Absolutely fantastic. Came for the 400g tenderloin (known as an eye fillet steak in Australia) and it was an incredible steak. Better than most steak I've had back in Australia. Wonderful potato side, salad and sauce too.. and the appetiser was a nice unexpected treat. Do yourself a favour and come eat the best steak in Thailand.

I really really enjoyed my dinner here. It was a special occasion so yes the menu is much more expensive than an average Thai place in the area, but it was worth it. Drinks were strong and tasty. Great and fast service. We ordered a prime rib with mushrooms and mushroom sauce. Massive and cooked perfectly. I got the 10shrimp that came with a white sauce with mussels and fish and omg was it amazing. The twice baked potatoes were perfect. And both entrees came with a free small appetizer of olive bread, cheese, and olives, and a yummy salad boat. Great experience overall and a new date night staple for us. And get the blueberry cheesecake! You won’t regret it

After 2 years of travel restrictions, we've finally made it back to the Carnivore and we've been glad to see that service, food, drinks and ambiente remained at the top in class standard. We've decided to share a Tomahawk steak (1.400 gramm) and what can I say; it was cooked to perfection. We have been dining here 5 times during hour stay in Ao Nang to try different starters, main dishes, wines and deserts and each time we were fully satisfied. Kudos to the entire Carnivore team - we will be back very soon.

Amazing delicious dishes, great wine selection and something for everyone. The atmosphere is very relaxed yet professional. The location is spacious and charming. Was really impressed with the service and friendly staff too. Be sure to try the Irish coffee. This restaurant is a must to visit. :-)

A nice steakhouse especially for this area of the country. I had the promotional Angus sirloin steak with the house salad and side dish. The beef was good quality and the cooking was spot on, everything was tasty. A nice wine list with a big selection of local and imported beers as well. The atmosphere was nice, warm and cozy with great attentive service. Just one minor improvement that I would like to see, a wide selection of mustards and horseradish would be nice as it's the perfect complement for a good steak.

Compared to other restaurants closer to the beach it is more expensive, our meal was around 1600b (£38) but it was worth it for the food we got. We've been to Krabi twice and both times come to Carnivore, both times were great and we will visit it again on our third visit. Recommended.

I am at home on real Carnivore diet (lion diet) and i eat steak everyday. This is really bad place to eat stake, even though it is probably one of the best in Ao Nang, since the meat here is not the greatest. I do not recommend going here if you expect good steak.

Awesome menu and fantastic food. We were a labour intensive 5 adults 5 kids and taken care of perfectly. All the steaks were perfectly prepared and the team dealt with our timing requirements very well. Would highly recommend.

To our surprice the Mixed plate, the beef, the backed poteto and the french frie was very cold, that was not expected. The food was amazing we were given a appetiser and a fresh salad for free before we had our mains. I had the beef stroganoff it was delicious, so tasty. My partner had the carnivore mixed grill, which was fantastic the meat was so tender and juicy. The taste was exceptional. I 100% recommend this resteraunt, the absolute best by far.

Mixed grills were on special. Juicy, quality meat, choice cuts, saucey salad and delicious sides like jackets with sourcream and crispy bacon. Couldn't eat it all, but we tried. Cooked perfectly. They know what medium rare means. The decor is actually beautiful. Light woody colours inside, well lit, with a beautiful little garden bit, hiding the road outside. Toilets were stocked, pleasing to the eye, spotless and smelled nice. Music was calm and unobtrusive. Staff were friendly, polite and didn't bother us for no reason. They noticed when plates and glasses were empty. We were the only people there, but I have been ignored in many places where we were the only diners. My opinion is that they were well trained. Espresso came with a lump of dark chocolate and optional whipped cream! It was a dessert in itself. Good coffee.
