here

when
the
island
was
a
bit
quiet
during
lockdown.
I
was
driving
by
when
the
shop
front
caught
my
eye
and
I
felt
the
need
to
do
a
u-turn.
I
was
so
glad
I
did
as
I
then
had
one
of
the
nicest
experiences
I
have
ever
had
in
Corfu.
The
honey
makers
welcomed
me
in
and
told
me
all
about
how
they
make
their
lovely
varieties
of
honey.
I
was
able
to
taste
so
many
different
and
delicious
jars
of
honey
and
was
given
a
sip
of
a
honey
liquor
which
was
stunning.
I
bought
maybe
6
jars!
My
friends
and
family
who
received
some
of
these
have
been
saying
how
amazing
the
honey
was
so
so
when
I
was
back
in
Paleokastritsa
last
week
I
was
sure
to
make
the
drive
here
to
visit
this
lovely
shop
again
with
my
partner.
This
time,
the
shop
was
closed
but
there
was
a
doorbell
so
I
rang
it
and,
after
a
while,
the
owner's
mother
came
out
and
opened
it
up
for
us.
It
was
an
amazing
experience
again
as
she
let
us
taste
so
many
of
the
unique
honey
varieties.
We
bought
a
load
of
jars
again
and
are
so
thankful
to
have
found
this
amazing
producer's
wee
shop.
