This is a lovely hidden course, in pretty settings just below the dam . Owned and maintained by the Thai electricity authorities ,thus no expense spared for the upkeep. Beautiful fairways and excellent greens. The course is also quite challenging. Staff friendly and helpful. The prices most competitive.

We enjoyed ourselves even though the standard of golf was under par. The course is laid out well and very pretty in places, there was a good variety of tees (2 beautiful elevated ones). We hired the clubs (they aren't the most modern but there were 10 sets to choose from including lefties) the shoes and bought balls and gloves. The clubs are 650bht the green fee is 800bht and caddy fee 240bht. I would recommend hiring a buggy too walking will be hard 600bht and you can share them. We did the 18 in just over 3hrs including a diversion to jump ahead of a Thai 4 ball. Caddies were very helpful. The only minor let down was the old patched green and they don't have the best grass on the fairways however for the cost the value for money was excellent just don't expect a top quality Phuket or Pattaya course and you won't be disappointed.

We have been to Pakasai Country club near Krabi to play golf. We paid 6200 THB per person for transfer, greenfee, buggy, caddies, balls and equipment (which we had to pay in cash upfront!!) We are sorry to say that it was an disappointing experience. The golf course looked gloomy on a sunny day, the atmosphere was almost eerie and sad. Maybe we are very spoiled with the sunny courses on the balearic islands with their beautiful grassy fairways. But the Pakasai ambience was as gloomy as a graveyard. The female caddies were almost rude. Mostly by pretending not to understand any English. We got very old and heavy 40 year old clubs. They gave us no choice. My wife even got to play with a male golfset that was far too heavy and too long. A try out or warming up on a driving range (like they promised in their promotional talk) was not even a possibility. The caddies just pushed a club of their choice in our hands shouting 'go go!' After a couple of holes we decided to quit because it was no fun at all. The lunch, that was supposed to be included, did not exist and when we bought some drinks and snacks to still our hunger, the barman overcharged us big time with his stingy mood. We did not feel welcome at all. Very disappointing indeed, also considering the fact that it is quite expensive for Thai standards. An absolute no no!!!

Nice 18 hole golf course, a challenge to play there, but only finish 9 hole due to heavy rain. The male changing room not up to expected but manageble. Good experience caddy.

Sent there with my family. We bought a package deal and paid upfront, including launch and drinks, we had no drinks and all the restaurants were closed so we had nothing to eat, even though we had already paid for it. Then when we were playing the last hole we were told to pay everything again.

One of oldest golf club in krabi, the course design is good and maintenance is fair. But the water spray will suddenly make you wet, they don’t turn off when there is player. The caddy is not experience enough. When you have spare time in Krabi, also good to try.

I made a reservation 3900 Baht to receive the appointment 07.00 am. Don't have someone came to pick me up even though I contacted several staff call. But the staff did not coordinate. Communications Very difficult to improve. not answering phone call I think that if I booked through the Internet It would be a terrible thing. Communication is not easy

One of the oldest golf courses in Krabi. Good layout. Condition of the fairway was okay for the 1st 9 holes but not the 2nd 9 holes. Fairway was muddy with cow grass and water drainage was poor. Not worth it at such expensive course fees.
