Highly recommended. Go until the end to the highest waterfall. We went there with my son 6yo, it’s amazing. Just view ppl there. Most of the ppl stay in the first waterfalls and don’t come up.

In the national park there is the Huay to waterfall, the attraction with 5 large and several other smaller levels/ponds that plunge over 80 meters into the depths. About 500 meters from the visitor center. The first steps are relatively easy to access, then the path becomes steep and difficult. Very slippery when wet. You can swim at some ponds. 100 Bath entrance fee for Farang. Car 30 Baths. Thai 30 Bath Nov 2023

We visited this park in the beginning of May 2023. Entrance fee for foreigners is 100 baht per person + 20 baht for parking moto. So the place is great! Wild nature, waterfalls, viewpoints and hiking trail - everything was good. So we reached Wang Tewada waterfall, and then we went back, but we could explore more (see the map). Next time we will go to the top if the mountain 💪

Beautiful place for nature, waterfalls and swimming but the trail to the top of the mountain splits into 2 and then they both fade into jungle... Disappointing hike with no reward at the end, just many leach bites. The higher you go the more leaches there are on the ground waiting for you.

Super beautiful and quiet national park, with a beautiful waterfall and wonderfully cold and clear water. You can also hike larger loops. There is a small coffee shop at the beginning of the park.

There was a fee for visitors and there were different charges between Thai and foreigner visitors. There were a parking lot. If you wanna experience waterfall trail this place is recommended. It is an easy hiking and climbing however, I do recommend people who fit enough as it has some part that you need to climb with rope. Overall experience was great. There are a lot of big tropical tree where you can see with the sound of the wild animal. There is some area that you can enjoy in the waterfall.

One of the less traveled hikes... Super friendly national park staff. Several trail options, from easy to difficult. For the longer, more challenging trails, wear proper gripping shoes, take water, bananas or energy bars and insect/ leeches repellent if wet. The forest is magnificent, and there a breathtaking viewpoints, but some fallen trees can force you go off track. GPS is useful.

A small but very nice national park. The three of us drove ourselves here from Krabi Town on our scooters. Even with small children you shouldn't miss this. It is very clean and very few tourists come here. The pictures I attach should speak for themselves. There is also a small botanical garden and signs everywhere depicting the plants and animals of the region. The fauns and their inhabitants are very impressive. We found 100 TBH per adult and 20 TBH for the moped to be absolutely appropriate because the facility is very well maintained.

Magnificent lush national park. Entrance to the park costs ฿100. There are beautiful walks to be had within this park. Plan to equip yourself with shoes, since the paths are quite technical. There is also a waterfall which is perfect for cooling off. A restaurant is also present at the entrance to the park: good value for money.

Khao Phanom Bencha was a really cool place to visit. I went twice and found a lot of interesting species. My main interest is fungi - and I discovered some pretty neat ones. The Huai To waterfall was just a short walk - heaps of leeches so look out. There are other side trails to explore as well - and I reckon the nature trail off across the stream to the right before starting the Huai To waterfall trail is a nice alternate route (depending on how much time you have). Nice facilities and a cafe at the entrance. 100THB for foreigners and 20THB if you need to park a motorbike.

(Translated by Google) Beautiful waterfall, clean bathroom, good atmosphere, if you set up a tent, we recommend preparing food because there is not much entrance inside the shop. Only two people when I went to pitch a tent. It is a quiet private park suitable for relaxation. Guys, the park is great, but be aware of the third layer (the last one), me and my girlfriend were the only people to go there. The waterfall is awesome, but on the way back I saw a monocled cobra a meter away from me on the path, it took an attacking position and started hissing at us, that was pretty scary, but we were lucky to be able to step back and run back to the waterfall. We called the staff and they came fast to get us and the snake was gone by that time, one of the rangers said that people usually don't go there, that's why animals come there. Be aware!

CATS DO NOT BELONG INSIDE THE NATIONAL PARK. Cats are known as domesticated predators and they kill millions of small animals per a year (birds, frogs, lizards, snakes etc), around the globe. When it comes to the facilities of this national park: the bungalows are 1000thb (they were 600thb a year ago), which is a lot, for that money I expect hot water and good pressure. The national park is nice and clean. The trails and waterfalls are nice. When it comes to animals, their number is declining. We visited this NP many times, and we can say that as a fact, unfortunately.

Traveled there using my scooter. Entrance 100B and Scooter parking fee another 20B. I did the jungle trail passing the waterfalls first. It was a noisy and sweaty but really exciting experience and totally worth it.

Beautiful waterfall...easy to get to. No need to walk miles and miles for it. Absolutely wonderful but the view point isn't there anymore. Didnt see any signs otherwise 7 years ago i was lost in the nature trail so do not ignore the sign.

Don't do the trail if youre not an experienced climber. Some parts are a little dangerous. (Very wet rocks with no support, you have to cross a river on a rope) And despite having good shoes and socks and not entering water i came back with 15 leeches around my feet and some on my back. So check yourself and your partners! Super friendly staff, helped me clean off the blood and disinfect. Also there's no taxis or data there so arrange your taxi beforehand! Because you might not be able to text them when you're in the park

Very nice and beautiful Nationalpark! And absolutely worth going there. The Nationalpark is super well maintained and the staff is also super friendly. Entry is 100 THB per person and 20 THB for the scooter parking. You have a long Natur trail hike or a short one to a few waterfalls:) It's definitely worth going there :)

A beautiful, well-maintained and extensive national park. There is an entrance fee here, but it is justified. It's a longer walk, and whoever has the energy should definitely overcome the stairs and trail and go all the way to the top of the waterfalls. You can take a wonderful bath there in cold and clean water in several lakes. I counted 4 of them. In the lower part there are swings on beautiful and old trees. There is a smaller botanical educational garden. There is also a shop and a cafe. From Aonang it can be mastered by motorbike. I planned it as a day trip. I highly recommend.

Beautiful area for hiking, very well maintained. We were there with smaller children. It was doable for both of them. The waterfall is very high, we are about halfway there. This was enough for us. There are plenty of tables where you can eat the food you brought with you and a small snack bar, as well as a clean sanitary area.

a short scooter ride from krabi on arrival tourist entry 100 bt + 20bt to park your scooter then a sign posted walk to the water fall halfway up is a pool not deep which you can enter to cool off the next pool is at the top of a very steep climb not for young children with rope to help you to the next pool which is fairly deep

I started the nature trail going clockwise, as the information posts started there with #1. It was a tough, steep and long climb/scramble to the top where the trail split to go to the view point or down to the stream and waterfalls, after an easy start down, more difficult, steep terrain, but quite a few stretches with ropes to cling to. It was a chore, but I loved it and I'd definitely to it again, but with proper hiking gear and more water. I wouldn't attempt it during the rainy season.

Day spent yesterday at the park. I took a 250 thb motorbike taxi to get there faster because I don't drive a scooter. On site I asked for a map of the park to go into the jungle....there isn't one. You have to follow the path that's all. The route is quite risky. I asked myself several times if I should turn around. I had 0 information at the entrance. I met absolutely no one in the jungle. I thought there would be people, guards....but no one. Which can be a positive point for tranquility but also quite scary on its own. The view is worthless....I walked past it without realizing it at first before realizing I was there. Arriving at the waterfall there were a few people who came for that. And to leave....no taxi, no bus...I wasn't expecting that. I was 1 hour drive from Krabi. A guard told me that he was going to Krabi in 40 minutes and wanted to take me there....but for 1000 thb!!!! I hallucinated! He was going into town anyway but he asked to pay. I didn't even have that money on me. I asked for less for what money I had on me, but he refused. With his colleagues they laughed about the situation. I would never have thought that about Thai people. Instead of helping, he was just looking to make money. No one from the hotel or the park helped me. I left on foot for a 5 hour walk along the side of the road. Luckily I had help further afield. So frankly the park guards are filthy. I came across the wrong park, there are better ones elsewhere.

  • 5/5 Ross C. 1 year ago on Google
Great place to spend some time. Walking to the waterfalls is easy enough. If you prefer a more testing route, wear some decent trail shoes/trainers as the hike up to the top is a bit more challenging if you're not used to it. There are ropes to help with the steeper climbs however, be aware that the ants use these ropes as their motorway. The place is well maintained and everyone there was very friendly.

A cool and quiet place, heavily forested. A very well tended lawn greets you when you reach there and there are rest room facilities available although not great. You can trek through the forest and also hike along Rocky surfaces to reach the waterfalls, which falls in three stages. You can reach the top of the same but you will need to sweat it out a bit, scrambling along the rock face. Altogether, a nice, compact, adventure for the novice.

The waterfalls were absolutely beautiful and fun to swim in. We began the trail up to the viewpoint at the top and started getting covered in leeches. There were others on the same trail that had a similar experience. Ended with quite a few bites and it was honestly terrifying. Maybe that's the norm for national parks, though.

(Translated by Google) Very quiet, clean place, beautiful waterfall, very clear water Easy access to the waterfall, the authorities are good, the disadvantage for those camping, the bathroom is old (but clean), there is no shower room, especially women. As for the men, they have a communal bathroom (just like the military), the camping area is not suitable for spreading. Because it is spread in a grove with roots appearing on the ground making it difficult to sleep (Original)

Great little park to explore! We went early morning to beat the crowds. 20 baht to park and 100 baht entrance fee. The hike to the first two waterfalls are easy. The water is cool and refreshing and you can swim. The third and highest waterfall had a more difficult approach, but it is doable! My 4 yr old climbed her way up using the ropes provided. It started getting busy around 11am when the your buses attend arriving. We ate lunch at the cafe; prices are decent (between 80 and 150 baht) and the food was alright. Bathrooms are clean. We had a good time!

(Translated by Google) The medium-sized waterfall comes in a small way, but falls from a high place in a line, making it look beautiful. There is a basin for swimming, but during this time it is stuck in a cow. Brivan care is good, come clean.
