Despite reviews, we decided to give it a try. A big mistake. We have been traveling around Thailand a couple years back and now for a month and this restaurant has definitely been the worst. Serving the worst vegetarian Pad Thai. No meat, no sea food and yet they managed to let us down. The sauce was made of ketchup. It all looked more like a soup. Ice tea was canned. At least give us a glass with some ice... After leaving plates full of food, no one even asked what was the problem. I guess this is my first negative review. I am usually very, very satisfied even with lower quality food. But this really was a nightmare. P.S.: The picture looks good. That was also my first impression... I only ate the brocolli.

Overpriced tasteless food. Probably there is only one staff that understand the F&B industry and is able to speak English. The rest of the staff are for show. Ordered fish and chips, scallops and crab. When asked for chilli for fish and chips was given Thai chilli (the ones you eat with rice) Scallops were soooo salty. Crab was a disaster, can taste that the crab was probably just steamed or boiled and the curry was put over it. Meat was cold on the inside. It was only after ordering that we saw the reviews, and by then it was too late. We did not feedback to anyone because it was pretty obvious they would not have understood anyways. However when we got the bill we did have 20% discount of some sort. No idea why either. But no questions asked for that and we just got out. I guess this place could probably be just for drinks and nothing more. Friendly staff but lack of knowledge on basically anything. Put your money at macdonalds for a happier and far more fulfilling meal.

Non authentic Thai food. The portion is small, the taste of all dishes are just average and the price is high. I shared the photo of prawn dish: the so called King Prawn claimed by owner, he said it was approx 100g/prawn🥲 but in reality it did not come in even an average prawn size. So small and it costed approx 11.5 USD !!! Just for 2 tiny piece of prawn. Total scam.

Average tasting food at an exorbitant price! Not worth the taste they are delivering at all. Overall the staff is good, food is good but the hygiene takes a hit and the prices are off the roof. They charged 400 bahts for a simple curry which didn’t even serve 2 enough / that is way too high by bangkok or Phuket or even krabi standards - there are better places serving much better food at affordable prices A big no to visit this place

Slowest service ever, waited 20mins for 1 Jack Daniels and a cocktail. Restaurant was 1/4 full, drinks finally arrived and they had given me the cheap local whiskey instead. I returned it to the bar and asked for JD, the staff member tried to tell me there was no JD, even though I pointed out the bottle on the shelf in the bar. The Krabi Sunset was rubbish also. Avoid this dodgy place.

Fast serving. We entered cos of the promo. After we got our drinks we got told the promo is from dinner on... The food I wanted was "Indian spicey" and not for me - alas they didn't offer to make it less spicy. I got suggested sandwiches from the waiter. Not so exotic. Settle for a pasta. Which were nice but very tasteless. No salt and pepper at the table. Small portions. Card machine not working. Took 180B for a large Tiger even though it said 160B in the meny!!

Not impressed. Took too long for food and when it came out the portion was tiny for the price paid and made me feel sick. Drink given was not what i ordered. Then took 20 minutes for the bill. The only good thing was the 20% discount.

Waited 40 minutes to order our meal (we had to ask for the manager). We were offered our beers as complimentary due to the delay which was well received. Our mains were delivered within 15 minutes of ordering however we ordered Spaghettti Aglio Oilio which is basically 5 ingredients (spaghetti, parmesan, chilli, olives and garlic). There was no parmesan (told that they had stopped serving it), no chilli, no olives or garlic (basically pasta with oil). What made things worse was that the pasta was stone cold as if it had been left out all night and just plated up and served. No way was it cooked fresh. The Garlic bread side never arrived and the carbonara was bland and again lacked parmesan (and only luke warm). We asked to speak to the manager again but nobody came over so we ended up leaving and going elsewhere it was that poor. All in all a very disappointing experience.

Ordered Mango Lassi and a home made tea. We got cold water with squeezed lime (after rejecting a can of ice tea), and a tasteless Lassi and paid tripple the price compared to other restaurants. After that we left without ordering food.

Nice staff. Prices are average to the rest of Ao nang restaurants (250+). They have a huge menu. Smoking is allowed. We ordered indian food. Curries were mainly made of tomato paste (almost no flavor from what you expect an idian curry to taste. It just had 3 pieces of chicken inside). Plain naan is 70 thb. It is not a big naan. We got four little pieces of flat bread. I dont know about the rest of the menu but for people like me who know about indian food and love it, it could be very disapointing. I hope they could do something about it.

We arrived at the restaurant expecting to have a great meal considering a large majority of the street food in Thailand is amazing. What we were met with was subpar service. We waited 20 minutes to be served a simple glass of water and upon receiving our meals we grew even more livid that our food was luke warm, not to mention the sauce in our food tasted like a strained can of chef boy ardee. 100% not a good experience.

We went twice because food was good first time - we loved all the dishes we ordered and staff was friendly. They didn’t have Thai ice tea but went to another place and got it for me! We’ve had Tom ka Kai soup, Hawaiian pizza, spring rolls, some appetizer of fried Indian potato pancakes with chutney, and mango sticky rice. All were excellent. Service prompt. Prices and portions similar to other restaurants this near the beach. Would definitely come back. Surprised to find bad reviews!

This is some of the best Indian food I have had in quite a while! Ask for the chef’s specialty lamb dish. It comes out steaming hot and it is awesome (you see it in the picture). Garlic cheese naan, regular garlic naan, saffron rice and the special Indian long rice was all great! Great drinks as well. Well worth the price! 😄

very good experience with the waiter and food here, tomyam real nice and very tasty pineapple fried rice, anything u prefer can ask the waiter for best recommendations in restaurant here

This was perhaps the most disappointing meal I've had in Thailand, and I've lived in this country for 4 years. Everything, literally EVERY-THING we ordered was meh or just plain bad. I'm only giving 2 stars instead of 1 bc it is an Indian restaurant and most of the staff were Indian and we didn't order any Indian food (because it was breakfast time and they had a full Thai menu and Western Breakfast menu too).

Possibly one of the worst restaurants I have been to and definitely the worst Indian food ever had. I can't say I am an expert but my partner cooks amazing curry and I have lived in Leicester in England and it's famous for its Indian food. The curry was like a soup and had literally no flavour and the meat was chewy. The food was very over priced and there are definitely better choices in the area . Although this place it's called "Rasoi Magic " I believe the magic ends at the door step .

DO NOT go to this place. Terrible service, food was absolutely disgusting I took one bite and had to leave, and they didn’t even care that we weren’t happy. I would barley give it a 1 star to be honest. All they want is your money….

Had dinner here a few days back. The menu variety is good. The food was also not bad. However the service was very bad. Seems like the staff are not properly trained. Our food took a very long time and also they forgot one item of our order and didn't setve it even after a reminder. Wouldn't recommend this pace ..

Probably the best Indian restaurant in Ao Nang. We were here before and we'll return. We tried the chicken korma and the chicken tikka, which were both tasty. Also try the pineapple lassi. Staff is good and menus are in English. Would fully recommend this restaurant.

Tried Tandoori chicken and Fish. Tandoori fish was fresh and best. Had dinner two times both times food quality and taste was consistently good

Our overall experience is never to go back there again. Given 3 stars because I never give 2 stars. Rather than giving comments about the food, I would give suggestions to owner of the place to improve their business, if he or she wants to improve business. Don’t pay in credit card or pass your credit card to them, rather go to the credit card terminal yourself to make payment. 1. Replace the 2 touting guys on street level at entrance of restaurant,Replace with 1 welcoming lady and welcoming guy , greeting guests and passer by to try the food. 2. All waiters and waitress should be given a uniform t shirt with restaurant name to wear, everyone working there were wearing their own clothes from home, you have no idea who is who . 3. Update their menu into 3 separate menus for Indian, Thai, European foods, give the right menus based on guest interest. Better still focus on Indian food, seems from review here Indian food well commented. And Thai and Eurepean food are poor reviews , drop Thai food, there are many better competitions next door. 4. Do something to fix the 3.1 reviews score, the surrounding restaurants all above 4.4. Like fixing the food quality. Having 3 different chefs each specialize in one type of food. Now is like one chef does all 3 types of foods. 5. In India, there is only male waiters , in Krabi Thailand , all male waiters looks like a unsafe place to eat dinner lunch. You could have waitress serving family or couples guests, and waiter to serve all men guests tables, if safety of waitress is a concern. 6. Sack the person at the bill counter, not trained at all how to present the bill , being handed the bill with total stare and silence is like a unsafe experience and perhaps maybe it was the boss of restaurant. 7. Focus on top 5 best or popular food , Good luck

We sat down and hadn't seen the less than favourable reviews until after we ordered. It wasn't cheap by Thai standards or Australian. I will attach receipt. Was about 90 aud. 2 chicken curries, a pizza, 2 large beers, 2 spirit with mixers, yellow rice, garlic cheese naan, and apple juice and 2 serves of icecream. Long story short, was actually pretty good.. I think all the beetroot burnt europoors don't have a taste for the depth of flavours.

Indian food is very good here, other cuisines didn’t try so can’t comment. The folks running this place are from India. I thought the Indian food was very close to home, highly recommend.

The Indian food taste good. But if you are looking for Thai food here then you will be disappointed. price is tourist price.

They are the best in town. I haven’t eaten such nice Indian food for this price. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for serving us this much good food. Service was very good too.

We were met by the friendly staff and manager. The food was just amazing, eapecially the chicken tikka and lamb dish. The naan bread was great! This place is worth the visit when in Ao Nang, Krabi.

Some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had! They have a lot of options and I don’t think you could go wrong with any of them. Staff is kind, attentive, and quick. 10/10 recommend
