautiful lady at heart who understands the emotions of a new mother and supports her. I strongly recommend her as she is the best lactation consultant.

Review only for Photographer. (GK Vale) The only reason I ended up with this photographer is cloud9 hospital and i deeply regret the idea. How can cloud9 appoint such a irresponsible person as there photographer. Before selection of package and discussing on delivery time line this guys will agree on any time line which you ask for but once the payment is done , the never ending process of follow up starts. Once you are discharged from hospital, your complete focus on taking care of new born baby and mother, delivery of photographs and other commitments from the photographer is one last which you want to worry about.But days will turn into weeks, weeks will turn into months and probably a year if you don't follow up with this person. My delivery of photograph is still pending, it is more than two months now. And yeah, still follow up is ongoing. What an unprofessional, careless person i landed with for such a sweet memories. Management should look into this on priority. Such a disgraceful experience.

Hospital and hospitality for mother and child is superb, Doctor's and paramedical staff is trained. The idea of new born photography was admirable, photographer is too good. Only thing they are bit expensive. For photography charged fully before delivery. My child was borned I have first week of March but still not received soft copies despite follow up. Being lock down I neglected it till end of May. But it's August to finish. Even though charging good amount for photography they don't take pain to copy it in a CD or pen drive (hardly costs ₹20 or ₹15p) and send it by courier (another ₹50), when we pay 4000to 5000 for just a photo frame and soft copies for few edited snaps it's reasonable to expect a CD of snaps. One star less for this...

Very good hospital by the looks of it and we had a successful normal delivery. Although they did not properly guide us through the phototherapy treatment where the machine was given inside the room and they did not mention the distance to be kept between baby and the light. Also, the treatment was cashless but they asked me to give 10k extra to the doctor separately which is not covered under their plan. On asked why, they mentioned doctors contribution is less so normally they are supposed to be paid separately. That money was not covered by my insurance plan.

Really disappointed with the arrangements at this center. This is consecutive time struggling to get parking for car. I was forced to sit back in car and ask my wife to go for consultation alone. I felt cheated for paying so high fees for such third class service. Located in so called posh area, but road is no more than a gully. Also I found gurads deployed there little selective whom to allow inside the building. I have made my minds to look for alternative doctor for my daughter now. Giving only 2 stars for my daughter's doctor who has been always great.

Very disheartening exeprience at cloud nine. I am taking consultation under Dr. Mini Salunkhe. But I didn't have a very good experience.Staff is rude. Doctors is always in hurry. Appointment last for not even 5 minutes. There is no personal touch at all. Parient cannot contact doctor. And for every small doubt one has to book an appointment by paying fees. They do not take pain to update the records and expect that patient should remember every technical details. I had 3 pregnacy scans at cloud nine but the doctor didnot even bothered to look it carefully and explain the things. No proper prescription of next course of action either. Disappointed.

I was searching for painless vaccination service provider for my 10 weeks old. I called Cloudnine Hospital, Kalyaninagar, and Pune reception and enquired about their home service. The receptionist gave me the vaccination home service point of contact Ashish. Ashish is very professional and polite, and he ensured that all my queries are resolved over call/chat. He explained everything to me in a clear manner. As per their protocol, he checked with the cloudnine doctor and obtained the prescription. He booked the appointment for the next day, 3 pm. The next day, I received one more call from cloudnine to confirm the appointment. After that, Nurse Alpha called me at around 2.15pm and informed me that there might be some delay due to heavy traffic. However, they reached my place at 3.10pm Ambulance was very clean and sanitized. Both nurses - Alpha and Rita - were well equipped with knowledge and good manners. They showed me all the vaccines and asked to check the expiry date and name once. It was all good. Alpha and Rita both made my baby comfortable and did their job skillfully. Alpha shared her contact number and told me to contact her in case of any issues. I did payment using gpay. No extra charges than agreed previously with Ashish. Also, cloudnine vaccination home service charges are comparatively less than that of the other 4 different paediatricians I checked with. Home service is cherry on the cake. I am so glad I chose Cloudnine vaccination home service and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks to Ashish, Alpha and Rita for this wonderful experience.

Dr. Chandrakala and Dr Amit are really great, had very good experience with both of them, Dr. Chandrakala explained all the things very carefully and calmly. Also about the hospitality, everything was very neat and clean. Rooms and it's amenities are well maintained. Food quality is very nice and staff is attentive and punctual. Amazing service by the staff and super hygienic place. Doctors are friendly, nurses are polite and cooperative, food quality is at par. I had a great experience and treatment for me as a new mother and a well setup care for my new born. Team is very caring and approachable. Experienced staff in all forms, be it doctors, nurses and ground staff. Clean and Hygienic. Saftey protocols followed well. I felt very comfortable about my stay after my delivery. And the food service was awesome.

They charge premium amount, but the service is third class. My wife got admitted in this hospital at 5 am with delivery pain. By 7 am she was getting a feeling that the baby is coming out. There was no nurse in the room. Nobody came to our room even after pressing the emergency button. Finally, I went out and brought one nurse. She was too casual in her approach. She was of the opinion that the delivery would happen only after 4 hours and she left the room. By 7:30 the situation became so worse. There was no one else other than me and my wife. I had to go out and bring the nurse again. When she came the baby was almost out. She got panicked and I yelled at her. She ran and came back with the doctor. The delivery happened in the next 10 minutes without out any preparation. Due to this my wife has developed tsil bone pain. Staffs of this hospital are tail too casual. They don't listen to the complaints of the patients.

Over all good. Nursing department in 2nd floor is very good and they take good care of baby and mother. There is shortage of staff. Some time you will not get help on time. You have to follow up multiple times. Cleaning and housekeeping needs an major improvements. Food service for patients is very good but for relatives food delivery in room may take time. Which is understandable as patients are always priority.

We had overall very good experience, Also would like to mention name of Sisters Radhika Taslim, Manju, Ujawla, Anuradha, Basanti, Pratisha, Babita and Vina and all supporting staff who had cooperated very well during 3 days of hospital stay. Also canteen and food is also good and staffs are also very good and supportive. I would love to recommend cloud 9 for pregnancy and delivery. The service provided by Cloud Nine is superb, the nurses are well trained and caring. Entire staff including the cleaning staff they maintained complete hygiene in the room as well as corridors I would like to suggest one thing in Food section Wherein you can try to provide options in food like of if the patient is not liking the taste of food. Would like to thank Ms Radhika for taking due care of mine by providing me time to time medication and other stuff whatever was required.

Doctors(can share the name with hospital management if asked) are not puntual and I have faced this 2 times. We rush from home to make sure that we reach on time and hospital staff also calls you to get confirmation if you are coming and after all your rush you reach there and land up waiting for an hour for the doctor. Extremely disappointed.

Though it is a maternity hospital, decor and ambience will put a mid-sized hotel to shame. It also lacks the typical phenyl hospital smell. Staff is courteous. Rooms are well maintained. Doctors are good. Nursing staff is good but I felt somewhat short staffed.

My experience at CloudNine Kalyaninagar has been positive.The overall infrastructure, admission process and the steps involved after delivery has seamless and efficient. It was very nice experience with the hospital. Dr. Vaishali mam is well experienced. She explained every part of our treatment procedure very clearly. Only necessary lab tests and procedures were performed. Mam is a perfect example of a doctor who comes after god. Everything was charged as per the provided charge list. During my wife's stay at the hospital all the amenities are excellent. The nursing staff are also very knowledgeable.

They have good overall facilities but the staff in rooms section on 2nd floor are new. In case of emergency if call the nurse they will send the new interns who know nothing and then they will go and call the experience nurse will hinders over all procedure of emergency for which you have called them. They charge heft amount on bills but, small things like changing drinking water glass provided for patient is not changed daily. They don’t provide fresh towel or toiletries daily in your room. Over all to say they promise to provide world class service in delivering baby is true, but small small parameters as mentioned above are ignored. The staff are supportive, doctors availability is good. But what all I didn’t like I mentioned honestly.

I opted for home vaccination yesterday Service was very good. Sister Alfa _Reta was really good . Made my kid comfortable before giving the vaccine. It was quick . Baby also didn't cry much. Overall it was smooth and hassle free.

My wife Pranjali Pendharkar delivered a baby boy at Cloudnine hospital Kalyani Nagar on 30th Dec 2023. We are really satisfied with the whole experience and hence wanted to thank every single person who was involved in the process. 1. Right from the time of emergency when we reached there, the staff from labour room were immediately available to handle the situation. Thanks to Dr. Sagar and Dr. Amit for their support and taking the charge during the emergency. 2. Our Gynaecologist Dr. Smita Khose whom we consulted during the entire pregnancy period was quick to take the charge at OT room. Great doctor she is! We have referred her to our immediate neighbours recently. 3. Nursing station head and all staff Nutan Kumari, Nirmala, Anuradha, Basanti, Veena, Roshani, Sarita, Ujjwala and Dhanvinti were really helpful and were always available at a click of a button. 4. Housekeeping staff was at their best. 5. Canteen food was tasty and healthy no doubt. 6. Thanks to the nutritionist Ms. Shruti Belapure. Thanks to Dr. Sawant for his support. Physiotherapist Ms. Minal Raja were available to ensure smooth exercises for my wife. 7. Lactation expert Dr. Roghayyeh Bayazi is so good at her job. She trained my wife with the best tips on feeding and handling the baby. It really gave a lot of confidence to my wife. 8. Room door and car decoration was included in our package. Billing process was pretty clear and smooth along with the discharge procedure. We got a proper discharge summary and all the lab reports placed in a folder file. This is again an example of how professional the management is. Dr. Sandeep who is our pediatrician is really helping us with regular check ups of baby. Hope i am not missing anybody's name to mention here. Thanks to the cloud9 team for such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this hospital to all the would be parents!

Very BAD Experience with this hosptial. On call they twice confirmed and conveyed wrong estimate and we were billed way more than what was informed to us. Adding to the pain they didnt give us any headsup that they Dont use any card for payments! Not so corporative staffs and Admins and a very foolish CRE !

Overall good experience, but you have to wait little longer for Ultrasound, billing etc. There is only one room for Ultrasound in Cloudnine Kalyaninagar, also they have one credit card swipe machine at billing counter. So please take at least half or full day leave if you are planning to visit.

Breastfeeding is one of the most important aspects of the Motherhood journey and doubts about it cloud your mind, despite having read about it or receiving advice from elders. We met Dr Mayura at CloudNine as new parents and she helped us make this journey super smooth. She has a lot of experience and during our consulting with her she exhibited a patient hearing and advised correctly each time. In fact there have been evolving discussions through the 3 months’ timeframe of our baby’s growth and Dr. Mayura guides us on the progress and what to expect and adapt as per baby’s needs. Well undoubtedly the best Maternity hospital in Pune. From security guard, nurses, mausi's, doctors, assistants are so well mannered and so well behaved people. Our duration was for 3 days in which we were guided and treated extremely well. All nurses are on standby and are available in just a matter of call. We got 24x7 support even to do simplest of things. From keeping the hospital clean to take all precautions of Covid strictly to keep things well. Rooms are too good and all required essentials are available. Food for patients are too good and hygienic and comes time to time as per schedule. All in all I rate all the services as 10 out of 10 and my visit was absolutely brilliant with no complaints. Thank you cloud nine and staff to make things memorable for us.

The only reason i delivered both my baby's in. Cloud nine kalyani nagar was for doctor vaidya and now it comes to me as a upsetting fact that he will no longer be in kalyani nagar cloudnine..highly disheartening.. must say worst management decision.. i would never visit cloudnine again or wud recommend.. how can managemnt be so ruthless and pull out my just born's pediatrician... highly insensitive this is

Extremely careless people. i had an appointment at 4:40 pm and when we reached the doctor left for dusserah celebration. When asked they claimed they have called me and could not get through my number. But all these while I was able to connect with the rest of the world. My patient is 70 years old and when asked for a video consultation the doctor said he only does OPD consultation. Ridiculous

Delivered my first child here in August this year. Experience has been quite comfortable and satisfactory right from our first consultation with gynaecologist, Dr Mini Salunkhe to the baby’s present paediatrician, Dr Sandip Bandewar. While the appointments might seem hurried (the volume of out patients is significant), both doctors are very considerate to answer all our queries and address issues, if any, with patience and due consideration. While the overall package might seem a tad more expensive than the rest, it was absolutely worthwhile (and shouldn’t pinch your pocket much if covered by your insurance). We were lucky to have Dr Vaidya attend to our baby while he was in NICU. He is definitely the expert and understandably unable to spend too much time with each patient as he is juggling multiple consultations. The resident doctors who support in his absence were also extremely supportive - Dr Sumit and Dr Mahendar in NICU and Dr Pooja and Dr Sayali during the delivery. F&B department, nutritionist Dr Shivani and lactation consultant Dr Mayura deserve special mention for their excellent commitment to patient care. Discharge process was also fairly smooth and the insurance desk was very supportive then as well as when we went back requesting for additional documents for insurance claim. Would definitely recommend the hospital for a hassle free birthing experience.

Service was extremely good especially the nursing staff, the food quality and service, the doctors. Hygiene and cleanliness aspect also taken care. Overally I found it expensive but the services made me happy.

Cloud nine visited once in Kalyani nagar .. cloud nine washroom is more worst then railway station.. like they never clean it ... no cleanness .pregnant women visit this hospital what if she suffers from infection?
