It is not amazing. 300thb to enter. it is small and has only one small area to swim. Many many better islands and trips you can take. Hong Island is a tourist place. I came during slow season and the beach was packed. I couldn't imagine what it would be like during holiday. I would suggest other tours as this is a pretty location, just not the best location.

Book the day tour to Hong Island. Travelled via the speed boat. However, i would recommend to book the private longtail boat as it cost between 2300-2500B for the entire boat. I guess the highlight of the island trip was the last stop where I trekked to the summit of the hilltop. Though it was a tiring climb, the views were magnificent from the lookout point. Good thing…. there is a restaurant at the beach if you are feeling thirsty or hungry.
