Big disappointment !!! Very unkind, self-deprecating, cheeky! Rooms are not cleaned and bedding is not changed! It's dirty! The maid stole my money and that much! They stole the whole floor! The hotel manager gave the thief a day off so they wouldn't arrest him for stealing! UNHEARD OF!!!! Nobody did anything about the theft, we were tortured all day by police who look like a car dealership and eventually NOT! We ran out of steam until the end of the summer, everything was destroyed! My kid will be hungry for a bad hotel and bad people working in it !!!!! 🤯🤯🤯

Great stay at this hotel, and first time in Krabi. Service was excellent, and location seemed to be pretty good for not being at the waterfront. Oh, and the breakfast was very good.

We stayed here at the room with direct entrance to the pool, its really amazing cuz you can swim any time you want and also enjoy sunbathing at the terrace. We also had wonderful breakfast in the morning. It's buffet so you can find something you like and enjoy the meal. Really recommend for the families with kids, Aquapark is great here too!

Check in : An ease Check out : quite fast too. Parking : limited at the hotel area but they do provide another parking at another location which is a little inconvenient. Cleanliness : acceptable but room for improvement. Facilities : gym (small), relaxing pool, a mini water theme park Breakfast : a little lame and service not up to par We booked 2 rooms through Agoda and requested for inter-connecting rooms with twin beds for our teenage kids plus another young child unfortunately the request was not received by the hotel. So we got ourselves a separate rooms with king beds which was a little messy. As the hotel was fully booked we were not able to change or upgrade our rooms. Rooms are clean but I really dislike the water pressure. It is quite hard to get a good shower especially for the hot water. Toothbrush set is provided but you will need to request. The wifi also get disconnected frequently and at times it was difficult to connect. There is a mini gym available with about 4-5 equipments. Relaxing pool was okay but the mini theme park is a little cramp. Limited car park space at the hotel area but hotel does provide parking at another location where they offer a Tuk tuk service to ferry only the driver back to the hotel. If you need to go to the beach you will have to walk for about 15 minutes while to Aonang market about 25 minutes. There is a 7-11 to the right of the hotel though which is only 5 minutes walk. Breakfast was rather boring that we skip it for a day. Service was a little poor possibly they were short handed. There were no utensils and serviette available and upon request it took sometimes to be replenished. By and large, though this is a 4 ⭐️ hotel I personally feel it is more like a 3 ⭐️.

Amazing hotel especially for families, staff are very friendly and attentive, location is great for places to eat and drink, pools are fantastic for kids and adults looking to relax. Highly be recommend

1. The manager is aggressive and not comforting. It feels like he doesn't personally like Indians. I can be wrong w.r.t. Indian comment because I don't know if he is the same with other nationals too. It's good to be bold and clear. He has amazing communication skills, but he is more like a leader who will be good in some other area than tourism and hotel where you have to be more soft spoken. 2. Checking out in the morning at 6am. We only needed Breakfast which contains fruits, bread and butter. a. It is a good thing that they provide breakfast before their timings. Totally agree. b. But the manager said "not possible" if you inform in night. Where is the welcoming and helpful attitude? Why can't it be more like i "I will not be able to help you now with a full breakfast because you are informing us late but maybe I can provide you with fruits, would that work?" 3. They have a warning signs inside the room. If shampoo bottle is broken, what will be fined from guests, if x/y/z is broken you will be charged some amount. Rooms are old. They have missing items that are mentioned in the warning list. The sink was cracked, shampoo bottle was already broken, commode was not clean. PFA. We reported multiple defects as soon as we checked-in. Manager said don't worry. It was comforting but at the same time not promising because in writing you are giving us warning and at other time you are orally telling us don't worry. Anyways good part is it was hassle less check-in as told by the manager. Kudos to that! 4. The swimming pool and slides are very good. Me and my family really enjoyed our time in the swimming pool. 5. They should have photos or details of what will be the view of the balcony. There are rooms that we got which are facing a road with shops. 6. Vegan Breakfast options are limited - you will only have oily potato fritters, dry garlic bread, and fruits. Even the hot milk is not hot, but only lukewarm. 7. The hotel overall is not a 4 star hotel. Maybe COVID has really hit the economy of this hotel. 8. The location is perfect for beaches and seven eleven is also nearby 9. There were few mosquitoes in the room, also there was not much proper ventilation of the washroom. Specifically room number # 302. Overall a. The rooms we got were old and not maintained. b. The manager is good, but he can be more helpful, friendly and soft spoken c. if you have kids, and you enjoy a swimming pool and slides, you can go for it d. Drinking water was free which was a good thing We stayed here for 5 nights. I feel if the rooms were maintained and good, and if breakfast would have been better + the manager's friendliness would have been there I would have given 5 stars.

There was no Indian food, not even one item in the buffet was Indian while they had so many indian guests staying in the hotel Very old property, no doorbells, water leaking from air conditioners , washrooms were not upto the mark too We had 4 rooms, out of which one AC was not even working Also there were many mosquitoes A 2 star category hotel, pictured like 4 star

I personally think that this resort is pretty good. The slide was quite big. And there was two pools that can enjoy different types of things to do. For example, at the resting pool, I was able to enjoy quiet and relaxing swimming, and at fantasy pool, I was able to enjoy a exciting swimming. Also, I really liked the fact that they allowed us to use the tube. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you are finding a swimming pool that is cost efficent and a hotel that kids will like.

We booked a room in this resort for 2 days and were extremely satisfied with the quality of service. The staff were polite and helpful. There are 2 pools one for kids and one for the adults. There are slides in the adult pool and there’s always a lifeguard on standby. There’s also a pool bar which we enjoyed. Overall the stay was pleasant.

This place is amazing! Highly recommended and we would love to come back again. We stayed here for 6 wonderful days. The location is great, a ten minute walk to the night market. The rooms are super clean, good wifi and the breakfast buffet has a great selection with a fresh omelette station. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The best are the lifeguards who are all smiles all day and always giving the kids high-fives. We had a room that overlooked the slides - it was really paradise! My only regret was we discovered happy hour only on the last day:)

You can stroll to the beach in only five minutes, and they also provide affordable one-day tour packages, so you don't have to go looking for the tour packages. Finally, they have an on-site restaurant and many other restaurants in 300m reach.

This our 3rd visit while we were in Thailand. Previously we've been there in 2017 and 2018. The place is well maintained, the rooms are clean and the service is okay. The noticeable improvement we saw was the breakfast, its much better than before. The service by staff was okay, we didn't feel the same warmth that we felt during the previous visits, but still nothing to complaint about. One thing was they are particular about check out time, we requested for 15 mins extension to do some last minute packing, but outrightly denied. Anyway it was already mentioned the checkout time is 12 so can't blame them for it, but something you may want to take into account. The kids loved the pool and the slides.

Great resort. The pool with the slides is the real highlight. Rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is close to the beach and night market. It is surrounded by plenty of restaurants serving Indian and Thai good. There are several 7/11 nearby as well. Staff are friendly. Good time for kids.

Ananta Burin is family resort with the fantasy water park. Lot of children love to travel and stay here with many time of their return. The hotel has two swimming pools. The first one is suitable with guests who like to have a peaceful and quite environment. However, to make your holiday extremely enjoyable, the hotel provides you the best family hotel in Krabi with the second swimming pool with a water park of two slides. The first is 5 meters tall and the second is 8 meters tall. One must visit the water rides.. great place for Photography

Very nice hotel. The personal working there is warm and welcoming! I didn't regret my stay in this hotel. However, there was one annoying thing : The hotel is crowded by Indian people, and they were in mass using the main pool in full cloths (not even swim wear). Due to hygiene concern, my wife and I were put off, so we could not enjoy the pool and the slides, which I think are the main attributes of the hotel.

This was booked accidentally but glad it happened. It was a great hotel, rooms were neat and clean. You will find water slide inside the hotel. Service was prompt and breakfast was great. You can walk 500m to reach the night market and another 300m to ao nang beach. I would like to thank all the staff members for the amazing job

Love the spacious family room. The only downside is you have to walk along a long corridor to reach your room. The room look down on the fantasy pool with two slide and a small lazy pool.

It was a nice stay at ananta Burin. Located in d center of the city of Krabi. Ease access to beach, and ease access to the nearby nyt Market. Nice Hotel staffs and as always smile in their service. It's one of our good memory in our Thailand trips. They have a good swimming pool, and never miss the water games in the pool (water slides). Never saw such options in swimming pools, especially in resorts. Overall, ananta burin is a nice place to stay with family and as couples..

Ananta Burin Resort Krabi A memorable and beautiful stay in Krabi!!! In Krabi, we stayed in Ao Nang area in Ananta Burin Resort and loved it very much. The moment we entered the resort, cheerful people at the reception area welcomed us with a tasty drink and their lively smiles. The location of the resort could not have been better for us. Just 5 minutes walking distance from Ao Nang beach and market but still away from all the hustle bustle. The rooms are super airy and comfy. Our parents loved the ambience and decor of the rooms. The balcony area opens up into the view of their swimming area and is a perfect time to spend leisure time. There are two swimming areas in the resort. One is quiet and the other has slides and a bar with underwater sitting. The resort is well maintained and their hospitality is top notch. We loved their restaurant which is by the road and gives a feeling of being outdoors. And the cherry on the cake is that they will arrange authentic Indian food for you if told beforehand. Being in Thailand for 3 days, our parents were craving Indian food. We told the staff in advance and to our surprise they arranged a North Indian spread for us. It felt like we were having dinner in Delhi. We also tried some vegetarian dishes (Veg burger, french fries, Mango Juice etc) from their restaurant and they were lip smacking. Their restaurant is open for outsiders too and is quite famous for its taste and ambience. Tuktuk rides, Scooter rental and massage services are available just outside the resort which made our parents roam around the area freely and on their own. We loved our stay at Ananta Burin Resort a lot.

Great for family with children, 2 pools to choose from, one with slides and direct access to the bar fun but could be noisy with loud music but pools close at 7pm only available to those direct pool access rooms. Helpful and friendly staff, very good breakfast everyday. Clean room, good location with all shops just at the door step and night market on the right is only 5mins walk away. Great value! Would recommend but not for those seeking for quiet and peaceful resort.

It’s a great hotel in my opinion and the staff are extremely friendly although I didn’t try the breakfast I would encourage you to do so. The rooms are clean, the price per night is average for a hotel with a water slide if you’re going to stay here I suggest you do so if it’s for a night or if you get a good deal Overall I would recommend it and would definitely come again! 😄

Nice hotel with sliders at the pool, nice for children

The hotel has a relaxed pleasant atmosphere to it with nice comfortable bedrooms with both a bath and shower. There are two pools, one for relaxation and the other for fun, it has a water slide etc. You must wear bathing costumes in both, not shorts and T-shirt. There is also a restaurant which serves food from 7.30 am until 9.00 pm. The breakfast is a buffet with enough choice to satisfy most taste and they do room service as well. The only downside was the WiFi, which would not work as the information provided to access it was incorrect and no one was available to sort it out.

The most amazing staff all round. Lovely, helpful reception staff and our house keeper done an amazing job, our room was perfect, clean and comfortable. The pool was fun, and always manned by a life guard. The only slight downfall I thought was the food could of been better.
