Very authentic market with loving locals. There are lots of vegetables, fruit, meat and fish, spices, flowers and a few ready-made home-cooked dishes. We bought some fruit and waffles here. Super tasty and very cheap.

A once great market turned good. Once a lively buzz and the center of attention in Krabi. In 2022 noticeable less push here. I wonder if this is due to the Covid lockdown. Still, this is the place to go to for fresh produce like fish, meat, fruits and veggies. The fish is separated into its own hall, and that’s considerate thinking of the people not standing the smell of fish. The market opens early… real early and seems to ease down around 10-ish. But many stalls hangs on until today’s goods are sold anyway. A few stalls sells clothes, souvernirs and miscellaneous. This is a proper Thai market. Outside you’ll also find carts selling different delicious foods. Come early and get your breakfast here, and grab all you need of fruits and foods for today. If you’re lucky youll get my favourites: yellow mango and passionfruit🥭♥️🇹🇭 I am certain this market will rise to former glory soon, then it’s back to 5 stars again⭐️.

The best stall in this morning market, the roast pork and braised pork leg is so delicious and price is reasonable/cheap. It’s cost around 40-50 THB for a plate of rice with dish and egg, must try it! If you don’t like the smell of market, you can just take away the food and enjoy it in your hotel.

Great wet market! Lots fresh fruits and vegetables. Bought some dried products here too, people are friendly. However, do not visit the mango fruit stall nearest to the entrance. Bought 1kg worth of mangos but they are all spoilt. Nonetheless, the rest of the shops are great!

If nothing else, go here for the cultural experience!!! This market is only in the morning 5am-11am each day. Fruit/veggies/meats and some prepared food. Very unique to see how locals go about getting their provisions.

Typical fresh produce market, stinky, dirty, wet floors. Very crowded with a selection of prepared foods on the one side. I found the vendors not as friendly as I've experienced in other markets in other cities in Thailand. I wouldn't return there in Hurry.

Big market which opens early and closes up early as well. There is toilet at the back. There is perfect Deli cafe by side. There are several rows with food ready to eat, so you can grab sandwiches, grill pork, sticky rice, interesting southern herb salads, etc. There are lot of fruit stalls. Some zones are dedicated to meat and fish. Prices are totally local, everything is affordable.

Wet market with several cooked food stalls available. Would be nice if cleanliness could be improved. Nonetheless, tried the pork trotter rice as recommended on google reviews, did not disappoint. Costs 50 baht. Didn't see any menu and was not sure how to order so I just pointed at the pork trotter and said rice as politely possible, and the owner could understand. Couple of benches to sit behind the stall. Couple of cats sleeping around too for companionship

Completely overrated. Cheap breakfast in an unappetizing environment. Better in any street snack bar than here.

Had a local guide show us around. Tasted 8 or 9 fruits we had never seen... including Durian, the King of Fruit. Unfortunately, Mangosteen, the Queen of Fruit, wasn't in season. Try the red Dragonfruit! And the tiny Pineapple... so sweet!

Grear place for breakfast and daily food shopping. I have come as early as 5am. They are done by 11am. They sell Fresh raw: fish, meats, fruits and veggies as well as cooked meals and desserts & drinks. Try some delicious, freshly fried Youtiau with a hot Milo or sticky rice with custard wrapped in a banana leaf.

Eat and buy in the morning, if you book a hotel with kitchen, strongly recommend visitors to buy fresh seafood and cook by yourselves, they are cheap in price.
