If i could give 0 stars i would. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. IT IS NOT A FOUR STAR IT SHOULD BE A TWO STAR HOTEL. let me start of with that we never completed our stay as immediately checking in we wanted to check out. The state of the room was disgusting. The bed had stains snd wholes as did the sofa, the shower was mouldy, and the sink faucet literally was falling off. The safe wasn't working either. We went to ask for a refund they said they cant provide it and we have to contact Alex who is the guy we booked the Airbnb through. Mind you we never met alex. We asked to go back to the room which we already paid for and which they didn't want to give the money back for and they said we cant go back unless we choose to stay. absolutely appalling. We went straight to airbnb customer service and we got a cancellation through them. But the service at this hotel is horrible and the state of the hotel is nothing to those advertised. Furthermore my girlfriend wrote a similar review yesterday and since then three random google accounts, one literally called "phu petra" with pictures of the hotel from 2 years ago, added 5 star ratings without any pictures in thai. We find this suspicious. This establishment is not run on honesty. Choose another place.

Great location. Great views, great swimming pool. Even if breakfast is not included, you can have tea, butter jam and toast for free. The only downside is you don't have a kitchen here so you need to arrange your own food either from GRAB or nearby restaurants at walking distance

Warning about this property!! I had a bungalow in front of which an online worker spread out. On the terrace he spoke loudly the whole time to do his business. The manager could not give me an adequate spare room. We agreed that I would leave the hotel and I would not incur any charges. Although I did not use the room, my credit card was charged and no refund was given, contrary to what was agreed

Good resort in an amazing area. Nice and quiet surroundings and a good view. The room we stayed in is quite dark, the closet and the towels were smelly and the safe did not work. The front desk staff is really nice. Overall a good stay, with some things that could be better.

Such a breath-taking location amongst the mountains. Light morning breakfast is arranged by the hotel daily and made it super easy on days we had early trips booked in. Rooms have most necessities but hotel is quite eco-friendly and therefore their facilities reflect this. Hotel is easily accessible by Grab and other taxis and close to Ao Nang junction. Had a great stay here!

The resort is immersed in the nature but It's about 15 minutes walk to the town centre. There is a shuttle taking and bringing guests to the hotel/centre every hour. The only downside is that there isn't much street lights a few minutes just before the resort... So for some minutes it's just you and the jungle, BUT we (2 people - a guy and a girl) never felt unsafe whatsoever... (Although it can be scary for some people or just one person) Overall it's definitely worth it! The staff is absolutely kind, hospitable and helpful! The bungalow is very spacious and clean... And there's an excellent pool (with a view). We'd definitely recommend this resort and we'll come back again in the future.

The taxi was late picking me up at the airport, the safe in my room did not work, I had no WiFi, but apart from that it was ok

I wish I could give 0 stars. Let me start off by saying we were supposed to stay 4 nights but after checking in and seeing the room we left immediately. The condition the room was in is not worthy of 4 stars. The sink faucet literally was broken off the bed sheets had blood stains and holes in it, and mind you this is supposed to be clean cause we just checked in. We went to ask to cancel our reservation and get a refund. The receptionist took our keys and went away. They said they cannot give us a refund and we have to contact a third person. We had to involve Airbnb to resolve the issue. Meanwhile we thought we’ll go back to the room to figure out what to do. The receptionists said we can’t go back to the room unless we decide to stay. So they wouldn’t refund us or let us back in the room (and mind you we already paid for the room months in advance). We decided to get out of there and thankfully to the great customer service on Airbnb we got a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE, it’s outdated broken and disgusting on top of this the receptionists are extremely unhelpful.

Good quality for the price. Very friendly staff and beautiful nature around the hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy. Wouldn’t recommend opening the closet because it stinks. Besides comfortable beds, renovated bedroom. Overall good value for money.

We stayed at this resort 7 years ago and loved it. The pics you see on the website are old ones and now are very misleading. If we could have rates <1 we would have. Extremely run down. No restaurant, not even a pop cooler. A total of 6 broken lounge chairs for pool. Exposed wiring all around pool. No hand rails on main steps. Uneven concrete surfaces everywhere. Landscaping has been abandoned, long grass and neglected. Rooms are horrible. Old, tired old towels thin, ripped. Bed is frightful. Bath smells of sewer gas. Lobby looks abandoned and not welcoming. This is the absolute worse hotel we have stayed in in all our world travels....even worse than 3rd world nation standards. We paid 155 cad per night and this should have been 50 or less per night. Don't ignore this review, and yes we are picky, but being honest. Book elsewhere...not here.

Had a lovely stay here for a week! If you want a big room and a relaxing sleep out of the bustle of the centre, this is the place for you. Pros: -beautiful location, cliff view, bird song, squirrels, and morning chanting echoes from the cliffs -pool is lovely to relax in, big and gorgeous surroundings -huge rooms, air con, big bath and shower -staff are very kind and friendly Cons: -not walking distance to beach, will need to take the free hotel shuttle or use Grab app -about 80 THB one way to beach/return via grab, or 150 THB via TukTuk -no breakfast, but instant coffee and cookies are provided -air con and shower take 10 min to cool down/heat up - A few issues with the room on arrival, but staff were responsive and changed our room for us. (Broken air con, broken shower, pushed two single beds together to make a double) Would stay again as was very relaxing.
