Unfortunately I need to share that I had a less then pleasant experience while eating at "The Fat Pig" I ordered the pork rib curry from the "real thai" section of the menu and ended up with food poisoning causing me to vomit about an hour after consuming it. My wife was also unwell but not as bad as me because she only had a bite of it. I wish I would have said something at the time because we both felt something was wrong right away with the dish but still tried to be polite and try it and we feel guilty about wasting food. This place seems to have great reviews and so I am hoping that this was a very isolated incident. in any case, I would recommend if you do try this place, maybe stick to the "Tourist Thai" section of the menu as these seem to be the popular dishes so perhaps these ingredients are more fresh. Service is nice there and the restaurant has a cool vibe. I just wish I did not get sick.

I have eaten here many times over the past 5-6 years and it is one of my favorites. There are 2 main areas in the restaurant/bar. Seaview back deck where you can watch the busy main port while eating or the front section bar area with TV'S and live sports. The "pick and mix breakfast" is almost always my choice.

Went as a family. Had 3 ribs cut into 2 set across the table, some appetizers before. It was great. Amazing food, great atmosphere. Loved it.

We came here for breakfast, it was so nice that we decided to come back for dinner as well. Very authentic and tasty food. The lady owner is very friendly and we will definitely come back.

Quick stop whilst waiting for ferry to Phi Phi. We were last here 7 years ago and honestly I remember it being good but this time was incredible. Please note that somebody was very excited to get started on the meal before pictures were taken.

A beautiful location. I had the crispy pork red curry and loved it. While not the cheapest place for lunch the location certainly makes up for it. Staff are very friendly and speak English well.

Absolutely fantastic. I got the lunch burger, with antipasto as a starter and tasted the sticky toffee pudding as a dessert. This is hands down the best western food I’ve had in Thailand, for around £6 you’ll struggle to get your mouth around it and comes with the most amazing garlic mayo. On the side I had a banoffee ice cream shake and after tasting it my friend had to order one as well. The antipasto cheeses and meats were fantastic and the sticky toffee dessert was big and the sauce was perfect. Please come here for your sake!

Amazing staff and food - with a great atmosphere! If you are a sports fan on Koh Lanta this place is a must! They will show basically any event and even on delay at request as many sporting events happen at inconvenient times for Thailand. I watch many hockey games here and every time have a great meal and conversation! Will definitely be back soon!

To be honest the food is great, the issue is the customer service. We ordered a $60+ cad order for delivery and they missed one $4 item, meatballs. Instead of admitting the mistake or correcting it they argued with me, they phoned me and talked over anything I tried to tell them on. To the point that I hung up. Horrible customer service.

Waited here for the speed boat to phuket. We were welcomed by the cute max(the little guy). Ate small snack and coffe.

Delicious English breakfast. Amazing view. Average price but its worth it and still affordable compared to breakfast at home (Canada). Kind staff who don't rush you to leave when you're finished.

We had Christmas dinner here. The burgers (served with a few wedge fries) were HUGE and delicious. We also had spring rolls which were yummy. We came her for breakfast once and had the delicious French toast+syrup+bacon which was delicious!

I ordered a curry and informed the waitress 5 times ‘no eggplant’, and I got a chicken curry with eggplant and pepper as the only vegetables. Because I thought I was wrong in the name of the vegetables, I ate some chicken and then decided to google search if this plant is indeed eggplant or not. Turns out that it is Thai eggplant, meaning the waitress got me wrong. I informed the manager and explained the situation. She was like you had already eaten some chicken and whatsoever and finally very reluctantly offered a refund. I also wanted to walk around the pier for 20 minutes and asked them if I could keep my luggage with them. The manager said they are very busy (with only 3 tables occupied and more than 5 staff at 2.30pm) and thus cannot do so. Overall a very bad attitude. Avoid at all cost.

Really special oasis tucked away in Sala Dan. Fantastc burgers with crazy combinations. Super friendly service from the staff and management. Didn’t try the cocktails but definitely will next time!

Best burgers in Koh Lanta!! Went here today for lunch today and the burgers were delicious! Guacamole was good too. We’ve been on the island for a couple weeks now, and we were excited to find such a good burger. Highly recommend! Went during lunch and were the only people there. Nice, friendly staff. Pretty views right along the water. Parking available across the street.

Nice atmosphere, especially at the evenings. I was surprised by how good the Thai food was 🍜. My friend had the ribs and really enjoyed them. Cool idea with cocktail of the week which was an awesome passion fruit mojito!🍸🍷🍺 Friendly staff and sweet dogs 🐕.

Fantastic as ever, delicious fall off the bone ribs, tasty chicken wings and satay. Well worth the journey from a neighbouring island! Will be back very soon

Okay, I just had the best burger I've ever had in my life. I think this might say a lot since I'm from United states, and I think we might be one of the world leaders in burgers—maybe I'm being a ridiculous American. Anyway, the Savage burger is aptly named. It's a big burger. The beef is primo quality, and mine was cooked to perfection—three juicy, flavorful patties. All the other ingredients were perfect as well, from the bun to tomato to the pork to the bacon. I was hard-pressed to finish it, but I am a determined individual and I did it. The fries were your standard thin fries, well prepared. You'll fund your standard ketchup on the table. The coleslaw is delicious, period. The Snickers shake was very good. It seemed a smidge granular, as I've experienced other ice cream drinks in Thailand, but then again, I'm from Wisconsin, the dairyland of the US, and I will argue that we have the best ice cream and frozen custard in the world, so there. Seriously, if you are reading this review and you like burgers, you really want to go to this place and have one.

The best spot to stop if you come to Saladan pier. In case you fancy for pork, ask them for tomyam noodle or pork leg stew with rice ข้าวขาหมู, they're the best. Recommend to call and order in advance if you come as a group and have a boat to catch, they take their time (for a while) to create the food.
