The housekeeper will open your luggage and steal "Your Money" while cleaning your room. I found that the housekeeper opened my luggage and stole 12,000 baht from the envelope in my suitcase after I checked out of the hotel. I kept it in my laptop pouch and put it in my suitcase. I checked my money every morning and carried everything. But one day, I had to leave my suitcase (My money in it) in my room. I am sure that the housekeeper stole my money in the very day. In addition, I didn't have 100 baht bills. When I realized that I had lost my money, there were 12 of 100 baht in the envelope.The housekeeper switched money while stealing it. On top of that, I left my slippers in the hotel room. But when I checked out, the housekeeper said there was nothing left in the hotel room. He/She lied. When I called the hotel with help from my Thai friends, The hotel worker replied that there was nothing left in my room. I couldn't trust any workers at this hotel. All employees lied to me. Don't tell me 'you lost your money.' I checked that my money was in the envelope every day. This is such an awful experience and I will never visit Krabi again. It ruined my happy memories in Krabi.

I had a very bad experience with this place. We had to wait in the lobby for 3 hours to get the room. I asked for upgrade but for that they asked us yo to pay 2400 tbh extra. They don't have common swimming pool. You can swim in pool which in in front of other rooms. We didn't even try that. Highly not recommended.

One of the best ever hotel ever visited. Being an Indian, I only knew English. They tried to understand each and every talk of mine and also offered great and memorable stay.... A hotel with also great interior and service... Loved the place and would recommend to stay just @Deevana_Plaza_Krabi... All the amenities are available and many good places are just nearby such as good Indian vegetarian restaurants and the Aonang Beach and many trip planners at an affordable rate... At last, the hotel experience was simply flawless... Thank you for the memories...

Loved our stay here! The nicest staff ever, huge pool area, and nice rooms. The only negative things I have to say about the hotel is that there's not enough sunbeds for everyone, but most days we got sunbeds. Our room was spacious and very nice, but the bathroom was bad. There was not nearly enough light in there, the light was too dim. And our shower was NOT clean, it had mold (I presume, that black stuff) and just generally didn't look like it had been cleaned properly. Besides that, it was a real pleasure being here, I would recommend it to family and friends!

Lovely place to stay with exquisite pool! Huge variety in breakfast such as choice of juices, fruits, breads, spreads and so on. Too good interior of the entire property and spacious rooms too. They provide you beach towels, umbrella, beach slippers but perhaps you need to return it in good condition. They provide two water bottles and sparkling water inside the room is chargeable. Best thing is for senior citizens they can also take a room on the ground floor as breakfast restaurant is also on the ground floor. Not all the rooms has bathtub but it really doesn't matter. Lighting inside the room is beautiful. It also creates romantic mood for couples as well as party mood for youngsters. Also they have kept chairs in the balcony. Each room has a sweet balcony. Very friendly but pets are not allowed. Also outside the hotel you will find many eateries n restaurants t and massage parlours. A wonderful hotel in Krabi’s Ao Nang district, Thailand. A warm welcome with the serene music gives a feeling of the city’s love one looks forward too. Best in the district as far as I have visited. Best facilities are the in-house restaurant by the side of swimming pool. There is a separate swimming pool for kids which is safe and echo-friendly. It’s vicinity to the nearby stores along with other restaurants makes it easier for a stay. Best memory ever to be at this hotel is when my daughter fell sick and we had no clue of anything in this new country, it was the hospitality of the Deevana Plaza staff that made us secure and their timely help in helping us treat our daughter at one of the best hospitals will always be a memory that will be cherished. A special mention to them as they remembered asking my daughter how she felt while she was recovering during our stay made us more attached to this place.

The rooms are excellent with great amenities. But, there is one small catch which is the fact that the rooms seem to be designed for couples on a honeymoon. There is a bathtub at the entrance and the bathroom does not have a latch. With that aside, everything else is fantastic and will serve a good enough purpose to spend a nice relaxing evening after a whole day of going out.

Its an amazing property for stay in Krabi. Very near to beach and have nice transit access to near by places. The environment of the hotel is pleasing and have eye catching interior. The service guys are very helpful and supportive. You have a cool swimming pool access to refreshen yourself and a great dining area with other facilities like gym and spa access.

Very nice hotel. The environment is quiet and clean. The room is nice and spacious. Bed is comfy. The toilet is big enough too. Do note that toiletries have to be requested. Other than that, this is one of the better hotel in Aonang. The location is quite inside, hence very quiet. But still walkable distance to the main road. Head to the main road and you get to go to the main beach area or you can go to aonang landmark where there are more delicious restaurants to eat.

The hotel is well designed with a adequate parking area. It is very suitable for the tourists who have both own transportation and arranged by the agent. The hotel area is cleaned and proper managed. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Be careful that if you book the pool access room, some room on the first floor might not be private as it is located near the restaurant where they serve all day I guess. However, overall experience was great. The bed in the guest room is very comfy as well as they have working table where I can do thing on with my laptop. The balcony is big enough where you wanna enjoy the sky and green view. Hotel is located at the end of the soi (street) so it is not busy unlike the hotel located on the main road. Wi-Fi is well worked.

Perfect stay in Ao Nang! I recommend this place to everyone for a holiday in Thailand. The facility is of a very high standard, the rooms are clean and new, the hotel service is 11/10. Mrs. Karolina from the reception is a very nice and polite person, everything can be sorted out very quickly with her. Delicious breakfasts. The swimming pool is brilliant. We stayed here only for 2 nights but it was awesome....wish I could have extended my stay here...The swimming pools were clean and the gym room was also quite good though a bit small. The rooms (clean and spacious) had all amenities possible- a mini fridge, an umbrella, a picnic basket with 2 towels for the island trips( very thoughtful), tea kettle, safe, hair dryer etc...the breakfast was just mouth watering and delicious....like a feast for a king....this sure is the *best hotel in Krabi* and the staff are very friendly, polite and helpful especially Tan the receptionist. My family just loved this hotel and there is a free shuttle to the beach which is really cool.

The Hotel has a very good ambiance and we had booked a room with pool access, which was a very unique experience. Its bit inside from the main road but we personally liked the location. They should add a bit of more variety to Indian Vegetarian Breakfast. We absolutely loved and appreciate the recycling and being Environment friendly. In room amenities are also very good. Overall full marks for stay and experience.

Hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. It was a great pleasure every day to meet the smiling faces of the workers. Every problem we had personal took matter seriously and got it solved right away and they had answers to our questions no matter what was the problem. Cleaners were sweet and room was always nicely cleaned. services at the hotel were great spa was cozy and warm. Pools were also great and well taken care of. Hotel area was beautiful with all of it’s trees and other plans. Made good atmosphere. The pool was big and clean and comfortable. Location for the hotel was good. Very little walkin’ to places nearby for example Ao Nang center and beaches. And many restaurants less than 2minutes away from hotel by foot. And If you rented a moped you could drive to Krabi town in 30min. Me and my wife couldn’t be more happier and satisfied with this hotel absolutely THE BEST. And we’re glad we chose this hotel for our honeymoon.

Superb Hotel and its Staff, Give you a feeling of 5 Star Service. 1) Great Food, even vegetarian options and a special Indian Menu for ordering. The food tasted amazing and was presented well. 2) Extremely Polite and Friendly Staff. When the bell boys were busy, even the receptionist helped us with our bags. Arranged Birthday Cake for us and decorated our room for free. 3) Free Shuttle service multiple times for the beach. 4) Spacious rooms with pool side and clean bathrooms, and sheets. It's a 4-star hotel with 5-star service. Absolutely Recommended.

Very good place to stay in Krabi. We stayed for two nights here, rooms are big, clean and have view of the pool. They arrange free shuttle for the beach 4 times a day. Has a good number of Indian restaurants and currency exchange centres nearby. Hotel is spread over a wide area, so you've to walk for your rooms. Breakfast has limited options for a Indian vegetarian but definitely better than most other places in Thailand.

Alhamdulillah ( All praises to the Almighty) we were lucky to stay here in December 2023, a must visit place and if I get a chance I would definitely choose this place. The pool is beautiful The location is just awesome and you will get restaurants around The staff is so friendly Lobby is so very decorated Love this place

5 STAR HOTEL WITH 3 STAR AMENITIES AND ATTITUDE OF LODGE Plus: Location and ambience of the property is very good. Well maintained property, Pool is also good. Downside : Management rules and staff are not that good. Breakfast spread was good but not apt to taste and buffet staff were nowhere to be found. They have a weird rule that if you just want plates and cutleries in the room, have to take it yourself or pay THB 200/plate (just nonsense). We are staying at a resort not some hostel. Never book this property if you are is looking for good services.

Our stay here was quite a memorable one. Unfortunately it was still in the time when Thailand had some restrictions but the hotel made the stay pleasant. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and although the pool in front of our room weren't looking the best on day one, the second day they got it in shape and it was a nice escape from the heat.

You can hear every noise from The next room . There’s always No one at The pool bar, it’s so annoying. You have to wait for a long time or go and find the staff. It should be different…

Rooms are neat. But rooms are of very long distance from reception. We have to walk for 5 to 8 min. AC was not cool enough. We have to wait 3 hours for becoming cool. However they provide Table fan based on our request. I don't understand when they said house keeping is closed at 10 pm. And we had to tell all requests before 10 pm. This is ridiculous of running a hotel. Apart from complimentary drinking water , they don't serve refill water to rooms. Rather we have to go down to reception. In morning, we were late for catching flight and requested for breakfast takeaway in a box. But they refused to allow the same. So we skipped the breakfast even though we paid for it. Location wise it is very good and near beach and other Indian restaurants. However i would prefer any other hotel next time for the same money.

Deevana Plaza , Krabi is a beautiful hotel. The staff are really good and kind. The food provided is absolutely delicious. They have an array of food items to choose from in their complementary breakfast. Really loved and enjoyed my stay here in this hotel. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Krabi.

I enjoyed staying here and extended my stay. My room only did not include breakfast so I was paying 250 a day for buffet breakfast. The quality was decent and similar to other hotels in the area (Pakasai hotel is slightly better food, also 250). I was rather shocked on my final visit when the staff approached me and told me the breakfast price had now been raised to 450! But as a goodwill thing they could charge me 380!! Unfortunately, that put an end to any feeling of goodwill.

Not 5 stars because reception staff didn’t help with luggage and room directions for large group of 20 people, even senior citizens had to carry their own luggage to and from their rooms. We had to wait close to an hour to be checked in our rooms. On the plus side, this is a very beautiful property! Wonderful landscaping! Rooms are very comfortable and food is delicious! Restaurant is really good.

Great services, location is also good...have to walk for 15-20 minutes for beach. Indian restaurants are also available within 10 minutes walk. Property is really good, pool is also clean. Overall great experience 👍

The hotel is okay, a bit far from the beach to go by feet, The worst thing is the air conditioning: A/C in the room and in public areas works so bad, so the air is barely dry and absolutely not cold. Restaurant is open air Lounging area/cabanas around the cool I'm not really convenient and comfortable and there are no pool towels at all. The hotel will be more than nice if they would improve the overall condition, it's a bit on the rundown already

I'm giving 5 star ratings because of many reasons. Rooms- big,clean and well maintained. We opted for a pool access room and it proved to be an amazing choice. Pool- they have many pools and all are clean and big absolutely safe to swimming and if you are not a swimmer you can stand is water and enjoy the pool as the water level is low. For children they have a beautiful children pool and toy room. Services- good and polite staff some of them know hindi as well. Food- complementary breakfast has many options for vegetarians. And for all. Overall- a great stay there.

Top 5 stars hotel : beautiful rooms with very comfy beds, bath, all the facilities of the hotel are great. Nice offer of room service at good price but you can also lunch in the restaurant of the hotel near the pool and charge on your room. The location might look weird because of the damages made by covid, lots of closed shops in the neighborhood but you walk 10 min and you are on the beach with many restaurants and bars options. Brilliant food court about 15 min away from the hotel (see pictures). Highly recommended.

I visit here on 22nd may 2022 and writing a review from hotel Room service telephone is not working I complaint 2 times but receptionist Nika is not ready to accept She is arguing to much and not properly treat customer. I am helpless for room service Staff is insufficient Not ready to pickup our luggage Not come again and pl think twice before booking .

Very good ambience and spacious rooms. It was too hot and they didn't give us more than one 2 litres of water to drink. That was little problematic.

Awesome place .. spacious room.. neat and clean, with all basic requirements stored in the room.. Staffs very polite and exceed the expectations in their services.. beautiful view of the location.. swiming pool just at your door step is a different experience.. Overall a place is a value for money .. strongly recommend as I stayed with family ..

What a beautiful property! Budget friendly, good, clean rooms, helpful staff and great pool + yummy breakfast. It’s also close to all major attractions and they have free shuttles to and fro the beach too. Highly recommended.
