Worst beach I've been to on Phi Phi. Soooo many insects bothering you while on the sand. I thought maybe it was just the time of day but I went back several hours later and faced the same problem. There's also tons of boats driving in and out constantly so the atmosphere is not relaxing at all.

Was advised to go there by my best friend. Actually one of the best place I've ever been in my entire life. If you wanna enjoy holiday away from the usual dumb tourists' crowd and you're looking for a real moment of peace, it is the place where you want to be. The place can only be reached by taxi boat (5-10 minutes). Just awesome. Moreover, in additon to being a climbing enthusiats paradise (also classes for beginner), there are absolutely maindblowing tours offered. We took one including boat trip across several islands, scuba in the middle of the sea with just unbelievable sea life to swim with (my GoPro made some under water national geografic videos quality). We stayed at the Dream Valley Resort Krabi and I still miss the breakfast there, delicious food and monkey chasing each other all around (just a few nothing to worry) + great swimming pool to chill. If you feel like partying more then you just take a taxi boat that will drop you the next beach and you get the usual clubs parties etc. you find easily other people to team up in order to share the taxi boat cost. I'll definitely go back there. My best friend went there 3 times. The électric is shut from 10pm to 7 am, really reconnection with nature away from internet and all that stuff. Over a 17 days in Thailand we only spent 3 night in Ton Sai and we really regreted not to have taken 4-5 nights. First time my best friend went there they took 3 night then canceled other places to stay in Ton Sai 6 days. If you are into climbing stay there a good week.
